Big Family House With Heated Pool And Finish Sauna
Modern eingerichtete Villa mit Pool im Zentrum von Podstrana, umgeben von Wiesen, Olivenhainen und Obstbäumen. Das Haus ist in sehr ruhiger Lage und ist ideal für erholsamen Urlaub. Auf drei Etagen und 350 m2 Wohnfläche gibt es 7 Schlafzimmer, 3 Wohnzimmer, 5 Bäder, 2 Toiletten und 4 Küchen. Im Haus können 14 Personen in der Grund Betten und bis zu 4 in Zustellbetten. Die Villa ist klimatisiert und verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN.
In der Vorderseite des Hauses gibt es Pool (35m2), Finnischer Sauna, Grill und große Außenküche. Ein privates Schwimmbad wird Ihnen die perfekte erholsamen Urlaub. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz für 5 Autos in der vor dem Haus.
Die Villa verfügt über einen schönen Blick auf Natur und die Landschaft. Dieser Ort ist bekannt für seine reiche ciltural Erbe und seine schönen Strände bekannt.
Villa ist von Mai bis Ende September, als das ganze Haus vermietet, mindestens eine Woche, beginnend am Samstag. Für den Rest des Jahres wird sie als getrennte Wohnungen für 4 von 6 Personen vermietet.

Wir organisieren exklusive Tagesausflüge mit dem Boot zu den einsamen Stränden der Insel Brac und Hvar sowie Rafting auf dem Fluss Cetina. Darüber hinaus können wir auch Tagesausflüge nach Dubrovnik, Split, Trogir, Omiš, Makarska, Nationalpark Krka, Nationalpark Plitvice, ethno-Dorf und eine Reise nach Medjugorje (Republik Bosnien und Herzegowina) organisieren.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa. Our host called Mislav was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. He informed us on everything we needed to know and additional information too! The villa was well equipped with multiple kitchens and bathroom and the pool was perfect and very spacious! Would definitely recommend this accommodation and would even book again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

15 of us (8 adults and 7 children) stayed at the villa. It is enormous and really well equipped. Perfect for large families or groups of friends. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach at Podstrana, grocery shops, bakery and small number of beach restaurants.

Family gathering in Podstrana
This was a perfect set up for multiple families gathering, with many apartments (with multiple bathrooms and kitchens and balconies) for sleeping or time alone, but with common areas such as outdoor kitchen and eating area, fire grill for BBQ, and a nice pool for getting together with the family!

Great villa in Podstrana
We stayed with a group of 15 guys and we really enjoyed the villa. The pool was great to spend time in and around and the beach is also very close. Also the airconditioning in the rooms was very comfortable.

Great time perfect villa!
9 of us friends aged 24 had a great time staying here. The villa had everything we needed in terms of facilities, the location was excellent and only a 10 min walk to beach or the bakery and an extra couple of minutes to the shop. We struggled to get taxi’s from the villa so had to order ubers to/from PANSION SENATOR at the top of the driveway (no big deal, you have to walk that way anyway). We didn't realise that their is only AC in some rooms, 1 room had a fan which was great, but others had nothing and it was quite hot. The pool was fantastic and the outside space in the garage area was amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks!

Schönes Haus für große Gruppen - guter Ausgangspunkt zur Entdeckung der Region
Das in 4 unterschiedlich große Wohneinheiten für je 4 Personen aufgeteilte Haus hat für unseren Bedarf (vier Familien mit Kindern) perfekt gepasst. Die überdachte Außenküche mit großem Tisch war der zentrale Treffpunkt und autarker Gemeinschaftsraum. Ein großer Steingrill hat die Kochmöglichkeiten gut ergänzt. Der nächstgelegene Strand und Bäcker waren zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie Omis - Split war ebenfalls nur gute 5 Minuten entfernt. So haben wir uns die Parkplatzsuche in Split erspart :-).
Dank der Lage des Hauses, am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse mit weitgehend unverbauter Nachbarschaft, konnten die Kinder abends auch mal länger ungebremst spielen, ohne dass sich jemand beschwert hätte.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, kamen regelmäßig den Pool reinigen und haben schnell unsere Fragen beantwortet und uns Tipps gegeben.

Großes Haus, mit einer schöner Aussenküche und Pool.
Wir sind mit drei Familien verreist und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Im großen und ganzen, ist es ein schönes, großes Haus mit genügend Platz für 16 Personen. Das Highlight des Hauses ist natürlich der Pool und die Aussenküche. Hier hatten wir gemeinsam, schöne Abende verbracht. Bäckerei, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Am Haus war eigentlich alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Die Vermieterin Iva war für uns auch immer erreichbar und hatte uns immer, sehr gut in allen Fragen und Wünschen unterstützt!

Great stay at the villa in Podstrana
My friends and I had a lovely stay at the house. The hostess was very kind to us and also helped us to book excursions. Everything was clean and the necessary kitchen equipments for example were all there. I would definitely recommend this house to others

Great house for a big group - with everything you need
We were on a familiy trip - 11 persons together from 1 - 70 years old. The house fittet perfektly for us and everything you needed was there. Even though it was October the weahter was nice and we used the outdoor fasilities (the kids didn´t mind the cold swimmingpool - they just had to get in it!). The big kitchen is actually in the garage and is open - so in October evening it got at bit chilly - but otherwice the situation of the kitchen is great - and a great heart to the house where you all can meet and enjoy time together.
We loved the bakery that is just a short walk (about 700 m ) down the hill - it was a good walk in the morning to start the day. There is also enough of sightseeing in a short drive from the house - so it really is a good place to have your base here.
The host was really easy going and replied quickly to our questions while staying at the house.
All in all - really a nice house to stay at in Beautiful Croatia !

Summer Family Break
Three family Summer Holiday with young children - premises split into 3 well equipped apartments giving us all our own space. Great pool, kept the kids occupied. Close to beach and amenities for the older members. Owners very friendly and helpful. Overall a great holiday in an area of outstanding natural beauty

Villa kamelija
The property was close to the beach and had a nice pool area and the outdoor kitchen was great. Iva was pleasant and friendly and kindly arranged things like taxis for us.
It would have been nice to have a welcome hamper with a few basics in as we got there in the evening after a day of travelling. The property needs updating as it looks a bit tired inside and dated but it’s not the main area you spend your time in. It was relatively clean but not spotless. Little things like not having a net to clear the pool of leaves or many wine glasses or any larger pool/bath towels were, amongst other things, why I wouldn’t say the property isn’t completely kitted out as you’d hope.
The layout of the property with the different apartments was very handy, particularly for travelling with groups of people.
Iva was very friendly and helpful but I think the property needs updating and kitting out a bit more to make us return.

Perfect house for a big family or some friends
Clean, fresh and well-maintened house with many bathrooms. The pool was lovely during hot days. We loved the outdoorkitchen which became the central meetingpoint for our family. It gave shade and coolness during the hot time. Just 10 min walk to the beach and some restaurants and about 30 min by bus to lovely Split.

Wonderfull for the large family/group of friends
We came a large family, ages ranking from 2 to 74, with all different needs and wishes. The facility is very neat and clean, all apartmenets have kitchens and access to balcony or terrass. For me who sometimes have diffculty sleeping, I was very happy with the comfortable beds. The big plus is the common cooking and eating area outdoors, next to the pool. It is also close to the sea and it is very easy and safe to get there. Iva is a winderfull hostess, I a´was in contact with her severeal times, both before and during the stay, and she is always quick to answer and help out with whatever is needed, she also helped us with arranging pick-up from airport and excursions, all of these we were happy with.
There would have been five stars if the aircon would have been better in the apartment on third floor, where the cooler air didn´t reach well into the bedroom. It is needed when over 30 degrees and warm nights.
The wi-fi is also a bit weak when sitting in the common area outside, but apart from these two details, I highly recommend anyone, especially families or group of friends, to stay in this beautiful house, you will not regret it!

Fantastic villa. Great for groups of families
This is a brilliant villa. It was perfect for us as we were 3 families and each of us had our own apartment in the villa. The swimming pool was great: there was plenty of space and the children just loved it. The outdoor kitchen area is wonderful as we could all sit and eat together outside. The beach is a short walk away and Split is easy to get to on the bus.

Perfect vacation in Podstrana
Our vacation had a very good start, when we meet the nice host family. They were very helpful with everything.
The house is perfect located close to the beach and a great view. The pool is great for the children and the outdoor kitchen is "the heart" of the house. Everything was clean and ready for a great vacation.

An awesome holiday home ideal for a large group!
This property is ideal for a larger mixed group of family and friends with excellent facilities and very comfortable accommodation offering both privacy and good shared space. The outdoor area and fantastic indoor/outdoor Kitchen and dining ensured we were happy to eat at home! Restaurants in the area on the beach were also easily accessible, affordable and offered good food and selections to suit everyone.
Iva was a welcoming hostess and ensured we knew where everything was and left us an ample supply of peaches and beers in the fridge on our arrival!
We would definitely recommend this property for an excellent holiday!

Great
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Kamelija and will give it the best recommendation. We were 10 adults and two small kids and everybody said it was a fantastic place and vacation. The Villa had everything, baby bed for the kid and a play house in the garden. The host, Miss Iva, was very kind. She arranged pick up at the airport for us, gave us a warm welcome with wine and a Croatian specialities. She also gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. The villa was very modern and had all the facilities we wanted. The pool is big and beautiful. Outside kitchen is well equipped so we had all our meals outside.
The location of the Villa was also very good. 5 minutes to the beach and a small grocery shop. Very nice area to do exercise like running, bicycle in the mountains and play tennis. We rented a car so it was easy to drive in to Split if we wanted to go to a bigger shopping mall, but Iva is also helpful in arranging transportation.
We had a fantastic time and I really hope we will be back soon. Thank you so much for the unforgettable week!

A perfect villa and a perfect holiday
We were 13 persons in the villa Kamelija, and we all had a wonderfull week.
The house was perfect parted in appartements, so every couple had there own
bathrooms and toilets. Everyone was very enthusiastic for the holiday.
The owner Iva Matic and her family was very frendly. The pool was second to none and the outddoor kitchen was nice too. We loved this house.
