The property was nice and clean.

We used this place as our base for visiting Zion NP. Was about the perfect distance (25 mins) from the park and was an easy drive. The house is great! All beds are comfortable, place was clean, new appliances, etc. We hated to leave. Check-in / check-out was smooth. Would highly recommend staying here.

Property was just as advertised: spacious, clean, well stocked and great location. Communication with property manager was fantastic. She responded quickly and was directions/expectations were clear. We would definitely recommend.

Nice home! Lots of amenities, well stocked, and very clean. The large table was perfect for meals, games, and activities. Loved the grass in the backyard, something our snowy home doesn't have this time of year. Golfing in St. George, as well as shopping was fun, and easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. A+++++ We need to come back with our outdoor toys!!!

Another great VRBO stay. House was immaculate and beautiful. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lots of space and a beautiful back and side yards. We BBQ'd and cooked and had all that we needed. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We were looking for a house close to Zion that would allow us space to relax in the evenings and cook dinner. The house perfectly fit our needs. While located in a neighborhood, the house offered privacy with its stone fencing. The backyard was a perfect place to relax. The host was very responsive to answer my random questions. The house had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner at home. We also enjoyed the many board games. Most importantly (at least for me) was how CLEAN it was!!! I usually steer clear of "pet friendly " rentals, but saw this had good reviews for cleanliness. So glad we chose this property. Side note: pictures don't this house justice.

A wonderful place to stay. The home was in a great neighborhood near many State Parks and Zion NP. Location was great for keeping the calender full. The house was comfortable and spacious. The game room was perfect for young and old. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything we didn't think of. The home offers everything you need to feel at home far away. If your looking for a place to stay in this area, you just found what you need.

Visiting Zion and Bryce and this location was perfect. Its in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with a nice little back yard for our dog. Would totally come back again!

We were visiting Zion with our family and this was the perfect spot to stay. It was a short drive to the park and located in a quiet neighborhood. House was exactly as described and had many extras not expected. We put this one on the top of our list of rentals we've stayed at. Thanks for the hospitality!

The house was everything we expected and more. Very clean, nicely decorated, and everything you need to have an amazing stay. The house is conveniently located close to grocery shopping and a 20-30 minute drive to Zion. My wife gave me a High-Five as soon as we walked into the house. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Zion National Park.

Our stay was great! House was in great location, so well equipped, and overall just enjoyed our stay even if not at the house a lot! We did enjoy your beautiful back yard! Would definitely recommend staying to anyone!

Stayed in this lovely home with A/C, full backyard for play, dog (has a grassy lawn), barbecue and covered, lit patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. Ping pong table, as well. A bit hot during our stay prior to Memorial Day weekend but the indoors was blessedly cool and we had all the convenience of making our own meals, washing clothes and sharing time with extended family without crowding into someone's hotel room or being in a restaurant setting. Our grandson loved that you could see cows in the field adjacent to the neighbor's yard. Large TV, game room (in the "barn"), toys and books, detailed instructions on use of A/C, washing machine, etc. They provided everything one would expect in a nice hotel--even soap for washing machine. Appreciated the new kitchen sponge and dish rag for cleaning up. We gave the kitchen a good workout, making breakfast, preparing snacks for our early morning hikes in Zion, and making dinners in the evening while we relaxed. Plenty of pot, pans, dishware, utensils and kitchen tools for all kinds of food preparation if you plan to make meals. Thoughtful touches everywhere we looked and nice open areas for our group of 5 adults, toddler and medium sized dog. Neighborhood was nice for the most part, and felt safe. The drive to Zion is about 30 minutes if you go early in the morning, but you get a large, uncrowded place to stay, and aren't paying the exorbitant lodging fees you would if staying in Springdale or the Park itself.

The home was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to spend a few days with some old friends hiking Zion and other attractions. We needed a base camp to come home to and relax. This home was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The back patio was very comfortable for relaxing after a day of hiking and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. Communication was great. We would recommend this place to anyone.

The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything needed for your stay. The yard, patio is well suited for relaxing and enjoying the view of the mountains. A very nice stay.

Had a great stay here while exploring Zion. Plenty of space for 2 families of 5, and a big yard too. Easy drive from the park. Great host, quick responses when we had a couple of questions. Huge kitchen! Great space to relax after full days of hiking in the park.

We stayed here for a month with our dog and it couldn't have been a better choice. The location halfway between St George and Zion was perfect, the house comfortable and the yard for the dog was the highlight. Everything was in great condition and the description online was right on. I highly recommend this home for rental.

Place is great, check in was super easy. This is one of those places you walk in and instantly feel like home if that makes any sense. All the essentials are there and the place is just lovely.

We enjoyed our stay at this home which was very comfortable and in a great location to visit Zion and Bryce Canyons. The home owners were very attentive to our needs and offered suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Would recommend this home for others to experience a vacation in and around La Verkin.

This property was so clean and comfortable. Everything about it was so well thought out, and the attention to detail was evident. In the bedrooms the beds and bedding are all very comfortable, the nightstands are substantially sized, and light blocking curtains are a very nice feature. The bathrooms have an abundant supply of fluffy towels. The kitchen is well appointed, and we cooked most of our meals in it. The dining area is generously sized, and the living area has comfy couches and abundant lighting. The outdoor spaces are great as well - there are so many different outdoor spaces to make use of, but we enjoyed the back patio and the ping pong table the most. The neighborhood was also very quiet.

What a great location to stay! We stayed a total of 3 nights 4 days and we had a blast. The home has large open space with everything you need to feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked, the grass is green, the beds are comfortable, the back yard is large and the neighbor hood is great! There is a market, restaurants, coffee shops and Zio National Park all in the area. If your looking for a home for a few days, please consider booking this wonderful place!

This is a great place to use as a southern Utah base camp. Very clean, well stocked with all the comforts of home. Pet friendly, although the yard is not fully fenced so beware if you let your dog out. We hope to return for a longer stay.
