It was convenient to walk to town.

At half the price I would consider it passable. Curtains didn’t cover the windows & had tears in them. We were given now info about Wi-Fi passwords or how to use the TV. The noise from the freeway was loud.

Staff was attentive when our 1st room was unacceptable .

Room was relatively clean. The room was made up once during our stay.

Provide glasses, cups.

Too close to noisy freeway, no chairs, only 2 lights in the bedroom, no closet, tiny bathroom, poor lighting in the bathroom, poor exterior maintenance and too expensive for “value”.

The clerk seemed on drugs. Had horrible attitude. May have been inside room without consent.

The only thing fun about staying at this property is sharing our story about our night at the Budget Inn in Caldwell, Idaho. It is the worse property I've stayed at in all my years of traveling. People enjoy hearing about the mistake we made reserving a crappy room in a motel located right next to a major freeway, we felt like the bed was on the curb with trucks roaring by! The parking lot was Scary! And the room decor was equally Scary! The lack of lighting in the room and bathroom made you wonder if it had been a prison cell before someone attempted to change it into a motel. The walls looked like they had been beaten with a sledgehammer and then patched. The paint job in the room looked like it had been a kindergarten class project. There was one main switch right inside the door that turned on/off the power to everything in the room, including the TV. When on, the TV had a message that said "Takes up to 5 minutes to load.". Once the TV was on if someone hits that power switch, not knowing what it was, everything goes off and the TV takes another 5 minutes to reload. Sound frustrating??? I'm lucky my wife is still speaking to me. On the positive side, every motel stay following this will be a better experience!

What breakfast? Location was ok. It was quiet.

Towels were paper thin and not enough towels in the room. I asked for more towels and they were brought to the room. Door dragged on floor so it made a loud screeching noise every time it was opened or closed. Door wouldn’t lock from inside of the room. It was broken. Grass area was full of goat head stickers so I couldn’t walk my service dog on the grass.

The mattress was comfortable

It was very noisy being by the interstate. Only gave 2 towels for the weekend.

The gentleman manning the front desk was courteous.

The property was run down and in disrepair. The other “guests” , apparently, live there full time. The motel is located directly on an extremely busy street- there was loud traffic noise all night long. Neither lamp, next to the bed, worked. One had exposed wiring. The other didn’t have a bulb. The sheets had dark stains on them- not sure if they were stained or just hadn’t been laundered. We had dogs, that we kept in our vehicles. We were told that we couldn’t walk them on the property , we had to walk them at the park, across the street.

Place was a dump. They even have a book in lobby with a list of locals, not to rent to I assume this is for drugs or prostitution

The service was terrible at least from one person and there were ambulances and fire trucks every other day.

We liked checking out and getting the eff out of there.

The dude at the counter was super rude and and sarcastic. Totally disrespectful treated us like trash. The room itself was presentable but other than that i wouldnt go back. Im all about customer service and being polite it can change the overall experience. If that guy can change his attitude it would have been a lot better.
