The rooms floor was not so clean

Für Miami Beach eher ruhige Lage. Ein Strandzugang befindet sich in der Nähe. Toller Strand. Schöne Zimmer. Pool.

SEHR hellhörige Zimmer. Wir hatten eine Tür zum Nachbarn im Zimmer! Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Keine Herdplatte in der „Küche“.

Staff was exceptional and always willing to help. Place had this great scent in the air making your way in and out.of lobby a d elevators a pure pleasure to the scenses. Place is well updated and having many convinces as well as properly stocked kitchen witb appliances....even dishwaher/ and washer. Beach location entrance is right on the opposite side of the street. Definitely return next year.

Parking fee could be a little lower.

Heerlijke ‘kamer’ aan de voorzijde van het gebouw met een ruim terras. Modern ingericht. Schoonmaak vlekkeloos. Zwembadje op het dak. Valet parkeren aanwezig (kosten $ 40). Op loopafstand van een rustig strand. Diverse restaurants eveneens op loopafstand. Het (gratis) openbaar vervoer stopt voor en achter het hotel. Starbucks in het gebouw. Zou hier absoluut weer verblijven.

De airco in het gebouw mag iets minder koud. Het hotel ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Het is goed geïsoleerd maar je hoort het verkeer goed als je de balkondeur openzet.

Gostei das acomodações. Gostei também de ter um Starbucks no local e a localização é muito boa. Localização longe do barulho de South Beach.

Não gostei mto das camas do local. Para quem tem mais de 60 kg já fica desconfortável devido as camas serem mto macias e para um casal na parte geralmente do homem a cama afunda.

Staff atencioso e educados. Custo beneficio excelente. A piscina é agradavel. A vista do nosso quarto (PH3) também era bonita, de frente para o canal. O quarto era bem completinho com itens de cozinha, microondas, geladeira e mini forno eletrico. O startbucks embaixo e o Publix (mercado) walking distance ajudam bem. Provavelment voltaremos, achamos o custo beneficio imbativel. A praia é excelente e de fácil acesso.

A cama poderia ser maior e o chuveiro ter mais pressão. A localização requer que voce tenha carro ou saia de uber para maioria dos lugares em miami beach.

Spacious room excellent when traveling with toddlers. Enough space to sit down, relax, take breakfast.

Doesn’t have an optional of self parking

Très bel hôtel moderne dont les chambres/suites sont très bien aménagées. La cuisinette est parfaite et complète. Le personnel est très courtois et accommodant. Des chaises, parasols et serviettes de plage sont à notre disposition pour pouvoir profiter de la superbe plage située très près de l'hôtel (presque en face et à un coin de rue de marche). Une navette est également disponible pour les familles ou personnes à mobilité réduite. La piscine sur le toit est fantastique!

Le seul point à améliorer selon nous serait un prix pour le stationnement à l'hôtel plus raisonnable. Ils chargent $40.00 USD par jour!

Лучшее соотношение цена и качество. Современный с элементами дизайна отель. Приветливый персонал. Приветственное кофе от Старбакса в холле. В номере есть своя мини кухня , что удобно. Хороший видовой бассейн на 6 этаже.

Высокая слышимость. Коридор и соседи , как будто живут с тобой в номере. Вода из душа постоянно пытается попасть на весь пол в ванной. Персонал переодически забывает или налить воды или положить принадлежности для ванны.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Has everything you need including a Kitchenette. The property has a pool and gym which is fantastic. The property is priced really well for Miami. We enjoyed our stay

El hotel está ubicado en una buna zona de Miami Beach, tiene servicio de playa, las habitaciones muy son cómodas y tienen un lindo balcón. El servicio de limpieza es muy bueno y el personal es atento.

Possibility to book mini flat that are very well equipped, comfortable, and nice!😊 there was even a Washmachine and a dishwasher! The view from the pool and the gym!

We stayed an entire week! Make-up room service wasn’t always great, some days the room wasn’t cleaned properly! Pool and gym spaces are very small!

The room had balcony and had everything

The pool was very small and not heated. My husband had knee injury and wanted ride and help to beach with umbrellas and chairs. We waited over half an hour and then hr never dropped us off at by the sad but had to walk the entire walkway for that we could have crossed the street. Seemed like guy was doing too much. Could have used another helper get5ung everyone car etc. Also there was no flexibility with the check out time.

+ goed uitgeruste kamers en suites (frigo, microwave, vaatwasser, bestek,....) + ruime moderne kamer + mooie badkamer 'en suite' + de kortingbonnetjes (-10%) die je krijgt voor de Starbucks beneden

+/- personeel groet je maar na dat je eerst zelf iets zegt. Niet echt klantvriendelijk.... +/- aan de balie waren de dames vriendelijker dan de heer.... +/- de vloer van de kamer werd niet zorgvuldig gereinigd (wij vonden nog kruimels van de dag ervoor) +/- 1ste dag krijg je nog blokje voor vaatwas, andere dagen steeds vragen.... +/- Na de tweede dag was het kleine shampoo-tube leeg en werd niet vervangen +/- geen ontbijt-, lunch of dinermogelijkheden in het hotel (op je kamer of extern) +/- het zwembad is echt wel klein.... - het lawaai van het verkeer als je je raam opent - de luidruchtige dichtslaande kamerdeuren op de gang - de 'valet-service' is duur: 40$ per nacht voor je huurwagen! - de verantwoordelijke heer van de valet-service (met baard) zei geen goeiedag meer na dat we zeiden dat we de huurwagen elders op een parking gingen zetten

Sauber und alle waren freundlich, tolle Ausstattung sogar Strandsitze und Schirme die man kostenlos ausleihen kann. Die Lage ist super direkt am Strand aber eher in einer ruhigen Ecke.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Unterkunft mit ein paar Meter vom wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants auch in der Nähe.

Starbucks downstairs very convenient +10% discount. Great recommendations from the staff and Harmon Carmen’s speaker available to use inside of the apartment. Also the balconies were nice..

The floor felt sticky and like I did not want to walk on it barefoot also showerhead could have been a nicer upgrade.

Ótimo atendimento pelos funcionários e servidores. Tudo muito limpo e com excelente funcionamento e qualidade. O apartamento ficava na face sul e se tornava um pouco mais frio à noite. Foi pedido mais uma coberta e mandaram somente mais uma onde seria necessário duas. Tirando esse por menor o hotel é excelente.

O hotel não fica na beira da praia e há necessidade de atravessar a avenida Collins.

Second time we stayed in we were given the room on the ground floor next to Starbucks. The room was extremely noisy and the doors weren’t closing properly so we could hear each conversation from the reception.

I like everything. The service is very good. Agustin, Adam and Ruben are amazing! It’s one of the best hotel I have done in Miami. The standards are as per the pictures, plus you can do your laundry, there is a dryer too (free). You can go to the beach with the free trolley from 9am to 5pm. The location of the hotel is very good. Everything has been thought to welcome properly the customers. There is a Nespresso machine in the room so you can have a coffee. The cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. I booked two times this hotel.

Me encantó la decoración de la habitación ; el hecho de tener microondas , cafecito a la llegada ; incluido el aseo de la habitación le dan un plus adicional.. El personal muy amable y dispuesto ayudar ..☺️

It was very clean

The mattress in the room was absolutely horrible we hardly could sleep. Also the parking lifts broke on the day we had to travel back home and we had to wait three more hours before we could leave, they told us they’ll refund that night’s money but never happened so that’s disappointing .

Loved the location on the A1A. We reserved a room through Booking.com for a two-night stay before a cruise. We were aware the hotel may have been a bit pricey based on its location ( off of Collins Avenue) but I booked anyway. What a pleasant surprise to actually learn I reserved a penthouse on the 6th floor, across from the rooftop pool. The price of less than $400 for a penthouse (with mini-fridge, small dishwasher, place setting for 4, kitchen sink, convection oven & free use of the washer and dryer) was an awesome deal. The balcony room had a partial view of the ocean ( across the street and between the buildings). It was an easy walk to the beach. Staff offered to bring us chairs, an umbrella, and shuttle to the beach, which is included in the price. There is a Starbucks in the lobby & you get a 10%discount card at check-in. Breakfast is not incuded & there is no onsite restaurant but there are places within walking distance, & a free trolley to take you places to eat and shop. The nearest drugstore (Walgreen's) & supermarket (Publix) are not that far of a walk. Eduardo and the other valet attendants, as well as Daniel and other front desk staff, were absolutely awesome.

$40/day valet parking fee is a bit high but is comparable to other hotels in the same area. They place a "hold" on your credit card for any damages done during your stay, but as of 11/5/23 (over a week after our stay), that charge is not credited back to us.

Beautiful design. Many appliances. Nearby the beach. Have gym and pool.

Bed is really sagging, 20cm. Not possible to sleep. Lighting is not sufficient, the room is really dark.

La verdad es que la experiencia fue bastante desagradable, si tuviera que rescatar algo, el personal es muy atento.

La limpieza del hotel es un asco, jamás aspiraron el cuarto, no limpiaron bien la ducha (quedaron pelos de los días de uso), no repusieron shampoo, jabón ni acondicionador. Además, el día lunes, a las 8:30 de la mañana, comenzaron a aspirar el pasillo ... el ruido era tal, que no dejaba dormir.

Clean and spacious room, including a little kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave. Lovely area just 2’ walk to the beach and just 30’ cycling from south beach. Especially appreciated Valentina at the reception, who gave me lots of incredible tips that made my stay much better!

It would be amazing if they could offer a breakfast service included in the price, but there are also some nice cafes just a very short walk from the hotel.
