The loft is in an excellent location to several metro stops and many eateries; it truly has everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The space in the 2 story loft and the amenities like Dyson hair dryers, air conditioning, remote black out shades, mobile wifi, a safe and European adapter plugs will not be found in many other locations in Paris - the price point is high, but you are getting value in comfort, location, and amenities. The beds are firm and very comfortable. Just a note on the air conditioning: There is a unit in the bedroom on the main level and a unit in the living room on the main level; there are no air conditioning units in the basement. Even though it was a hot 84° in Paris, we were very comfortable in the basement with no air conditioning unit.

You will be met in person upon your arrival to go over everything about the apartment. Between a delayed train and horrible traffic in Paris (we Ubered), we were late getting to our arrival time. We emailed the owner updates on our situation, but the host blamed us for making her wait. Ok, the host was gracious, went over details on the apartment, and gave us great suggestions on Patisseries and restaurants. Then we ran into an issue with the shower: first, the showers were amazing. They had a separate hand-held and an overhead rain spout with great pressure. However, if you have both turned on at the same time, the drain can not keep up with the amount of water, and the downstairs shower overflowed into the hall. We called the host to let her know and she showed up immediately. When we came back to the Loft later that night, all of our clothes were hanging on a drying rack. We didn't know there was a drying rack and thought it was odd she touched our clothes. The host also blamed us for not closing the door properly, but I can assure you, we triple checked that the door was secured. This host acts like a mother more than a host; not something I appreciated. The loft's main living areas were very clean, but the area where you store luggage and clothes were not. I will attach a picture. All-in-all, the stay was great, and I do recommend it.

The location was fantastic. Irene who met us was lovely. The communication throughout was really great. The facilities were outstanding.

This chic apartment is something! It's gorgeously decorated and will make you feel special on your Parisian vacation. Very comfortable beds, true blackout shades, rain water showers with super hot water, air conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen with tons of glasses. There are also many other above-and-beyond touches: adapters, a lint roller, a yoga mat, and lovely-smelling toiletries. The location is great. It's on a quiet street but a quick walk to shopping and restaurants and with access to three metro stops. Irena helped us check in - she was friendly and helpful. I *highly* recommend this apartment!

Just a note: For those with mobility challenges, the steps to the lower bedroom may be difficult. The steps also may not be safe for some small children.

The appartement is stylish, spacious, clean, and outstandingly equipped (washing machine, coffee, umbrellas, iron, fully equipped kitchen, set of converters for electricity, books, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, moisturizer, TV-s with Netflix, even a "portable WiFi" - actually a 4G hotspot we could take everywhere with us). Beds are comfortable, shades and ventilation perfect. The location is ideal (silent, but busier streets with shops, bakeries, restaurants are only 50-80 meters away). 3 different metro stops are within 300m distance. Check in and out was smooth, kind and efficient.

Living room opens right onto the street. However, it's not a big problem, since it's a small street.

This property is a gem in the heart of Le Marais! And I dare you not to give in to the scent of freshly baked croissants as you step outside the door! Irena was wonderful to work with as well! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Everything was perfect. Nice and clean apartment. Very friendly host. Great location!
