Dieses warme und freundliche Vermietung sitzt auf einem Acker zusammen mit dem Haupthaus und ist von 100 Jahre alten Eichen und Kiefern umgeben. Wald auf beiden Seiten schöne schirmt unsere Gäste von der Außenwelt. Mit Singvögel aller Art, einen schönen Garten und einer malerischen Hühnerschar Bereitstellung Bauernhof frische Eier (keine lauten Hahn!), Ist wirklich unser Eigentum einen erholsamen Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt.
Besitzer Frank und Becky Thompson leben im Unterhaus mit ihrem College-Alter Töchter ihren kleinen Sohn im Alter von 9 und deren Miniatur Golden Retriever. Seit unserem Verleih ist eine geräumige, neu renovierte und möblierte 2 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad over-the-Garage Wohnung, wir nennen es das "Oberhaus". Er hat eine komplette Küche und Wäscherei, sowohl mit allen neuen Geräten.

Schlafbereich - Gemütliche und komfortable Matratzen sind auf jedem Bett. Weicher feiner Qualität Bettwäsche und Handtücher bieten den Komfort von zu Hause zu fühlen. Wir haben 1 Queensize-Bett im Master-und ein Doppelbett in der kleinen Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine sehr bequeme Couch, die auch zum Schlafen bei Bedarf eingesetzt werden können.
Küche / Wäscherei / Bad - mit allen notwendigen Geschirr, Besteck und Kleingeräte würden Sie brauchen, um Mahlzeiten für Ihre Familie vorzubereiten Voll ausgestattete. Neue Geräte sind mit einem Backofen, Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auch das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche, keine Wanne komplett neu.

We traveled to the Houston area with 3 kids (10, 3, and 1) for medical care for my mother-in-law. This VRBO was less than 2 miles from some relatives who live in Cypress who my mother-in-law stayed with, which was very convenient. The commute to MD Anderson from here was easy. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to good shopping. Becky was an attentive host. She texted us the day of check in and greeted us when we arrived. We had trouble with the lock and ran out of dish soap, and she resolved these issues by the next morning. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We felt like we had a lot of privacy despite staying on site with the host because the garage was detached from the main house. I loved having use of a full kitchen and washer dryer. The kids played on the swingset in the backyard a few times. We visited a church in Spring, TX over our weekend here, and it was an easy commute. would definitely stay here again.

We were there visiting family. It was very comfortable for our family to join us for an evening. It is close to grocery stores, shopping centers, playgrounds and walking trails. The apartment was quiet, private, clean and well stocked for our stay. The owners, Frank and Becky, are fabulous and very approachable and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is in a subdivision with fairly large lots. It's not on a major thoroughfare, so it is very quiet. They provided everything I needed. I'd stay there again.

This was a perfect landing place for us between houses. We stayed for about two weeks and appreciated the quiet, cool spot to work and call home while we waited to move to our new house. We enjoyed watching the chickens in the mornings and even took walks around the small neighborhood. Becky and Frank were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend their place.

Wonderful Property
Staying on Frank and Becky’s property was exactly what we needed after selling our home. My husband was in between jobs, and we did not yet know our next destination. I will remember looking out of the windows at the beautiful scenery, and the easy communication with Frank and Becky. I highly recommend staying at their peaceful retreat.

The property was beautiful. Our dog liked getting out and walking the property. Watching the chickens was funny at times. There are peacocks at the house across the street; we never saw them but I heard them when walking my dog. Over all, we had a wonderful time there.

Short Stay Between Houses
We loved our stay! The place was very clean and well maintained, and the owner Becky was very pleasant and a gracious host, along with always making sure we had everything we needed. And she was fine with us having deliveries made. The overall setting was peaceful and almost like being in the country, yet literally minutes away from everything. We stayed there as part of being in between moving from one house and waiting for a new house to be completed. It made the transition more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

6 week visit
I stayed here for 6 weeks while visiting family. The owners were very nice and helpful. It was a decent, clean apartment. The primary bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable but the shower was great and there was pretty much everything one needed to function. There were days it was noisy between the geese in the pond and the people working around the house but I was out and about most days. Nice neighborhood and lovely owners.

Perfect temporary mother-in-law suite
I was so comfortable in this apartment while visiting my son and daughter-in-law who live only 10 minutes away. Being separate but near to them was perfect for a two-week holiday vacation! The apartment is cozy, very clean and well-equipped. The owners were completely sympathetic to taking COVID-19 precautions. My thanks to them for making my visit with family possible.

Northwest Houston Grandparent Retreat
This property was a "God-send" for us as we were asked by our daughter and family to come babysit a new grandson in his infancy while our daughter returned to her job as an elementary school counselor. It is very near her work and she was able to drop our grandson off on the way to work each morning. It was also close to our other grandchildren's middle school so that we were able to pick them up from school as needed and allow them an overnight stay as desired.
The location is at the end of a loop into a forested area and extremely quiet. We had lovely property owners who worked with us and we with them on any issues. We would readily go back to this property on any returns to Houston to visit family and highly recommend it to others who need a place in this area.

Wonderful Hosts, Nice Apartment
Another VRBO cancelled on us at the last second and I contacted Becky & Frank about their garage apartment. We were so grateful to find this pet-friendly place. Communication with the owners prior to and during our stay was a pleasant breeze. The apartment was spotlessly clean and updated more than I expected. The kitchen and pantry had everything needed. Nice linens and towels and plenty of them. Wifi and basic cable worked without fail. The apartment was quiet, cozy and comfortable. Friendly chickens and a dog to greet your comings and goings. Highly recommended!

Great location and super hosts!
This was the perfect place for us to stay when we were between homes. We were able to be centrally located in Cypress and still have all the comforts of home :)
We were also able to keep our pets with us which reduced the stress of placing them in a kennel.
Frank, Becky and Josh were AWESOME and worked hard to make certain we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend whether you need two weeks or six months!

Charming property!
Frank and Becky are exceptional hosts, and very attentive to their guests' needs! My family recently had the pleasure to stay for two weeks in their charming guest house. All the amenities you might need are provided, with excellent shopping/dining just around the corner. You don't feel like you're in the big city because of how large the quiet property is with all the glorious trees. My favorite aspects of this home are the split bedroom configuration, full kitchen in which we cooked everyday, and relaxing view of the lovely backyard, chickens (who are very quiet), and pond.

Becky and Frank were the perfect hosts and made us feel absolutely at home. The apartment was cosy, clean and well maintained. Appliances were all in good condition. Simply perfect! Country Charm!
My family had a wonderful experience at this charming home while waiting one month for our new home to be built. The owners are wonderful people that offer southern hospitality plus! You will have complete privacy and a nice quiet retreat that is also close to all the shopping you ever need. Perfect temporary home for our family
My husband, 9-month old son, and I stayed in the garage apartment for about a week and a half while repairs were being made to our home a couple miles away. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. I think we used just about every amenity that was available. We cooked dinner every night in the kitchen. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. There was plenty of space to park both of our cars. Our son enjoyed the swing set in the backyard. Frank and Becky were very friendly, making sure we had everything that we needed. I wish we had found their apartment sooner and could have stayed longer! Thank you for making our time away from our own home a little less stressful!

Family and I relocated to the Houston recently and stayed here a few weeks while waiting to close on our home. The owners thought of everything. Very clean, private and accommodating. Great location...close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The scenery looking out the kitchen window is so peaceful. The owners are pleasant and easy to work with. Excellent Rental in a Country-Like Setting
Our family of 5 stayed at this location for a week after moving to town before our home closing. The guest house is situated above the garage and is recently renovated and very clean. I enjoyed looking out the kitchen window at the backyard chickens and the pond and gazebo beyond the fence. The beds were super comfortable Becky & Frank are very helpful and friendly. This was the perfect place for our family in the interim of our move and would be great for any couple or family that are in the area for any reason -- highly recommended!

The place is very clean. Owners are VERY nice and easy to work with. The property has everything a small family needs during a stay. There is access to shopping, gas, eateries and anything else needed from this location. Can´t beat it!
