Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony.

The flat was very clean, the instructions were clear, we found the place very easy, did not have problems with anything. Thank so much for giving me the opportunity to see Spain

Les côtés positifs : l'appartement est bien situé, dans un endroit calme. La piscine est immense. Un grand frigidaire, une salle de bains spacieuse (des étagères seraient cependant utiles !!) Les côtés moyens: Supposé être pour quatre, avec des ados il vaut mieux n'être que trois, sinon on se marche vite sur les pieds. Des lits superposés probablement adaptés à des enfants mais pas à des ados. Les côtés négatifs : aucun

L'appartement n'est pas si mal mais pas entretenu car le lavabo bouché avait été signalé en avril et rien n'a été fait, c'est nous qui avons dû le faire ; la fuite d'eau du chauffeau est récurrente et rien n'est fait. Il faut monter sur le lit pour ranger les affaires dans les placards et y vivre à 4 doit être compliqué sans parler de la porte de la chambre qui doit rester grande ouverte car le lit en empêche la fermeture.Si nous n'avions pas eu de la chance de rencontrer des gens qui nous indique la résidence on chercherait encore et ouvrir les grilles était très difficile.Un store banne serait le bienvenu pour le soleil. Hormis cela monsieur Nory nous a donné de bonnes informations sur les alentours et nous avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour car pas mal situé.

L apparemment était sale. Et le hall d entrée plus que sale et n a pas été nettoyé de toute la semaine. C est vraiment dommage. J en profite pour vous signaler que il y a une petite fuite sous l évier de la cuisine. Cdlt

Assez loing de toute commodités

To start with the positive: The complex is a little long in the tooth, but well maintained and has a beautifully situated pool in a tree-lined courtyard. There is a parking directly in front of the house with a lockable gate. The complex is quite central situated and was very quiet during the time of our stay in early/mid April. The flat itself is modern and functionally furnished with a lately renovated bathroom. The balcony has a beautiful view through trees to the sea and the mountains. The arrival information provided by the owner was complete and easy to understand. In our case, the handover of the keys was contactless and also unproblematic. Less positive: The (children's) room with the bunk beds is an interior room, which means without an outside window, but only with a door and a small window to the living room. This is not unusual in Spain, but in our opinion it should have been mentioned in the description. In addition, this room was uninhabitable during our stay due to damp walls and extensive mould stains. We came to terms with the situation and our son slept on a mattress in the living room during our stay. We are well aware that the deficiencies could not be remedied overnight. However, we were particularly disappointed by the owner's reaction. After we had described the situation and sent photos, there was only a short thankful answer with the announcement to take care of a solution. By the time we left, there was no response until we asked again, after we had already left. There was no concession in the rental price, although it had been announced. The flat is rented without final cleaning - here you are dependent on the thoroughness of the previous tenant. In our case, the result was OK, but we would have liked to know this particularity in advance. For the final cleaning it would have been helpful if there had been a hoover.

Très belle résidence avec magnifique piscine mais logement peu fonctionnel : absence de penderie, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas d'aspirateur, Tv mal située, peu de rangement pour 4 personnes ... Lors de notre séjour les oreillers étaient en piteux états, problème de moisissure dans les chambres, fuite d'eau du chauffe-eau, évier de salle de bain bouché...
