Getting in at 12 was great but room homely with lovely decor a lovely change from usual bland rooms out there.Host debbie was great location great really quiet at night .lovely gardens to sit in.

Would have loved a brekkie but wasnt a big issue plenty of places 10 minutes walk away.

Nice room with comfortable bed. It would have been perfect if breakfast was served.

A bit noisy from the pub that's right beside the building.

No coffee facility, had to use owners own kitchen, very untidy and pots In the sink

Probably the best little place we've ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, the room was beautiful and the host Debs was amazing. Will always now try to stay here first.

Breakfast wasn't included but you were able to use kitchen facilities for making tea coffees etc that was there for your use. It was by far the best value accommodation I found in the area and you where right in the centre of cleethorpes within minutes walking so didn't need a car . Also bus stop to Grimsby on the doorstep.

Lovely comfortable bed. Couldn't hear the traffic despite being on the main road. Very friendly owner. Made me feel very welcome.

Debbie was a fabulous host. Couldn't do enough for us. Let me explore the house as I love properties & the quirkiness of The Bays was great. We had the pleasure of chatting with Shirley (Mum) & tickles with Blaine (the house dog). The previous occupants had spilled beer on the carpet in our room & Debbie was washing & drying this as quick as she could, she offered us another room but we refused as didn't want to make more work for her. We just went & had a cuppa downstairs & chatted with Shirley. Great location for the town, comfortable room, great Host. Would definitely recommend & re book 👍
