We stayed here as a family and I cannot say enough good things about this property, which exceeded all of our expectations. It's in a perfect location in the Old Town and it's easy to walk to all of the key sites in Ljubljana. We stayed in the "The Residence" and the apartment was amazing. Very modern, super clean, lots of excellent amenities in the apartment, striking layout, very comfortable beds, excellent new linens, high end appliances, new & comfortable furnishings, etc, etc. Communications with the host were superb and we were met on arrival. The host did everything to make our stay very enjoyable and was very helpful with recommendations on things to do. We travelled with the family dog and he was warmly welcomed. Even though you are in the Old Town, we found the apartment to be very quiet in the evening. I highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ljubljana.

Given that the apartment is located in the pedestrian-only area of the Old Town, you will need to park in a city lot located about a four minute walk from the apartment.

We could hear steps and noise every morning (6:30 am) from the apartment upstairs. The showers are not properly installed, we had shower with one hand to rinse, not comfortable at all. Finally, we didn't like the pillows, were too big and uncomfortable.

The central location in the heart of the city. The manager Tolga was very helpful and friendly.

The room is absolutely horrible. It is located on the level of pedestrian street, and it's not possible to open windows, because people who walk next to it look directly at you. Not only it's not possible to open windows for fresh air, but it's not possible to open even drapes for the same reason. So, no fresh air, no daylight, no air-condition. It's just not possible to be inside! And the bedroom does not have any windows at all. Basically, the bedroom is a tiny room the size of a double bed, separated only by small partition from the living room and the kitchenette. The same is for the living room. The sofa in the living room where I slept was awful, with worn out mattress, which had a large dip in the center. So, after a night on it I had a back pain. In addition, no bed lamps, and all lights for the entire apartment are located in one place near the door only. So, to turn on or off the light in any room once needs to go there, can't do it from the room. After first night we asked the manager to relocate us, and we paid double amount to be relocated into 2-bedroom apartment, which was on a 2nd floor, but one of bedrooms was again with no windows, and no air condition, and another bedroom was basically a glass box the size of the bed in the corner of a large living room and long distance from bathroom. Did not worth big money we paid for it at all!

Wonderful design, great location just off the river. Staff met us with keys and gave us info/tips of the local area.

We were given two sets of keys.... one didn't work in the locks. The shower would flood into the kitchen (this has clearly been happening for a while as the base of the bathroom/kitchen wall has water damage). So we had to wear our flips flops in the kitchen. A previous guests dirty sock was found under our bed... we found it when packing to leave (as we checked under the bed for any of our belongings) Very responsive hosts until we arrived... I messaged about working the TV, they didn't get back to me. When you book, you also don't know which style of apartment you're getting, as all the photos are of different apartments. Also, the light switches were on the other end of the apartment from the door, and there were no light switches in the bedroom, you'll need to use your phone flashlight ...

Great location, lift available, charming and comfortable apartment.

FYI no Wi-Fi in the main bedroom, the second bed in the glass cubicle has a curtain but it does not close in front of the door which is not private or dark. I reported a broken shower door hinge immediately after arrival and the heavy glass door remained open and water pooled on the floor. The dishwasher was not in working order and this was not mentioned at the time of booking or at check in, which I also reported after arrival. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience.

Incredible location. Next to the river and the main promenade and shopping area. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes around + lots of options on Wolt for food ordering. The host was super warm, friendly and helpful. Was able to provide accurate directions and support to park as you cannot bring your car into the centre. Overall, very pleasant and would highly recommend.

I think a dishwasher was the only missing piece. We were 6 friends, so we used a lot of plates and bowls and cutlery and ending up washing a lot. But it was such a great place and a good vibe it didn't seem like a major issue.
