Kitchen and bathroom need to be renovated

comfy and close to river, shady balcony in arvo.

The location was close to all the shop and the beach, it was an excellent place to stay my whole family enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for a family nice a private with great kitchen to use available.

Good value, well located. Wi-Fi good.

Cutlery and crockery could do with a refresh/replacement

Very clean and tidy

the facilities and space were perfect for us and the location was great.

a few things didn’t work (light above one of the beds in second bedroom and toaster). the garden could have been better taken care of and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 nigh stay was not enough as there was nobody onsite to ask for more.

The unit is very rundown with lots of damage. Found it hard to believe that there was no paper towel/serviettes of any kind in a self contained unit such as this one; we had to go out and buy some. A little thing, but these details are what makes a stay more comfortable.

There wasn't any breakfast and the location was okay, without being brilliant, however it was in walking to most things that interested us

The apartment was a bit 'dingy and dark'. Could do with refurbishment.

Light in 2 bd bedroom needed fixing. As did one in the lounge. Wire front door didn’t have a latch and couldn’t be closed

location was good. the lounge/kitchen/dining area was very nicely presented bedrooms upstairs were well presented and the bedding was comfortable

a bit disappointed in the bathroom/toilet area rusty shower curtain rail and towel rail

The Villa was very comfortable, freshly painted and refurnished completely thru out. It is in a good location one street back from the front beach and in walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants.

It was all good, perhaps the only difficulty i had was in opening the curtins upstairs and down but it was a minor issue.

it was the perfect place to stay. close to everything and a beautiful view from the balcony.

Location was excellent. More than adequate facilities. Host's response was quick. Although the apartment was somewhat "old", our host ensured that all the facilities were clean and in working order. Thank you

The back door was at times jammed.

Great location, comfortable beds, quiet. Great wifi. Fabulous bath towels. Terrific TV with Netflix, great pool area to relax. Free washing machine was awesome.

Would have liked a few smaller saucepans and a better non stick fry pan

The location was wonderful . The bed was comfortable. The kitchen well equipped with cooking utensils. Pool sparkling

General maintenance is required in this villa No lock or door handle on the fly screen door . The shower is a potential dangerous problem with hot the hot water , spurts out like a tap and very hard to regulate the cold water . Showing was very unpleasant. . Lichen blind needs to be rehung and not left dirty on the kitchen shelf . Decent crockery and more than one wine glass would have been appreciated . No one around to ask for another one !

the location was really good, clean comfy beds. Had everything we needed for our stay.

it was quite dark inside, had to have the lights. the shower was a trickle of water not a shower.

The location was fantastic and altho the apartment was obviously showing some wear and tear, the host had done a great job to ensure it was well set up and clean. it had nice furnishings and there were some essentials available for use like oil, salt, pepper etc. The laundry was great and there were pegs available altho you needed your own powder, which is fine. Lovely BBQ setting for use.

The place is getting on but was well kept. There were a couple of things broken but still usable. Pool was nice but probably could have had less chlorine, Understandably tho as it was being used my many.

during our stay it was really great the only thing was it was so hot it was ashamed their was no aircon down stairs for during the day and it would have been nice if we could have enjoyed the pool a little earlier in the morning at a bit later in the evening only because it was 47 plus degrees and it was a nice way to keep cool

Not all the locks on the doors were working.

it was a great location and great size for a family to stay in.
