This home was everything you want is a vacation rental. Warm, inviting, well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, table to gather around, lovely back patio. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

Our family loved this home, with its covered back porch, and large bedrooms. The Keurig coffee maker was an excellent added bonus. Communication with the owner was efficient and pleasant. I wish the shower heads had more flow, but I understand the value in managing water use. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, but it is only a couple minutes drive to downtown and the local park and recreation center (with indoor and outdoor pools). We recommend this property and host.

I travel to cottonwood every year for the 4th of July and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

We spent a long weekend at this property and fully enjoyed it. It was super clean and well appointed, including a gas-fired grill on a covered patio that is shaded in the afternoon. The neighborhood is very quiet and grocery stores, restaurants and Old Town Cottonwood are close by. Sedona is 1/2 hour away by car. The property owner responded very quickly when we had a question. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Cottonwood, or even Sedona.

The house was a great place to stay in the Cottonwood area. The host provided a three ring notebook with information on the Wi-Fi sign-in and other details about our stay. Everything was clean and the furnishings were modern and updated.

This house was perfect for our needs. Very conveniently located. Plenty of room for the six of us. Nice porch to use for morning coffee or evening dinner. Plenty of parking.

We came to town for a charity golf tournament and thought it would be easier for my hubby and I to get a VRBO for us, and our 3 adult children. The property was very clean and close to events that we were attending. The neighborhood was quiet and the boys enjoyed hanging out on the backyard porch. I would definitely stay again next year!

The house was really nice. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did have a little trouble locking and unlocking the doors. But was still a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here at this property. Great location, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 dogs. Home was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs and enjoyed sitting out on the porch. We had a wonderful time, would definitely stay again.

The home is so comfortable. We were lucky to find a great host. We didn't get to meet them in person but they were quite communicative & seemed kind.

We visit our eldest son and his family in Cottonwood on a regular basis. We have stayed at multiple VRBO houses over the years. Overall this is definitely our favorite. It is close by to where our son lives, but after using VRBO for many years the things that always stay with you about a stay are the cleanliness and comfort of a house and the access and ability of the host to make you feel welcomed during your stay. We will be staying at this home again.

Ultra-clean. Great neighborhood. Huge TV, interesting books, games. Comfortable King bed. Great location. Worked out perfectly for our excursions to Sedona and Jerome.

Definitely had a sense of "pride of ownership" by the way the property was well maintained and everything nicely kept in house. Very cozy experience. After long days touring the area, it was a very comfortable place to return to and unwind. Good central location to many sites in Northern AZ as well.

Nice property with a fully equipped kitchen. Good location to get to sights, close to shopping. Stay was comfortable for 5 adults and all had enough room and enjoyed the house. Would love to stay again if in the area. Owner great at getting back with me when something was left at the house.

We had a great time! Spent a lot of our time out back on the patio watching the squirrels and rabbits. Explored historic Cottonwood and Clarkdale. House is amazing we grilled all nights. Its clean and comfortable has all the amenities from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Rodrigo was very responsive and came and changed some light bulbs would definitely stay again
