As advertised, very nice, spacious, clean, very well appointed. We had 11 including adults and children and there was plenty of space, with great kitchen, large dining table for meals and good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. There is an outside secure patio and roof top with a great view. Parking is street only so you have to be lucky / patient but we were ok with 2 cars. Only a couple of small local shops so plan for shopping. Not a neighborhood with outside activities, a few dog walkers, we felt safe.

This place was exactly as advertized. The host was very good and honest in communication. The only challenge, as expected in this area, is finding a park, which we soon got the hang of doing, with short walk.

Let me start with the communications with the owners that was really good and professional. They provide clear instructions and provided lots of additional information. The property is as good as you see in the pictures and there are no surprises. The only surprise for us was the location which is certainly not what we wanted. It´s far away from any public transport and there are no places around to go for a good coffee or dinner. We did not feel safe on that neighbourhood

We were a group of 8 women who came in for the holiday festivities around the city. Everything was a short Uber ride away. The open living concept on the main floor made it easy for dining, playing games & catching up! I would recommend.

We selected this property for its location and lots of room. The decor is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop has a great view of downtown and the ambiance is great.

We had an extended family of 9 in town for a wedding and a bit of reunion. The property was clean and a perfect setup for our crew. The kitchen and dining facilities were relatively new and just right for the few meals we prepared. Street parking was readily available. This was a great property for a group our size and we would definitely rent again.

The property was recently updated and had more than enough room for everyone, and we had 9 people. Absolutely enjoyed the home, very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop patio was wonderful and it had a really great view of the Philadelphia skyline. Parking was adequate, however was hard to find in the afternoon through the evening after everyone gets home. If it wasn't for the parking the property is 5 star!

Came for the weekend with friends and really enjoyed the space. The house was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the rooftop!

The owners were very responsive. Would certainly rent this property again.

Point Breeze was a wonderful setting for us to stay and later celebrate a recent graduation. The property is well maintained and nicely decorated with large comfortable spaces to relax and visit. The highlight was definitely the rooftop patio with its incredible view - we spent every evening there.

Place is nice but parking is horrible. I got there after a 4 hour trip only to have to drive around 1.5 hours to find a place to park

We loved our stay. The home was large enough for 3 families with kids and had everything we needed. We found great restaurants an easy walk from the house and could even walk to downtown to explore. We'd happily stay again.

Beautifully renovated, well stocked, spacious, very clean with nice beds/bedding and furniture, sharp decor. Outdoor furniture and spaces were somewhat shabby by comparison, but it didn't matter. Neighborhood isn't great for amenities but people are friendly, and the the Two Eagles Diner nearby is a must. Definitely recommend renting this place overall.

The property was great, good location for the event we were attending, the property manager was very accessible and responded immediately when needed. I would definitely recommend this property and would use it again if in the area.

What an outstanding property. Great kitchen with coffee filters, coffee, tea, sugar, flour, S&P, spices, good knives and pretty much everything you could possibly need. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE. The rooftop patio was a tremendous way to spend our first afternoon. I would come back in a heartbeat.

My daughter and her friends had an amazing time . The public transportation was right at the corner to go in town for shopping. Parking wasnt that bad in neighborhood. Not alot of noise. We felt safe. The house looked exactly the way the owners described. The neighbors were friendly . The house is breathe taking . Modern decor in every room with amazing walk in showers. Entertainment in the basement. I would definitely refer other people and I would return . 5 star vrbo. The pictures does this place no justic. Its a gem in South Philly

The home was wonderful. It was clean, had plenty of sheets and blankets for all. Good location and easy access to downtown. Parking can be difficult but it wasn’t to bad. The owner was also great and very responsive.

What a charming house! We had 3 of our daughters and 3 of our grandchildren together in Philly. The house location was good. About a mile walk to lots of things we wanted to see, Street was busy, but felt safe. The house was very clean and really easy to move right in to. Thanks!!

House was perfect for a mini college reunion weekend. We were a group of 12 and we slept comfortably. The property was clean and modern, and the neighborhood had a great mix of coffee/brunch spots and hip bars a short walk away. Ubers arrived quickly and we’re a short trip to center city with the more touristy spots. The best surprise was the breathtaking view of the city from the rooftop.

Our family spent the week in Philadelphia. The home was perfect. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and bathrooms to help each family meet their needs. It was clean and perfect. The location was nice. Close to attractions and all we wanted to see. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is great. It served us well. We all had a great time. Your house is clean tidy well appointed and very livable for the 7 of us. And when the bride and groom and our daughter and son-in-law visited for a beer it was still perfect size to entertain a few more. Beds were all comfortable. Linens and towels were cozy. We were treated to a Navy jet fly over before the Eagles game. That was pretty exciting. Thank you!

Loved our stay! Everything was comfortable, clean and stylish. I was worried about unloading my car but because it is a corner lot, I was able to pull up right up and unpack. Then I found free parking on the side street. Felt very safe in this residential area of Philadelphia. Would definitely love to return.

We were a group of 5 couples visiting Philly to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect for a big group and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, top to bottom, is decorated beautifully and is even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The 3rd floor has 2 large bedrooms- one has its own private bathroom and the other has a bathroom that also opens to the hallway. The 2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms and one bathroom in the hallway to share. The basement has the sofa bed and a murphy bed (that was reported to be very comfortable) and a really nice full bathroom (and laundry room). The rooftop deck was a perfect spot for happy hour and the view was amazing! The kitchen was very nice and was stocked with the basics. Other reviews mentioned parking issues, but our group found free spots on the side street next to the house. We walked or ubered everywhere, so just left the cars there. As far as the neighborhood goes, it’s definitely one of those transitional neighborhoods that’s fine one block and then feels a little…not quite so safe the next. We did walk home quite late from dinner at The Dandelion Pub near Rittenhouse Square one night, but it was all 10 of us so we felt totally safe. The next night we went to a Phillies game and ubered. The owners seem really great, but I had a bit of trouble getting a response from their management company when the wifi wasn’t working when we arrived. It was a simple fix that they took care of remotely, but it took about 24 hours to be resolved. All communication was to go through the VRBO app, but I was the only one who had access to messaging them through my account, so that was inconvenient for a group of 10. Other places I’ve rented provide a number to call or text for any questions or issues. That was a very minor hiccup in what was otherwise a perfect stay. If you’re lucky enough to have a chance to stay here, I cannot recommend it enough.

Property was as described. Several small things, not enough bedding, ice maker wasn’t working, floors weren’t clean. Walking without shoes as requested resulted in dirty socks and feet.

House is large and lovely - our group of nine + toddler had plenty of space/bathrooms/to be comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the roofdeck with its incredible view! There was some confusion with George in terms of the house instructions, appropriate amount of linens, etc. so be sure to clarify all your needs in advance of your arrival. Just a note that while it says kid friendly, the house is very "designed" with a lot of nice fixtures etc that we ended up stashing away in closets in case of a toddle accident. There is also no microwave, which is normally fine except in the case of a parent needing to heat milk or leftovers. Location is good. All in all a lovely stay.
