Nice spacious property, could be cleaner some kitchen pots dirty and shower screen guard dirty. Main bedroom could do with another bedside table and thicker curtains. Place is a bit damp and could do with a paint.No sea view as advertised. Good location for Saundersfoot.

A very clean and well equipped apartment aswell as being well appointed to Saundersford Harbour. We intend returning in the next few months to continue our coastal path journey.

Spacious and clean and within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Saundersfoot is a lovely seaside village with plenty of places to eat - and drink! Lovely walk along the front to Wisemans Bridge, where the pub serves the best Sunday dinner in Wales. Our host was most helpful with excellent communication. Very commendable.

Superficially clean, bed frame and skirtings had thick dust. When you looked a bit closer the cleaning was below standard. The microwave stank of curry and the whole apartment felt dank. The bathroom was very difficult as the extractor switch was so high up it could not be reached. Outside there was no lighting making the steps very precarious as the white paint showing the edge had worn off. The gutters leaked making for little sleep as the dripping was very loud. The green stains on the walls suggested this was not a new problem. To top things off, the car space was only wide enough for a mini or smart car. Passenger could not get out and driver had to hit car parked next to you.

A relaxed stay in a bright apartment with an appreciated patio area in the garden for coffee or pre dinner drinks.
Saundersfoot was within easy reach for evening meals although one does need to be able to make the uphill walk back to the apartment. No problem for my friend and me.Saundersfoot is a lovely and perfect location with so many places of interest and beauty to visit.

Just an eight minute walk into Saunders foot, this is a great location. Perfect for day trips to Pembrook castle, Tenby and other activities, like Folly farm. Easy walk to pubs and shops, beach and grocery store. Lots of space for two people with big bright windows, wonderful shower and kitchen. Convenient parking. The location of the property was easy to find and its only a 5 minute walk to the harbour.
It was very clean inside and even had tea and coffee in the cupboard and some Welsh cakes on the side which is a nice welcome.
The beds were very comfy as were the sofas and dining chairs.
Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

The bedding and towels were high quality and the apartment has a nice homely feel. It is well located for a short walk into the centre of Saundersfoot and has garden surroundings. We enjoyed our week staying here. The flat was comfortable, had everything we needed and it was a short distance walk from Saundersfoot. We also visited Tenby, Pembroke Castle, Broadhaven South and Barafundle beaches (all recommended!)

The only thing I would say is that there was no indication of recycling a box or a bin with a list of what can be recycled would be ideal.

Clean and tidy property
No. 5 ground floor flat is at the bottom of a sloping path with a few small steps, my sister in law had had a fall the week before so had to negotiate there path with great care. The outside sitting area could do with some TLC and the brambles cutting back. The TV control was damaged but worked and we could only get one side of the toaster to work. All that said the flat was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and cutlery etc. The beds were clean and comfortable there was always plenty of hot water and towels, the shower was good and the Wi-Fi was good so all in all we had a great time.

From start to end communication was quick and helpful, when we arrived we were surprised of the lovely setting and view of the beach. We found the lovely apartment clean welcoming and the Welsh cakes were tasted straight away. Easy access to nearby Tenbury. We definitely be booking again shortly … thank you both

We really liked this flat. It has got a really good sized front room with big windows that overlook the garden and let in lots of light. It just minutes walk from a lovely beach, shops and cafes too. Also like that the kitchen was really well equipped. The property manager seemed very nice and their communication was excellent from the moment we booked to the moment we finished our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the flat to others.
