IM APRIL 2011 WURDEN PROVIDENCIALES BEACHES ZUR NUMMER EINS IN DER WELT GEWÄHLT !!!! WIR SIND NUR MINUTEN VON GRACE BAY BEACHES ENTFERNT ................. Das Grundstück ist mit vielen Palmen und Inselbewuchs gesäumt. Der Pool und der Wasserfall bieten eine entspannende und ruhige Umgebung. Am Kanal gibt es ein 10 m langes Dock und eine Bootsrampe, über die Sie bequem zum Schwimmen oder Kajakfahren in den Kanal gelangen. Die Außenküche verfügt über Granitoberflächen und einen großen Edelstahlgrill mit Seitenbrenner und Spüle, der sich perfekt zum Grillen eignet.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit eigenem Bad und Dusche. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer haben Queensize-Betten und teilen sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Dieses Zimmer hat auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Oberdecks und Terrassen mit Leinwand in Veranden, die einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und den Kanal bieten.
Auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer mit einem halben Badezimmer, das auf der Kanalseite vollständig von Deck abgeschirmt ist. Auf der Vorderseite des Hauses befindet sich ein großes Ziegeldeck zum Sonnen usw. Das vordere obere Fliesendeck bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer, wo Sie sich sonnen, die schönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten oder einfach nur entspannen und ein Buch lesen können.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Minuten von Supermärkten, Tankstellen, örtlichen Stränden oder den bekannten Stränden und Restaurants in Grace Bay entfernt. Wir sind ca. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt.

This home had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Pool was so relaxing. Rooms were spacious. Location was quiet.

There were 4 ladies we all stayed here. It was absolutely perfect! Patty the host was so helpful for any questions from dinner res to all tips and trips to for the ultimate vacation. The house was spotless and had anything and everything we needed to have a great trip. Jeano her manager even met us at the airport and came to our car rental with us. We followed her to our place and she showed us all the tips and tricks. I would highly recommend this for anyone. Centrally located to everything. Thank you so much Patty and Jeano for all your help.

We were there middle of January for two weeks. Magement was awesome from meeting us at our car rental to the extras needed and also quick responses. House well equipped. Car rental is a must. I would rent this property in a heartbeat. Thanks Patty, Michaela and Jeano for all the help.

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.

The property was just as expected. The photos are spot on. We loved hanging out on the screened porch or down by the pool in the mornings or late evenings. The 2 kayaks were great to use on the canal. We saw some small fish and a turtle. The outdoor grill was great. Our favorite part of the island was the beaches. Highly recommend Sapodilla Bay. Not as busy as Grace bay and so beautiful. Beach chairs were available at the house but are definitely showing their wear as well as the beach umbrella. You can also rent umbrellas and chairs at the beach. There were also several coolers available to pack a lunch. Both Miki and Jena were very helpful in answering questions and getting us set up.

Shoutout to Patty (owner) for answering our questions literally minutes after asking. Shoutout to Miki (Property Mgr) who greeted us at airport despite our 5th trip to TCI and provided wonderful tour of home and tips. Shoutout to cleaning staff as it was spotless inside and out! Wonderful home, deck, BBQ's -yes two. We were celebrating my wife's 55th with our adult children (2) and their spouses. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, AC worked amazing, fantastic pool, plenty of high quality beach towels, bathroom towels, chairs for the beach. For 6 adults, there was sufficient stock of consumables like dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, even toilet paper. Again 6 adults and plenty of consumables. Very well stock kitchen cabinet for dishes, pots, pans, blender for smoothies. This was by far the best VRBO we have stayed in all things considered. Best to have a car as it is central to 4-5 beaches. Thanks again Patty and Miki!

We had an excellent vacation. This property was very clean. Patty helped us from the day we reserved the house to make sure we had all our questions answered. It is in a quiet area and watching the sunrise from the screened in deck was great! The location is great, we were only a 5-10 minute drive to most things we wanted to do on the island. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

What a wonderful property!!! Well stocked, a private pool, kayaks, a family of turtles swimming by in the canal out back….what’s not to like? The house is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to everything you need. Highly recommend and will return!!!

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

We stayed in the main villa with our daughter and grand children and we also rented the cute cottage on the property for our son and his wife. The setup was perfect for everyone to be together and to also have their own space. Patty was great communicating before our stay and Miki was great while we were there. She met us at the car rental agency (even though we were early) and answered our many questions while we were there. She even helped take some family photos....
The property is very centrally located but not on the main drag which is what we prefer. It is very well appointed and we would definitely would recommend it to others!

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

We loved everything about our stay! The home had everything we needed, is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the owner/property manager were excellent. We would definitely stay there again!

We went for a mother daughter vacation and we absolutely loved it here. Felt so comfortable the moment we got there. Very comfortable beds and the home was stocked well. A nice slice of paradise away from the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the private pool and the privacy this home brings. Wonderful managers! When our rental car hit a snag they were so helpful. Would totally come back.

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

Our group of 6 (2 seniors, 2 adults and 2 kids) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property owner was prompt before and during our stay. We were met by one of the local managers, Miki, at our car rental place (Scooter Bob's- also recommended) and escorted to the place. The location was great, with access to the canal and central location to the beaches. The house was well stocked, with no major concerns. Overall, it is an excellent place to rent if you are looking for a quieter place away from the crowds of the Grace Bay area.

Beautiful fully equipped home. Spotless . Miki was welcoming and even met us at the car rental! Full kitchen , bathrooms, bedrooms. TV’s in all the bedrooms . AC worked great. Beach chairs and umbrella. Coolers for the beach. Pool was clean and inviting! Also washer and dryer. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!!!

Patty's was a great place to hang out with friends. Lots of sitting areas for book reading and alone time and great spaces for group dining and games. Short drives and easy access to beaches and grocery stores.

Great price, great home. Both the property manager and the local support was incredible. Constant communication at a time of need. We got caught in the storms in the Northeast over the Christmas holiday and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to where we needed safely and that they supported us throughout our entire stay.

Our family stayed here for a Christmas get away! It was our first time to Turks and Caicos. It was the perfect place for us! Check in was smooth and Patty and Miki were so helpful. The house is well stocked, very cute and had a lot of space to enjoy. Highly recommend this house!
We rented a car from Scooter Bobs which we would recommend. The highlights of our trip were Caicos Dream Snorkel 1/2 day tour (Iguana Island was the best), Leeward Beach was breath taking, dinner at Bugaloos was incredible and they even taught us all about Conch there. We also went to the Thursday night fish fry which was a fun experience.

The checkin process was seamless thanks to Miki who picked us up from the car rental place and gave us a tour. The house is spectacular and clean with fresh flowers waiting. The location is close to Grace Bay and The Bight, which were the 2 main places we would go. The pool was relaxing and needed after a day at the beach or to start our day. Everything was as listed, and we would love to return!

Great Stay
This was our 2nd trip to Provo and our friends 1st. Our main reason to come was for diving.
This home is upside down to allow you to have great views so the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area is upstairs.
The Master bedroom has it's own screened in porch and access to the pool and one other bedroom you can walk out ground level to the non pool side. So access to the pool area from the living area you either go through the master bedroom or go down the outside stairs.
We really enjoyed our stay and unlike other reviews we used the pool daily.
I'm use to cleaning a pool since we have one and Patty is bringing a proper pool net to clean. The pool is cleaned once a week but with our rain and high winds I needed to clean it daily which was not a big deal. As I said we really enjoyed the pool.
We enjoyed our pool time and seeing the planes leaving the island.

Must have a car to get to all of the beautiful beaches and restaurants. Only downside is that the road to the property is unpaved and rutted so walking or biking is not possible. We'd definitely stay here again!

Patty’s house is beautifully maintained. The landscaping was incredible making the house feel more like a resort. Although we didn’t use the pool much, it was clean and nice to lay out by in the morning while everyone got ready for the beach. We travelled with two boys ages 14 and 12. They loved the canal. They saw a baby barracuda, multiple fish, and crabs. The location of the house is very convenient to all of the best beaches and restaurants on the island. We rented a car and did a different beach every day. We didn’t need to bring anything! The house is well stocked with pool towels, beach chairs, coolers...basically everything you need for a beach vacation. Even a large umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed to grill out in the awesome grilling area! We had one small issue with the guest bathroom but Patty took care of it right away. We will definitely be back.
