Property was awesome!! Very well stocked, great location, beautiful home!! Our family had a great time: went to Gunstock, Weirs Beach, cocktail cruise, breweries, as well as enjoyed the comfort of your beautiful home!! Thank you!!

Arrived at the property late at night. The temperature of the house was 62° when we arrived. There are multiple thermostats that are difficult to understand. I tried to reach out to the homeowners, but they did not respond until the next morning. After some messing around that evening, we were able to get thermostats working. Overall, the property was OK. Whatever cleaning service they are using did not go above and beyond. It looks like they do a very quick wipe time before the next people arrive. We stayed in a lot of other places, and I would write this in the middle for the cost.

Overall property and experience was great. A suggestion would be to provide dressers in the upstairs bedrooms. The location was perfect for all of the sightseeing we did.

We had a great weekend! The Bank of NH Pavilion is minutes away. The house is close to lake Winni for boating and water fun. House was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Can ask for much more.

Our family had a great time @ this lake property! Tons of space, in excellent condition with lots of areas to just hang out in. Great kitchen as well, and also a great laundry area. We were also able to keep both out cars in a huge garage which was a nice feature.

The house was very nicely decorated. Well equipped. Very clean. It is near many attractions and has a pretty view from the large deck. I would stay here again.

The house was well kept. We brought a lot of stuff with us....but found we didn't need to. One could bring their clothes and be set for the week. Inside the house there were black chairs, beach towels tubes for tubing, a couple bicycles...too much to mention.

Lake Winnipesaukee fun!
From the great residents-only beach (5 minute walk) to fishing off the dock (tiny fish, but still fun for the kids), to all the other fun we had (go-carts in Weirs, water bumper boats, shopping, dinner at Camp in Meredith, and a big hike up Mount Major), we really couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for a great trip to the lake!

Great ski getaway!
Great property just as shown in the photos! Close to Gunstock, stores, the ice rink, restaurants and even found a spa! Loved working remotely and enjoying the views of ice fishing on the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Family Getaway (with college kids)
The house was beautiful, clean with lots of open space. Even though it was -1 and it snowed 10 inches of snow, we walked to the beach (lots of ice fishing) went tubbing at Gunstock, hiked the local trails and played ping pong. The owners were responsive and accommodating, especially during the storm. If we had to make any requests, mine is more Tupperware and my husbands is more snow shovels :). We are grateful for the wonderful family memories and would definitely stay again!

We had our bridal party staying here and it was just perfect for the ladies to love on the bride, preparing for the big day, and getting ready on the actual day. There was beautiful lighting, views, plenty of room and perfect for our needs.

Relaxing Lake Retreat
This house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable! Sitting on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee was our favorite time of the day. We found it very well stocked and thoughtfully appointed. The ping pong table adds a lot of fun too! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home but not suitable for everyone
This is a lovely home with a very nice sunset view over Lake Winnipesaukee. As we were there for only two nights, I cannot comment on how well it was equipped. We did no cooking so I have no idea what is supplied in the kitchen. I would advise that due to the number of steps and steep slope of the lot, it is probably not the best choice for the elderly or those with physical disabilities. We had some problem with getting the garage door to close. We called the owners to ask about it and they did call back quite quickly.

Great Stay and Beautiful view.
The family had a great time at the location. The place was very clean with lots of amenities. It was in a great location near the town beach. The location is very close to Weirs Beach, Merideth, and gunstock so there was a ton of fun stuff to do with the family all week. We went over almost every night to the town beach to enjoy the beautiful view of the sunset. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

The location of this property was great. Access to the Gilfors beach, the Weirs, Meredith was very easy. Day docks for boat rental and kayak launch. Overall, the house is comfortable and well equipped. Our family had a great stay ! Thank Shelly

Fun family week
House was well equipped. Advertisement made it sound that you could swim at town beach and that is not allowed without a pass. Owner did not provide or inform us we needed this. She responded she would get for us but that was already 3 days into stay. Quiet neighborhood, little bit of water view, master bedroom huge and bed was comfy.

Great week with family
Had a great week here with husband and 2 teen kids. House was clean and very bright. A welcome basket with coffee and snacks was a big hit with our kids, as was the ping pong table! The location was ideal for exploring the best of what the lake area has to offer. We were able to drive easily to hiking, beaches and evening activities ( mini golf, arcade). Any questions we had were quickly answered by Shelly. Although we weren’t right on the lake, we had a nice view from the deck and only a 5 minute walk to Gilford beach. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing week. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to recommend to others!!!

Beautiful space and view with plenty to do in the area!
Our family of six was very comfortable in Shelly and Craig's beautiful Gilford home. It had huge windows to enjoy a view of the lake, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and a ping-pong table for fun downstairs! The neighborhood was lovely and close to everything we needed - coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and Gunstock Mountain area. We'd gladly stay again in the summer!
