The apartment is very good and recommendable for families. The owners are very kind to the guests.

Well equipped kitchen and good air conditioning
No mention of very sleep.hill to reach apartment. Apart from a bathroom mirror the apartment had no mirrors, which made it incredibly difficult, brushing and drying hair etc for all guests, I did mention this to the agent but was told they didn't want hairs or make up on bedroom floors, very poor. Also the apartment had an Infestation nest of flying ants in the lounge area, obviously aware of the problem, 3 types of insect killer were in cupboard, we must have bushed up and disposed of hundreds of them during the stay. Also roof terrace a complete disappointment, picture shows a canvas sun umbrella and a gazebo with full canvas cover, there were neither of these available and No shade or shelter at all on roof terrace. So virtually impossible to use in the day and most of the lights weren't working so unable to use at night also, the next door apartment Beta had full gazebo cover, working lights and throws for evening, our Alpha apartment was very poor.

Excellent location near to the centre of Ferragudo, although up a steep hill so for those less able a car may be needed. Wonderful rooftop terrace with fantastic views. Brilliant communication from Jens!

The location, the size of the flat. the beds were comfy, the hot tub, the food and drink available in the apartment when I arrived
I would have liked to have used the hot tub more than once as paid for 3 days. if possible it would be good to know about the heating up of the hot tub in advance. in my case Friday morning. thank you for turning the hot tub ready for Saturday morning as it was after dark when I got back on Friday.

clean, good facilities
got locked out of property due to battery failure on door code lock. couldn’t get British TV except Netflix and we’re quite techy, despite many instructions. paid for 6 days hot tub, only 1 was hot!! otherwise fine.

A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Fully equipped kitchen so a pleasure cooking meals there. Very tasteful decor, luxurious seating and bedding. The view from the roof terrace was very pleasant, we could see into the countryside and around into the town and down to the sea. The hot tub was great although the pricing needs to be clearer on the website. The apartment is situated a short walk from the town itself, so was nice and quiet.
Although the bathroom itself was great and nicely decorated, we felt the shower rail/curtain really let it down...it looked cheap and did not keep the water from going on the floor. Also the toilet roll was very cheap. We did find some crumbs in the drawer underneath the oven also.

Very well equipped, everything we needed and even more was available.
Also excellent for family with children.
