Great location, clean, comfy

Aircon was old only services the lounge dining room There was no wifi access available

Great location views over the canal was just beautiful

Maybe some of the outdoor furniture could be updated and bbq and frypan were quite old but still worked

Chris, the agent from whom I collected the keys was pleasant & helpful. The location was good with easy drive to dog friendly beach and across the island.

We were disappointed with the state of the property. Some furnishings were unusable or broken. Windows looking out to canal were dirty. Some floors were not clean: hair on floors and rubbish under TV cabinet. Most pillows were high and dirty: we couldn't use them. Dirty mattress protector. It was advertised as a "pet friendly" property but we were charged an extra fee for having our dogs inside at times. Nothing in your advertising indicated that dogs were strictly to remain outside. We left property cleaner and tidier than on entry so were very disappointed with this extra cost. We are also quite disappointed to now know that booking.com charged $400 more than the local charge.

I love the location... quiet area and the house is private. It's so lovely sitting out the back looking at the canal even if it's raining! House has everything you need. It's older style but very easy to keep clean, and all on one level once inside which was great for my elderly mother who uses a wheelie walker! This is the third time I've stayed there.

The only thing I'd say is that the back windows have screens but not security screens.

wasn’t what was advertised and not very clean

I loved the position on the canal and the proximity to Pumicestone Passage. It was a very quiet street and peaceful to sit outside watching sunsets over the water. Beaches were a short drive away. There was a lot of space in the house and everything you needed for a holiday stay.

Very clean in well used places but under furniture hadn't been cleaned in a long time! Also I couldn't find any free wifi available.
