Locatie van hotel is super, op enkele minuten lopen van Mall of the Emirates. Personeel is zakelijk, maar vriendelijk en de kamer werd naar behoren schoongemaakt. Afmeting van het appartement met aparte slaapkamer is top. Zwembad op het dak is prima, iets aan de kleine kant en met slechts 4 ligbedden.

De kussen van ligbedden bij het zwembad waren echt te vies en er waren ook geen handdoeken voorradig. Vermoedelijk wegens COVID maatregelen, maar dit werd niet duidelijk. Tevens blijft het brandalarm een probleem, zowel overdag als 's nachts! Kwaliteit en kwantiteit van keukengerei viel tegen.

Location is near my work, Parking is available, Staff are always helpful, professional.....from Security (Gentleman from Ghana), to the Receptionist, Concierge, Housekeeping. I like the fully furnished and equipped kitchen set-up.

If someone can check the unit before check in, it will be so helpful. Fridge not cool, water not hot in shower area.

Everything was affordable

Room was quite spacious, all the amenities were provided - even proper kitchen utensils and dinnerware. The housekeeping staff was very nice, would sort out any issues within 5 mins (called to fix the water heater and muslim shower and they were very prompt) New toiletries along with tea, coffee, sugar sachets, water bottles were provided daily LOCATION IS THE BEST thing about this hotel, literally 5 mins walking distance from Mall of the Emirates Besides one receptionist the whole staff at this hotel is great - professional, courteous, respectful, friendly.

There was ONE "trainee" receptionist who was absolutely horrible, he was the one who welcomed us and after a delayed flight and tiring travel we had to put up with his horrible rude unprofessional attitude. -I booked for a room with twin beds, and he didn't give it to us saying it's not ready, told us to go up to our room and when the other room with twin beds is ready he will inform us - he didn't apologize once for the inconvenience caused. -We politely asked for just one extra towel (we had only 2 and guests were 3) and he kept saying "ma'am policy...only 2 towels allowed" I mean any normal person or rather hotel would give that extra towel but apparently not this gentleman. Had to complain to the manager who was very nice and respectful and apologized for the said gentleman's behaviour, and after that day we did not have to talk to him as other receptionist staff was always present. IF I TAKE AWAY ONE STAR IT IS BECAUSE OF THAT HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. He should be fired, he does not belong in the service industry. One side note, the tub in the bathroom is rather high, it can be a bit dangerous getting in and out especially when the floor is wet after a shower, so just keep that in mind.

Room size was great and the location is ideal for Mall of Emirates
