Conveniently located. Beautiful view and easy access to the beach.

The unit was very dated. In desperate need of new furniture and updated decor. Window treatments were mismatched in the master bedroom and falling down in the living area. There were three curtains and should have been at least 6.

Views were perfect! Balcony had a table and chairs for eating lunch or relaxing with a cup of coffee. It was so convenient to be right across from the elevators. Property was well lit and the security gate made us feel very safe.

Twin beds were uncomfortable, but the view of the ocean made up for it. There were a couple of wobbly chairs that we turned around so we wouldn't sit in the., but there were enough other chairs, anyway.

Great location nice pool showers to remove sand when leaving beach

Tv didn’t work. grills were too dirty to cook on. My bedroom was right above sliding doors and it was ridiculously loud it shook the whole condo. You can only open the dishwasher halfway because of where it’s at in the kitchen it hits the oven

Location is nice and it’s on 2nd floor

The property is very outdated , couch and beds are awful. The carpet needs replacing (nasty feeling to walk on) rust throughout the condo , shower drains do not drain well at all. The rate they charge for this place is. It worth it

Room was still dirty floors would turn your feet black, a lot of the outlets didn’t work, appliances were rusted very out dated for the expense of the room.

The property is beautiful.

Too many chairs at beach, can't even see the beach until you pass the chairs. We rented chairs and an umbrella one day. The next day they made us move our stuff, guess it was too close to the chairs. I have been coming to Florida since I was 16, I am 64, I have never been told I can't put my towels and beach stuff some where. This was our first visit to Destin. Althought the beach and water are beautiful. We will look elsewhere in the future.

The pool area was very nice. Security was top notch.

room 503 needs to be updated all the appliances rusty. The lighting is bad. No smart TVs was disappointed with my room

Dirty floors, dirty and moldy shower curtain, glass top table had a rusting base, vinyl Curtain on balcony door was very dirty, couldn’t load the dishwasher as the door couldn’t be opened to load entire appliance as the stove was blocking! The condo in itself was very dated

bed was very uncomfortable. dryer didn’t work. had black mold on the ceiling over the dining room table. Had only one pan to cook with and it was scratched up.

enjoyed the location of room except for the vending machines being right outside door. Very loud. Well equipped except an extra blanket would have been nice. We had to go buy one. Great pool and location. Short walk to beach.

I understand renovation are being done but being on ground floor next to pool, the workers chiseled up a LOT of cement chunks and grit and it was all over our patio. couldn’t walk on it until I found a broom and swept it off. It was really bad. Also workers kept walking into our private patio and out.

Location was good. We arrived in the middle of a renovation, so we didn't get to see the before and after look. I hope to go back next year.

This was our first time to set up a vacation reservation online, so it was different. I wasn't familiar with check-in with no desk staff on duty. The email messages were not as complete (regarding arrival procedures, room door codes, etc.) as I would have liked, but after contacting security, the issue was resolved.

Location. Room lay out.

Locked gates everywhere. No staff to ask questions too, except the security at night. The gate to the left doesn’t open with the code. They were also doing construction everywhere that guest should be warned about before seeing it when they drive up. It was a real eye sore. The room itself: the bed needs to be replaced. My husband had back issues the whole week due to it. Some of the outlets are loose a won’t charge your phone. The refrigerator needs to be bigger. Didn’t have to use or didn’t use the closet to hang clothes, but if I would have needed to I wouldn’t want the plunger in there with my clothes, nor the broom and dustpan. The bathroom needs bigger mirror, a trash can, and the fan fixed.

The beach.

The condo was FILTHY. The tile floors could not have been mopped in at least a year. The soles of your feet would be black after walking through the condo once. The dishes had dust on all of them and had to be washed before using. There was construction going on for the entire two weeks and we were not apprised of that condition before renting. Paint was peeling on most walls and doors throughout the building. Never stay at this condo or any Vacasa facility again.

Back bedroom shower drained slowly. Hide bed was broken and not able to be slept on as planned. Master bedroom towel rack was broken. Back bedroom toilet holder missing.
