Dieses Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern befindet sich in einem fantastischen, 2000 m² großen Garten und bietet Platz und Privatsphäre für die Gäste. Es ist nur 15 Gehminuten (etwas mehr als 1,6 km / weniger als 2 km) vom Javea Beach (Arenal) entfernt. Restaurants. Die Villa ist in einem zeitgemäßen Stil dekoriert und möbliert und bietet den höchsten Standard an Annehmlichkeiten und Geräten.

Property was fantastic and fabulous views. Property had everything you could want very home from home. Had little areas in property if you wanted some time on your own. Kids loved the pool, darts and pool table and so did the adults. Up a steep hill but we managed without a car. Danny on hand if we needed him and so helpful. Will be booking again. Just come home from our 3rd visit.
The pool is amazing and the accommodation has a really good room arrangement for extended family or friends.
It also provides several outside eating areas which really works if it decides to rain!
The lovely beach being in walking distance is a bonus too.
Danny who looks after the Villa is a diamond.

We stayed for a week in June with a group of friends to celebrate my wife's 50th. We had an amazing week, the villa is beautiful and has everything you need. Pool is as good as the photos. Danny the property manager is really helpful too.

This substantial villa is beautiful and spotless; perfect accommodation for our family of 8 including 3 teenagers. The grounds and pool with spacious surround are excellent with plenty of outdoor entertainment on hand to keep us all happy. Location and views from the villa are first class; Javea beach and resort are superb too. Contact with the owner and manager at the property was most helpful and seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa, which can sleep at least 12, for a wonderful holiday with supermarkets and good restaurants easily accessible.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in August. Danny met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the property and left us some essentials which was very much appreciated, He was also very helpful though out our stay with any questions we had about the area, taxis etc. The villa is very spacious and perfect for a large group with excellent facilities such as outdoor kitchen, BBQ, pool table, washing machine etc. It is very well maintained and had everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Great location for Supermarket, beach all in walking distance, we did have a car for shopping for such a large group and a lovely trip to Valencia. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely return one day.

From first contact with the owner Gary, he was prompt and helpful. Danny the manager was really helpful and always on hand if needed. He kindly arranged our taxi airport transfer in addition to providing contact details for car hire (which proved to be excellent). During our 2 week stay the linen and towels were changed mid stay ..well done Sara the bed linen was pristine.. (no mid stay clean). The villa and pool accommodated our family of 8 very well. The air conditioning was very efficient. The two outdoor dining areas were ideal and the sea view from the Naya was beautiful. Choice of supermarket within 5 minute drive. The supermarket is walkable but I would advise car hire for convenience! We walked to The Oasis restaurant on our last evening but otherwise used the car on the occasions we ate out. Javea beach is easily accessible and has lots to offer. Xabia old town was our favourite place to eat..full of atmosphere. Plenty to do within easy reach. We had a wonderful family holiday with lots of swimming pool fun. The pool table and table tennis proved popular too! We can certainly recommend this villa..thank you for allowing us to share it!

Beautiful Villa , great for families or large groups.
This is a fantastic villa, which more than lives up to it’s description. All bedrooms were of a good size and the whole property was spotlessly clean. Danny was great a communicating before and during the holiday and was very helpful in arranging airport transfers. The pool and outside eating areas are perfect. The only thing to note is that the road up to the villa is very steep, which may be a challenge for the elderly or those less steady on their feet to walk up or down. Overall would recommend this as a great villa and location.

Family Holiday in Villa in Javea
The property manager Danny exceeded his duties when we missed our flight & had to get new flights & hotel for 9. Unbelievably helpful. 10 Stars********* Car essential, in my opinion, carrying shopping in the heat, not pleasant. Also ask Danny about Taxis. Limited at W/ends. Be aware Pool deep. Perfect for swimmers. Absolutely fabulous no complaints at all. Everything catered for.

Well worth the 3 year wait!!
We first booked this villa in 2019 but had to cancel twice due to Covid. Throughout this long wait Gary, the owner, could not have been more supportive. Having at last arrived, the villa exceeded our expectations - roomy, lovely grounds, fabulous pool, exceptionally well equipped and in a great location - handy for the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Danny, the Villa Manager welcomed us to the spotless villa and was very attentive throughout our stay. Our party of 8 are aged from 7 to 77 and all had enough space, were extremely comfortable, had plenty to do and enjoyed every minute of their holiday. Gary, the owner, is the perfect host.
We cannot recommend this villa too highly.

Just had a great stay at the villa, property is great everything is brand new, location is perfect short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Multiple local supermarkets, Danny the villa manager was very helpful and organised a chef to come and cook us dinner one of the nights which was fantastic, would definitely recommend if you stay here

A outstanding Villa, perfect for families
We had been excited to visit this Villa for some time and we were not disappointed. All the facilities were very well thought out and the pool was a massive hit with the adults and the children. The Villa owner, Gary, was excellent in all communications and the Villa manager, Danny was very helpful. The Villa lived up to all of our expectations and provided an excellent choice for our family holiday.

This house is situated on a large plot giving you lots of space to swim, play pool or have a BBQ. It's also a few minutes drive to Arenal in Jávea.
From the front terrace the views are very nice. Inside there is a lot of space to sleep you, your family and even your friends if needed. The host Danny is friendly and willing to help.
The only minus is that it takes a rather steep (and in the beginning) bumpy road to get to the house. Getting back out of that road in the busy months asks a little patience because of the dense traffic.
Apart from that we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed two families – in total 11 people and we had a wonderful stay with a lovely pool and nice outdoor areas. The spot with the outdoor kitchen was a success. The room were also fine, although we did not use them during the daytime. The only thing is the location, but this is really a minor thing as you don’t want to leave the premises – just stay in and enjoy and relax

Exceptionally high-standard, large villa
We cannot rate this villa highly enough. From initial contact with the owner to checking out, the whole experience has been a pleasure.
The villa itself is perfect for a large family, as we were this week....6 Adults, 4 boys aged 9-16, 2 toddler girls & a baby. The layout of the rooms, with 2 apartments on the ground-floor, meant the young families could have their own space.
The villa had everything you could want to entertain children & adults, from outdoor pool, fusball, ping-pong tables and inflatables in the pool, to X-boxes & Sky in many rooms.
The BBQ & paella oven with outdoor dining for 12, was complemented by a fully-equipped large kitchen. There is also an indoor dining table and another on the large terrace, which was perfect for lunch looking out to sea.
The decor and furnishings in the villa are chic and stylish, and the whole place was spotless on our arrival.
The pool area is fantastic and feels like your own hotel. There are 12 beds with towels around the pool, with a large daybed at the end (although this was too damp to use at this time of year). There are further beds in the gardens and some workout equipment if feeling energetic.
You literally do not want for anything here.
After the first night, every member of the family commented on the beds. They were THE most comfortable that any of us had ever slept in, even our own! Not only the mattresses, but the pillows and duvet felt like sleeping in a cloud.
For any ladies thinking of staying - there are powerful hairdryers in all the bathrooms.
This villa is like having your own 5* hotel and we cannot rate it highly enough.

Spent 5 nights here for a small holiday with friends. We had the best time and the villa topped the trip off. The pool area was very nice with different seating areas and all the rooms being food sizes. Had the best time!

Fantastiic villa - perfect for large groups
What a wonderful villa - we stayed for a fortnight in August 2019. Everything you could possibly want and more was there. Communication before arriving was fantastic and we met Danny, the villa manager when we arrived. He showed us around and went through everything. It is around a 20 minute walk to the beach but the pavements are not raised so we always got a taxi at night. There are some great restaurants close by,. My favourite was Bacchus - we also had a private chef, a guy called Mark come twice and that was fantastic too. The pool area was great and the outside kitchen area even had a dishwasher! The villa was spotless and we could not fault this. We would love to come back to the villa as it is by far the nicest one we hhave stayed in.

Wonderful villa
Villa Vista del Mar is a wondeful villa with a beautiful garden, pool and several outdoor dining and lounging groups/areas. We really enjoyed all the games available (table tennis, , fusball, biljard, PlayStation). The villa is well equiped for dining at home, you even have a full outdoor kitchen with 2 barbeques (gas/charcoal). The owner and property manager have responded quickly to all our questions and requests before and during the rental. We were a group of six adults and six teenagres and we all agere that this villa can be highly recommended. Great for families and/or group of friends traveling together.

From the moment we found the villa online, to the moment we arrived, everything is just as it looks. It's fabulous!!
Danny the villa manager met us on arrival and walked us through everything, making sure we were fully aware of all aspects, before they left us to enjoy our holiday.
All of the rooms were of a great standard, with air conditioning and some with ceiling fans.
The kitchens both indoors and outdoors have had a refit, which included an outdoor dishwasher, sink and 2 BBQ's, one gas and the other coal.
The BBQ dining area is huge with seating for 12 and with their being an outdoor kitchen, it made meal times super easy and convenient,
The pool area is simply stunning and there is a great addition of an electric pool cover. Loads of sunbeds and a great cabana at the far end.
Enough parking for 3 cars, all accessed via private electric gates.
The access to the villa road is a little steep, but when you've done it once you'll be over the fear of how it looks - it's not that bad.
Walking into Arenal and the beach takes around 20/30 minutes subject to your ability and you can either walk via the road or via a dirt track. We did both and they were easy. However taxis's to and from the via to Arenal costs approx €6, so we did find that a little easier.
The main supermarket (Consum) is just at the end of the main road, some 2 minute drive and at the bottom of the villa road you also have a smaller supermarket and bar.
All in all, if you choose this villa you will love it, guaranteed!!!

Beautiful villa
An absolutely stunning villa with exceptional pool and leisure facilities. We took our children and grandchildren to celebrate my husband's special birthday and had a lovely week. The property is beautifully presented. The swimming pool, pool table and table tennis were a big hit and with a BBQ and fully equipped outside dining area we didn't feel the need to venture out much. The local sandy beach is lovely and safe with an abundance of restaurants along the promenade and the old town of Javea is well worth a visit.

Third time rental, still as good as ever.
Still one of the best villas we've rented in Javea. A few recent upgrades include new fitted kitchen and electronic pool cover so you can keep the pool nice and warm if that's your thing. Still very comfortable and a short-ish walk to Javea or a very quick drive!

Fabulous villa !!!!!
Amazing villa, very clean inside and outside,on arrival we were greeted by danny who showed us around, great touch to have some cava and raspberries ready in a glass for us, plus a wonderful hamper. There is a filter tap in the kitchen to use so no need for bottle water. pool table, table tennis and fuse ball, plus a Gaming set, great for all to enjoy. Good Netflix and amazon prime to watch on those rainy days. Good bbq it has a gas one and a coal one so which Eva you prefer. The pool was nice slightly warm, though we went the end of Oct so the weather wasn’t brilliant. the large tree shaded most of the pool. Lovely garden well kept. The walk to the restaurant was 15 mins. There isn’t a path you walk on, it’s like a cycle lane along the road, fine to walk down but we got a taxi back each time as it’s pitch black walking and no lighting to dangerous for us, taxis where cheap though at 6-8 euros. We found the old town where the port is to be better, seems to be more shops and only an extra 5 mins in the taxi or you can walk to it. We had a great break in a luxury villa. P.s There is no Aldi at the end of the Villa road, it’s a bit of all sorts shop, but worth a nosey. Supermarkets are quite close by.

Amazing property
We had a brilliant holiday. The property is even more beautiful than the photos. Very spacious, good size swimming pool and lots of little extras to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen and outside BBQ were great. Brilliant TV with every channel you need to keeps kids entertained. Highly recommend it and we’d definitely go back. Second stay of 2018, still one of the best rentals in Javea.
The title says it all really, we decided to come back for a second stay after first staying here in May. The villa and grounds are kept in immaculate condition by Danny and his team. Excellent communication from Gary and Danny. Their aim is to ensure you have the best possible time and work hard to ensure everything is as you would like it.
We were concerned the pool might be cooler as it headed in to Autumn but needn't have worried as the pool heating kept everything exactly as we like it.
Decent broadband and huge TV with more worldwide channels than you'll have time to watch.
Just 10 minute drive to Javea port area and 20 minute walk to arenal.
We still love this place and are back again in June 2019 to prove it!

Amazing villa
My three sisters, Mum, partners, my two nephews and I had a fantastic time in this stylish and modern property. The facilities are superb with lots to do, there is no need to have to go out at all. We did go out for dinner once or twice over our stay, however you wouldn't need too. Some of us didn’t even go to the beach as the pool area was too inviting.
The beach was beautiful and walking distance although we did have cars, not a necessity but we found the hire cars very helpful especially for transporting the crates of beer and boxes wine!
There are so many different seating areas you are never on top of each other.
The BBQ was a real hit for us with the large dinning table and pool table along side this is where we spent most of our evenings as a group, where there were fewer of us sitting on the veranda looking out to the sea was beautiful in the evenings. The amount of supermarkets near by means as long as you are happy prepping, cooking food and stacking the dishwasher there was no need to go out.
Danny was really helpful and contactable during our stay there was nothing more they could have done.
We are hoping to visit again next year and already have a friend hoping to book for her family as well.
Had the most amazing holiday and the villa was better than we imagined it would be, the two children (3 and 6) had a fantastic time and we were all very Sad to go home.

Fantastic villa, great location, fabulous holiday.
We have just returned from a weeks stay in this villa. There were 5 couples and the villa lived up to the photos on the website and more. We couldn’t fault it, great value for money. Sarah and Danny, who looked after the property were there to greet us and couldn’t have been more helpful, the villa was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a great weeks holiday. Javea was great, it had plenty of choice of restaurants in the bay and we had some lovely meals there in the evenings. We spent most days around the villa as it was so lovely, the landscaping and seating areas around the villa were breathtaking, as were the views to the sea. Can not wait to revisit, great villa, great location, fantastic holiday.

Absolutely stunning Villa finished to a high standard offering amazing sea views!
We have recently returned from a two week stay at this beautiful Villa.
We were a party of 3 families, 10 people, and we loved the space we had.
From the moment we arrived we were wowed by the overall feel and look of everything the Villa has to offer. There is absolutely everything there you could possibly need. The pool area has plenty of space for everybody, there are 3 dining areas with the bbq area being the largest and room for 12.
Bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and all with A/C.
We had a welcome package with basics and Gary helped me to arrange a food shop so that when we arrived we had everything we needed. Also, Anything we needed whilst there was happily provided by Danny, the villa manager.
We hired cars so we could get to the beach and shops etc, although you could walk if you wanted to. Some of the roads don’t have great footpaths though so would bear that in mind, Especially if you have small children.
The local beach, bars and shops are brilliant and there is so much to do there.
We honestly could not fault it at all and did not want to leave.
If you’re looking at this Villa my advice would be to grab it quickly, you will not regret it and you will be sure to have a fabulous holiday.
We had the time of our lives and have made memories to treasure forever.

Absolutely Amazing Villa
We were lucky enough to secure a booking in this amazing villa in July 2018. I have to say that it really is as good as it looks in the pictures if not better!
We were a party of nine consisting of three families so took advanatage of the apartments which allow everyone to have their own space whilst enjoying the communal areas together.
The facilities are second to none. The Villa is like something from a magazine but is also welcoming and has a feel of a home and not sanatised as some of these places can be.
We especially enjoyed the pool area(which is stunning) as well as the entertainment of the pool table, table tennis table and fussball. We went during the World Cup so having access to UK TV as well as multiple other channels was a bonus as well.
Big thank you to Danny and Sarah who welcomed us with a food and drinks hamper which is a really nice touch and nothing that I have seen before. They are both on hand to help with anything and are a real asset to the whole experience. Gary you are lucky to have them.
I would also really like to thank Gary the owner who made this such a pleasant experience from start to finish as well as catering for the multiple requests my family had. (sorry Gary!). He is both willing and able to assist with any information you need which helps massively.
I can honestly say this is the best villa we have ever stayed in and we have been to several over the years. There is nothing we would change from our holiday and accomodation and it is rare that you can say that with nine differing opinions. If you want a holiday that caters for everything sprinkled with class then book this villa!!!

On behalf of my family I would like to thank you for the wonderful stay we had at your lovely villa. From the moment we arrived we immediately knew we had made the right choice in booking Vista Del Mar. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped throughout and the very large swimming pool, gardens and terraces were superb for relaxing and dining al fresco. Once again, thank you for the wonderful time we had. The Villa Manager was a real treasure recommending some lovely restaurants and cafes for us to visit. Vista Del Mar is to be highly recommended and we will definitely be returning.
