Fantastic location and great place. I'll be back !

We stayed here with our son and his crew (Wife and 3 teenage girls). We had the upstairs bedroom and they had the downstairs bedrooms and it work out great for us. We were able to get away from each other and have our own space to ourselves when needed. Kitchen was well stocked with items needed. It was a little bit of a walk to lifts, but was doable.

We love this townhouse! We try to stay every year. Great location, great owner!

We have stayed in this area before but this was the first time at this property. We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The house is new, everything was clean, all items were as described, and it's setup for skiing. In addition, the host was very responsive and proactive. While it was on the pricey side, we would consider staying here again.

This was the perfect Keystone townhouse for our family ski trip. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. Plenty of room for both adults and kids. Having a heated garage for ski gear storage was wonderful. Large kitchen, living, dining room kept everyone together. Easy walk to the gondola and restaurants/shops. Condo had everything we needed. Communication with Reid was great. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

The townhome was fantastic. Great location and easy access to both mountain house and river run. It was very clean and plenty of space for our family. Hot tub was an added bonus. Easy check in and check out process. Thank you!

This place was a great place to stay! Great location!

I booked the property for myself and 5 other friends I have known since high school for a long weekend (Th-Mon). The place was exactly like the pictures represented. It was a short 6-7 minute walk to the bridge to the gondola, which was great. There is bus nearby as well, but we never needed it. Bedrooms were big and the bunk beds could have accommodated a larger group. The owner was also very responsive to questions, responding within minutes and was very helpful. Check out was easy, with the only leg work walking the garbage down a block to the main dumpster. The two car garage to gear up and store skis and boots a huge perk. Views of the mountain was great from the family room, and even though my primary bed boarded the street, it wasn't noticeable. I would definitely stay here again

This property was beautiful! Everything was clean and just as pictured on the website. It was wonderful having a mix of private bedrooms and the bunk room! We were able to walk to the gondola every morning (in ski boots!). And the hot tub was a huge hit after a long day on the slopes. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Our family completely enjoyed the experience. Stowage of ski gear is ideal. The hot tub is amazing. The sleeping arrangements are perfect and the open dining room, kitchen, and living room provide for an inclusive family experience.

Magical trip made even better with a home away from home with all the upgrades! Everything in awesome working condition, clean, comfortable beds, soft and comfy throw blankets, enough towels. Pantry with crock pot and extras that were so awesome and needed for bagging up mountain lunches and making dinners easily. We loved the spacious couch area, great for watching movies or talking around fireplace. Can't wait to get back there. Reid was awesome and so prompt for communication.

Property is located a very short walk to the lifts. We walked in lieu of driving closer. Property is as listed and hot tub was a warm welcome after a hard day of skiing. Heated garage was a big plus and is a priority on our future ski trips. Want to go to Utah next year but if we come back to Colorado, this would be our pick.

Would stay again! We had two families with adult kids; there were 9 of us in total. The location was great. We could walk to the village and lifts. It was clean and bright, nicely decorated. It was nice having a two car garage. It also had everything we needed to make meals. We even grilled out one night. We found some good restaurants nearby. We had a really good meal at the Snake River Saloon.

My family really enjoyed our stay. There were a lot of small features/amenities that we appreciated, such as plenty of hanging hooks for jackets, complimentary laundry detergent, hot tub, fireplace, etc. Overall, we were really pleased. The only small suggestion we might make that may improve the experience of future guests is to include a drying rack near the fire place so that people can put their boots, gloves, helmets, etc. on them to dry (instead of spreading them out on the mantle). We would most definitely stay again!

Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children. All but the grandparent skiied. This house was perfect. We walked to the resort. The home was very well equiped, much better than most of the VRBO's we have rented. The accomodations were exceptional with very comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. On top of this the hot tub was always hot which was a welcome additon after a loing day skiing. I can't rate this home any higher. The owner was immediately available even though we never needed him.

This is a beautiful, well-equipped house in a great location. Check-in and out was very easy. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The owner was very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the puzzles and games in the house. We would love to come back and stay again.

This house is in a great location in Keystone. Comfy beds, good supplies to start off with for the weekend. Highly recommend as a place to come and chill with family and friends for a getaway. Professional courtesy and great communication with owner.

Perfect accommodation for our extended family. Great location, beautiful condo with a nice balcony. Plenty of seating and gathering space for family dinners. Well stocked condo with everything we needed for our stay. Would love to rent again.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It offered ample space for 2 families with kids, PLUS Grandma and Grandpa! The location was fantastic- walking distance to everything River Run Village has to offer. Having access to the pool was a nice option, especially with kids, and the on-sight hot tub was a post skiing treat! The kitchen was well equipped- which was important to us. Also- having the garage ended up being a really nice place to keep all of our ski stuff- we used it like a large mudroom- with plenty of space for us to get geared up/down each day. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable spot to spend time with friends or family.

I really enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing. It is just a short walk away from the lifts and right near all the rental shops. We enjoyed the garage and having a place to keep our gear so we didnt have to put it in the house. They had a lot of things provided in the pantry, plates, cookware, and more to make it super comfortable and usable! Would stay again.

The house is well maintained and has quality furnishings and amenities. Short and manageable walk (for teens and adults) to lifts and village. Hot tub is on the street. The slope provides some privacy from the street but not from the sidewalk. Awkward but preferable to no hot tub. Only rub was lack of kitchen supplies. We had to buy dishwashing detergent, trash bags and use bath towels as only 1 kitchen towel is provided. Just add those to your grocery list when you arrive.

Very roomy and great or our family of six with four kids. Help provide a great first skiing experience for my family!

We really enjoyed staying here for our trip to Keystone. Everything was excellent and Reid was super helpful and responsive. I would 100% recommend staying here and will look for this property for future keystone trips.

This was a fantastic property that allowed three generations to enjoy the ski resort. It was well stocked. We had a wonderful time cooking a few meals while enjoying easy access to local restaurants (walking and short driving distances). A great property and a great trip!

Great location for skiing at Keystone. It was a short walk to the village and gondolas. Checkin was very smooth and easy. All of our questions were answered quickly! Very clean and accommodating property. Plenty of room for our big group. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch people ski. The hosts were great and very helpful!!
