A 2 BR, 2 BA Downstairs Unit right across the street from John's Pass Village!
Das Cottage by the Pass im Erdgeschoss bietet den Charme vergangener Tage sowie alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Cottage by the Pass befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom weißen Sand entfernt und es sind keine Straßen zu überqueren. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich John's Pass Village und der Boardwalk. Im Inneren finden Sie eine geräumige Küche mit Travertin-Arbeitsplatten und energieeffizienter Waschmaschine und Trockner. Holzböden im Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer. Die Badezimmer haben ein völlig neues Aussehen mit Marmorduschen. Vor den französischen Türen im Hintergrund befindet sich eine Terrasse mit einem Gasgrill. Vorne befindet sich eine große Terrasse mit einem weißen Lattenzaun mit üppiger tropischer Landschaft. Bitte beachten Sie auch das Studio im Obergeschoss in diesem Cottage auf Home Away # 351556.

There was a lot of room in this property, and the owner thought of everything that you might need while on vacation, right down to curling iron. This is an older place, very clean. However, it’s about time to repaint the trim inside. The kitchen had everything you would need except food, of course. They did include a little bit of spices, olive oil, and some other things.

Love this place because close to beach, John’s pass across street. Had a hiccup when Debby hit us, owners were great to help. But maybe some games for when guests get stuck in. See you next time

The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .

Very pleased with our stay! Located directly across from the Bamboo Beach Bar! You can hear the live music by just sitting on the front patio. Had an awesome time! Thanks! Will definitely visit again.

The location was awesome - directly across from John's Pass, and very easy to grab some dinner or drinks and see live entertainment! The beach is also very easy to get to, I should have counted the number of steps - but v. close! The unit itself is great - roomy, good amount of space for the family to spread out. The kitchen is huge and there were ample supplies for us to cook our breakfasts each morning. We had a small item pop up during our stay - lack of batteries in the TV remote, and they were dropped off first thing in the morning! We didn't have to worry about being bored that first night as there was entertainment across the street, and there were plenty of books for us to choose from and start reading. After we left, we were more than an hour away and realized our son left his cell phone behind. A quick call and text to Cherie and we came up with various possible solutions that would work, and our situation was resolved without us having to drive all the way back. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in the area, we will be renting from here again.

Our fourth time staying and we love it more each time. Close to everything, and if there are ever any issues they are addressed immediately. It’s always clean.

BAD. Floors filthy, lampshades and blinds very dusty, looked like MOLD in shower, kitchen supplies very used and a fist size hole in one of the walls and they charge $60.00 for damage which is non refundable. I recommend not staying here.

We had such a fun time! The location is incredible, walking distance to everything johns pass. The owners were very fast to respond if we needed anything. Plenty of space inside for dinner/cooking! My only note I’d say is that the couch/futon can fit 2 small people, I’d recommend planning 1 person/adult size on the futon.

This is the 3rd year we’ve rented the cute purple cottage. It’s the perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and John’s Pass right across the street. It’s very clean and well taken care of. The owners are amazing! We will be booking again for next summer!

Clean, working air conditioning and open floor plan and location was perfect with easy access to the beach, friendly people all over the area and overall very nice for a family stay. Our entire family enjoyed the trip!

Was worried about this unit because it was downstairs apartment and had window units in the listing. So glad we did it! It was exactly what we wanted. Was able to park the car when we got there and had everything we wanted in steps from the unit. We enjoyed the front patio and gas grill so much. Walked out back to the beach and out front to shopping, restaurants, drinks and live music. Can’t wait to stay again.

We loved the location of the house! Close to the beach and Johns Pass. This was our second stay at the house. We had some issues with the cleanliness of the house but the manager was prompt, professional and caring when addressing it and actually came and cleaned it herself while we were at dinner. Hopefully the issues get resolved so other families can enjoy their stay as it is a great property.

This place was great. A lot of space for my family of 6. Short walk to the beach and shopping.

The unit was very noisy with music across the way until 10pm. The street was also noisy because it was the main drag. It was difficult to get heat in the unit. I would not want to rent the unit again.

Our family was very comfortable in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach home. Beach is 1/2 block walking distance and John's Pass Village is across the street. Lots of room and beds comfortable. We brought some conveniences with us and made Publix run the next morning (2.5 miles). Could have used extra toilet paper and paper towels. The parking instructions were a little confusing -- park in the "back" of the property. The gravel driveway next to home appeared to be a "drive-thru" and there was a lot in the back of the house large enough for 3 cars. I found out real fast that the gentlemen in the back of the property told me he loves to tow cars and he does not have any "Private Property" signs. So park in the driveway right next to the house. Otherwise, we loved our stay, the convenience to everything and we will be back again! Thank you!

Internet is slow, lots of tv buffering. The recliner and futon are neither one comfortable. Large masses of spider webs in ceiling in the small bedroom. Any kitchen items you might need there, even a rolling pin. The location is great. The local beach is great.

We were in town on business and looking for a place midpoint between areas we needed to be. Stumbled upon this place by accident. What a surprise! Everything we needed was right there! Food, nightlife, beach, literally everything. I’m looking forward to visiting again with my wife, this time for pleasure and not work!

This was our third stay at the cottage, and we are never disappointed. Right across the street from Johns Pass and the beach is just a few minutes walk. The owner is always helpful with any concerns. Our family hopes to go back next year! It’s a perfect vacation spot!

Only minor issues: could use some bleach in some of shower grout crevice, but not bad.

Second stay for us. Great location. Beach only a two minute walk. Several restaurants nearby. Publix grocery store nearby.

Cute little place, loved how you can walk to shops, restaurants and beach! Wished there was a better deck area for seating is the only con besides not being right on the beach to see it off the deck but the beach is still so close to walk to! It's cozy, comfortable and great location would definitely recommend and stay again! Also, the agent is very quick at responding to your messages/calls and so helpful! Loved our stay.

We had a great time at the Cottage. There was plenty of room. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and close to Johns Pass. We will be looking to stay here next time we visit.

Grew up in area and enjoyed the exact area the place is with very little driving needing when arrived and everything at our finger tips. Images doesn't do it justice. Contact with host was very easy with questions and concerns before and during stay. Definitely will revisit.

I would say, maybe 4 adults can stay there comfortably or a family of 4. Beach was right behind us. We didn't have to drive anywhere. If you do Clearwater is just a 15 minute drive. I would stay there again

This place is a gem!!
We just had our 2nd year staying at this cottage and already booked again for next year. The location is the best - right across the street from John's Pass! The cottage is beautiful and well appointed and the host, Cherie, is wonderful to work with! We highly recommend this cottage for a wonderful Florida vacation :)

Perfect Location & Price
Nice little cottage that is about 300 steps from the sand. Responsive owner. So much better than a hotel as house offers dishwasher, washer/dryer and spacious kitchen. Perfect price compared to others in the area. Teenagers LOVED the two living room futons, said they were surprisingly comfortable.
