Beautiful area with lots of things to do for all, on the property and in the area. Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family really enjoyed the trip!

Great experience! Got lucky finding this place. Centrally located on lovely grounds with a swimming pond, pool, hot tub and fitness center. Clean with friendly staff. You have to clean up after yourself, do the dishes/load washer, strip linens, take trash to the dumpster, but it’s well worth it! Good price, lovely river side scenery w picnic areas and charcoal grills available. Loved it. Will definitely consider another stay! Grateful!

We come to NH every summer and for a while have been staying at DeerPark!! This was my first time renting from Linda and it was such an easy great experience!! Being able to have the two units together was perfect (especially with teens) ;) We we were nice and close to the pond which was great!!! Linda was available when ever I had a question for her!! We had a blast and can’t wait for next summer!!!

We stayed here 2 nights with a 11, 12, and 13 year old (plus 2 adults). The unit is a little aged, but great value and location. We were hiking Mt. Moosilauke, which was a 25 minutes away. Location is also convenient for restaurants/shops of Lincoln. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable (even the pull outs); would stay again.

We stayed here for a ski weekend and the location was perfect. It was 5 minutes from loon which was super convenient! The condo was clean and was exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable as well as the pull outs. We had such a fun time and I would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway to the Lincoln/Woodstock area!

We absolutely loved staying here! The 2 condo units combined made it very spacious. It was clean and the back porch was perfect to sit and watch our 4 year old play in the snow. The jacuzzi tub was a bonus too! We will definitely recommend this place and come back again ourselves. Linda was great and answered questions we had in a timely manner

Cute small condo in a great area. Everything we needed was at the condo including cable TV with enormous numbers of channels. We chose not to use the pool or exercise area due to covid. Walking the complex and into Lincoln and North Woodstock was easy. We do not ski, snow shoeing is available nearby. Only real concern was the master bed. It really needs to be replaced, not sure it really was a Queen as advertised.

We had a great time but there were plumbing issues that were known and should be addressed before renting the property out.

My husband and I brought our son and his friend. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the Murphy Bed. Easy to grill outdoors and eat at the picnic table by the river. The kids swam in the lake, played basketball, rode bikes. Very family friendly, quiet, well-kept and, of course, fun!

We hope to stay here again. Convenient for varied groups of people....want to chill locally? Check out the pond, hiking trail or the Pemigewasset. Want more? Go see The Basin, Sabbaday Falls...or for a hike off the Kankamagus Highway. A+ experience.

Linda was the best renter ever. Responded to everything we needed IMMEDIATELY! The building is a condo with about 4 other units, this one has a back deck that looks out on a river And “backyard”. The deck has no door but you can jump it if you’re agile. If you go out the front door the lake is a short walk across the parking lot. It looks small at first but the roped off area is for small children, you can swim past. Bring your inflatables for float around the lake! We came during covid so all indoor things were closed* The rental was nice, a studio and a one bedroom with an access door like a hotel. The bedroom has a nice bed that sleeps two and the living room of the 1 bed has a pull out couch that was rough. My teenage brother made it one night but if he was staying longer it would’ve been an issue. The studio was great for the kids. Had it’s own kitchen and bathroom so they could feel independent! The Murphy bed was a huge hit. Plus the studio has no outside access which was a safety bonus for us. Murphy bed fits 2. The pull out couch in the studio was unusable. None of the little kids could Even tolerate the bar in their back. We ended up doubling up and sleeping with children which was fine, but not ideal for a relaxing vacation. Apartment has everything you need for cooking, also bath and beach towels and washer and dryer! Well *seasoned* charcoal grill outside. We had a great time and might come back in the winter or to use the pool another time!

The property was well maintained and clean. The description could be better I was unsure about how many and size of beds. That was my only concern. We all had a great time and will be back again.

Spacious and very conveniently located!

Perfectly located, whether hiking, skiing, or just hanging out. Very clean and cozy condo. Queen bed, plus Murphy bed (if you rent both sides). Two baths. Beautiful property, with the river right out back. Close to the Franconia Ridge for hiking; couple of breweries nearby.

We had a great long weekend stay at Deer Park. We rented both units, the studio condo was perfect for our teenagers, made them feel like they had they're "own place" yet they were really in the same condo as us!. Very peaceful condo on the lower level, you could hear the river flowing each morning. The condo was spotless, had everything you needed. And we love all the amenities that Deer Park has to offer. Basketball courts, tennis, pool, lake, etc. The owner, Linda , was easy to communicate with and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to visiting Deer Park again.

Can not give enough stars!!!

This property was perfectly clean and ready for our visit. Check in was a breeze. The office was directly attached to the pool area which was an added bonus for our fall get away. The condo was huge (2 adjoining condos) and was a great base for us to explore the White Mountains. My husband and I agree that we would wholeheartedly visit this area again and stay at this same condo! If you are doing lots of research like I did you will find this is perfectly located for exploring the White Mountains.
