Unsere Wohnung ist ein Zuhause in der Ferne. Es hat alles, was Sie für einen schönen Urlaub benötigen, sei es auf dem Balkon zu essen oder die örtlichen Restaurants zu besuchen, die Wahl liegt bei Ihnen. Sonnen Sie sich den ganzen Tag im Apartment / Komplex oder spazieren Sie 5 Minuten zum schönen Sandstrand. Das Willkommenspaket beinhaltet Wasser, Milch, Kaffee und Teebeutel. Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem voll ausgestatteten Doppelzimmer und einem voll ausgestatteten Zweibettzimmer. Voll gefliestes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschmaschine. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Herd und großem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über CD-Player, DVD-Player, Flachbildfernseher mit englischen Kanälen, BBC, ITV usw., WiFi und eine gute, abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Büchern . Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Meer und die herrliche Sonne Lanzarotes. Er ist mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Liegestühlen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Safe in der Wohnung und einen Haartrockner.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden wöchentlich gewechselt.
Es gibt zwei Pools in der Anlage: Ein Pool für Erwachsene mit einer Tiefe von über 2 Metern, ein Kinderbecken und viele Sonnenliegen an beiden Pools. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock. Die Anlage liegt in der Ebene, keine Hügel zu erklimmen.
Links vom Komplex befindet sich ein großes Spar-Geschäft. Die Restaurants, Geschäfte und Bars sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Arrecife ist der einzige Flughafen auf der Insel und liegt etwa 15 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Taxis stehen vor dem Flughafen zur Verfügung und kosten ca. 15 € für das Apartment. Mietwagen sind am Flughafen oder entlang der Neustadt erhältlich, sind aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich, um herumzukommen. Taxis sind billig und rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Es gibt auch lokale Busse nach Puerto Calero, Playa Blanca und Arreciffe.

only problem was transfers both ways was problem causing anxiety. I know pub beside has changed but suggest in future giving google map for people to give to transfers . thanks for a lovely stay .

The apartment is in a lovely complex. We stayed in November and it was so peaceful and quiet. It's in a great location for the beach, bars and main strip. Communication with Ann was excellent. We had an issue while there with the door handle and Lesley (property manager) came out and sorted it almost straight away. Will definitely be back.

Very happy with the accommodation & excellent communication with owner prior to stay. Recent previous reviews of apartments within this small complex have complained about the pool - the pool was actually shut our first 2 days for maintenance & looks nice & fresh now after a repaint - The central courtyard overall is a lovely quiet suntrap but the hubbub of Puerto del Carmen is just a short walk away. On a previous holiday we'd discovered Cafe la Ola and it's wonderful sea views and chilled vibe so it was nice to be closer to that area too. Excellent local beaches but the 25-30 min walk to Playa Chica is well worth it for some lovely sheltered snorkeling. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Firstly, booking at Barranco Seco was very easy to book with Ann through Vrbo. The apartment we stopped in was D3 and the instructions to find it were very clear. We got the bus from the airport and got off at the casino which was very very easy and a two-minute walk to the complex. First impressions of the complex were not great as the sunbeds are very very grotty and then there was what looked like a dirty ring around the top of the swimming pool.
Into the apartment we went , you have a few stairs to climb which wasn’t a problem for us. The key is situated outside in a key safe located on the wall. We found this very difficult to use as it was stiff where it’s been painted over. First impressions of the apartment were ok, it’s rather dated but on the whole clean apart from behind the main bedroom door where there were lots of what looked like damp flakes falling off the wall and then around the kitchen sink where the silicone was very dirty and grubby. The view from the apartment is second to none with sea views and a good-sized balcony. Although the apartment is very central it’s very very quiet so sleep wasn’t a problem in the very comfortable beds. It does get very hot as there is no air con but we knew that when we booked it. The bathroom was very modern and there was plenty of hot water. There were plenty of day-to-day utensils in the kitchen which came in handy.

Quiet complex, good location. Plenty of hot water and reliable wi-fi. We stayed here for the month of February and found the apartment much as previous guests had stated. If anything, the apartment is slightly bigger than we expected with space to eat inside as well as out on the balcony. We had one problem during our stay when the curtain pole in the second bedroom fell down leaving the window completely bare. Our local contact, Lesley, inspected the situation and when we came back to the apartment the next day the pole had been replaced. Great service especially since it was a bank holiday.

The only disappointment was the double bed not anything like photo but still comfortable. Spar just up the road, not far to carry shopping. Just a few steps to strip.

Ideal property for we three ladies. Although central it was very peaceful. Well equipped for our needs. We ate out so can’t comment on the cooking facilities. Good shower, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Fans every room but a lack of sockets in the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was our third time staying at these apartments but the first in this particular one. Previously we stayed on the other side of the complex backing onto the busy road. Our stay this time was so much better, lovely sea view from the balcony and the apartment having everything needed for a lovely, comfortable stay. A couple of issues while we were there but these were sorted really quickly. The fantastic pool was being cleaned when we arrived but was open again after a couple of days. All in all a great holiday and hopefully look forward to another visit.

Apartment was ideal for our stay, well equipped, clean and in a good location. Property needs a lick of paint, outside furniture needs a deep clean and the toilet brush needs replaced, out with these small observations we had a great stay. The pool area could be doing with new sunbeds as they are very old and worn. The owners within the complex itself need to come together and update the outside area. The pool was closed for 3 days of our stay due to a water PH issue which was not rectified due to their being no one who really knew how to fix it. Pool wasn’t cleaned during our stay and was visibly dirty. To summarise, the apartment was good, the complex is in a good location but the pool area needs cleaned and modernised with new sunbeds/umbrellas and some colour. We stayed in the complex about 10 years ago and doesn’t seem to have been updated since then. Great holiday though.

Excellent communication with the owner, the apartment has everything you need yes a little dated some things but didn't have an impact on our stay in any way there isn't aircon but there is 2 large floor standing fans would definitely go back and stay

Very nice apartment in a very quiet location. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay, great views from the balcony and just a short walk to beach and restaurants. Anne was good to deal with and communication was smooth and easy. We will definitely be going back.

Lovely little 2 bedroom apartment in a nice complex just off the strip. The location was great, balcony was a good size. The pool in the complex was cleaned daily and the area kept really tidy.
The apartment had everything you could need for a self catered holiday.

Local supermarkets are walking distance as is all the town, including old town. We hired a car, which gave us access to all the island. For what that cost, it saved on taxis, bus tours etc. The apartment is clean and is getting a little dated, but everything is there and balcony is great for sitting and relaxing. Would book again.

Myself and my husband stayed over new year. Appartment was fab a real home from home. Very central in location, very close to restraunts and bars. Appartment large, wifi great, beds very comfortable. We really loved staying in this apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay.

An earlier review mentioned not enough hot water, which I was a little worried about but this must have been rectified as we never had a problem and all of us (family of 4) were able to shower every evening in hot water.
There are lots of little coves close to the apartment and we soon found our favourite where we could play on the beach and paddle in the sea. There are also plenty of bus stops close by which we used for trips to Arrecife and Rancho Texas.
Overall we had a great holiday staying in a lovely property ideally placed to fully enjoy Puerto del Carmen.

lovely property
the apartment was lovely. the fan wasnt working and a bulb in the hall. i contacted the owner and both were fixed in 24hours. there is a shower curtain not a door which i am not keen on and the hot water in the shower doesnt last long so we had to stagger the showers. otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and the pool was lovely quite large. the apartment is very close to all bars and restraurants and its in a nice quiet location. i would highly recommend this property a beautiful view from the balcony. we stayed with a 5 and 8year old who had a brilliant time.

Sunny Lanzarote!!
Comfortable, clean apartment within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Approx 20 min walk into the old town, definitely worth a visit, plenty of local buses or taxis if you prefer to ride. Pool area very clean and well maintained with plenty of sun beds . The owners were very prompt and helpful with all aspects of communication.
