I like that it was close to the beach and close to popular areas.
They had roaches…and when I messaged the owner, I was told that they sprayed the day before and didn’t see anything. There were old blankets on the bed. The shared bathroom was disgusting…the ring around the toilet was black and nasty. I was uncomfortable the entire time. I let the owner know about to damages that were already there before I went there. I wouldn’t book with them ever again!!!

Nothing, everything is different from the pictures I don’t recommend this place to anyone everything was dirty and they have a lot of roaches everywhere the bathroom was dirty and the floors the furniture outside is broken and dirty also

I enjoyed the fact we was close to everything as far as shopping centers and we were a short walk away from the Beach.
What didn't like was the fact that the property was not cleaned properly as the should've been. There was a lil bit of a pest problem in the dining area. The showers had not been cleaned out properly. Overall the property didn't look as good as the photos but with a little TLC can be a great place to stay for Vacation.

I didn’t like anything about this property. It was dirty, outdated and overpriced. This property should close until everything is fixed, it’s a raggedy house and terrible landscaping……IM SO DISAPPOINTED.
I was charged for lien that was stained, cheap mismatch different colors raggedy towel. I was afraid to used. I had to buy toilet paper, mop etc. the property has three bedrooms with one tv that works. Two pull couches in the living room but no space to pull the beds out.

no hot water the first day till 10:00 pm, no Wi-Fi like what was to be included, no forks or spoon or kitchen utensils to cook with like was to be provided a broken coffee maker looked like cockroaches running around no air conditioning, these were the things that were to be included in the stay.

The location and property was really nice!
The linen explanation wasn't really clear. I wasn't sure if the extra fee was for extra linen or no linen at all... When we got there it was no linen at all... Bring dish detergent, cleaner, sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, and paper towels. Everything else is there for your convenience! Not all tvs have remote controls but that wasn't a problem. Our family enjoyed our stay and each other!

The unit did not live up to my expectations. Our unit was not cleaned before our arrival, the couch did not have any back cushions and our shower did not drain properly. We were unable to make 2/3 TVs work. The grill provided was very dirty, we ended up having to go buy our own charcoal grill

The only thing I liked about the property was the location.
As soon as we pulled in the garbage cans were at the road overflowing. There was a lot of trash in the parking areas. The porch had old nasty rugs covered with dog hair and sand. RINSE THEM OFF WITH THE WATER HOSE Such a cold and gloomy place. The furniture was so gross I put covers over them before we could sit down. The baseboards need cleaned badly. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are dirty inside and there’s only a few of utensils. Not good for a family of 12. The bedrooms feel like your in a prison cell. We paid over $1500 plus another $258 for our pets and stayed 5 nights. Not worth the money.

NOTHING WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
I was very very upset. The post was misleading. Very uncomfortable. If I wouldnt have paid ahead of time there is NO way we would of stayed there. Burners on the stove didnt work, fridge was cool not cold, only 2 forks for silverware, the biggest thing was there was COCKROACHES. It was so disgusting, we had to spray and continue to keep an eye out for them since we had little children. I will never stay at a place associated with them ever again nor recommend them. I will be adding a post on Yelp and wherever else I can to let people know.
