Geluidoverlast tram, niet goed werkende apparaten, kapotte toiletbril, schimmel in badkamer, weinig borden en kopjes, vlekken op stoelen en bank

The location was very nice, the place was relatively large and clean.

It was a self check-in which indicates that I was doing the part normally a stuff member should do. Meanwhile the prices were not cheap. And the checkin process was a challenge since I booked two apartments for a large group but I was not able to check-in for both under my name. It is a contradiction between the booking.com system and the internal one they use. Furthermore, I asked whether two apartments can be close to each other and whether we can have a early check-in right after booking the place (around 3 weeks before the arrival) and they promptly answered that right now it is impossible to guarantee that and i should contact on the day of the arrival. I did that and they answered that it is impossible since our apartments are on different categories. Now I think to myself whether it was not possible to find it out 3 weeks earlier 😀🤷

Localização boa não excelente, supermercado próximo.

Lâmpada queimada na cozinha toda hospedagem não solucionaram o problema nos 3 dias de hospedagem, 4 andares sem elevador não constava na descrição, manutenção a desejar, sofá cama péssimo, sem cortina na sala, péssimo pra dormir.

The kitchen was very dirty. The kettle was very dirty. The surfaces of the kitchen utensils were dirty and dusty, meaning they hadn't been cleaned at all. The bed and sheets were clean, but the lights were broken, and the house was poorly maintained. When going to the room, we had to climb four floors and many stairs. Someone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to access this place, and there were no warnings about it.

O apartamento possuía os cômodos bem definidos, dormitórios, sala e cozinha, banheiro espaçoso com máquina de lavar roupas. O wi-fi funcionava bem até.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor, a cozinha poderia ter mais utensílios.

It was clean and spacious. You can find everything you need. Location is fine.

It didn't have a lift and we had to carry our luggage to the 4th floor

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super. Direkt in der Neustadt, so dass man viele Sachen zu Fuß erledigen kann. Auch gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Die Unterkunft war leider insgesamt nicht so gut. Der Toilettendeckel war lose, im Schrank lagen zerbrochene Bügel, auf der Couch und auf den Stühlen waren Flecken und Verschmutzungen und im Kühlschrank waren noch Essensreste der Vormieter. Teilweise Nachts sehr laut durch die vorbeifahrenden Bahnen.

Für den Haupteingang ist ein Schlüssel in einer Box mit Code hinterlegt. Hier wäre ein ErklärVideo wünschenswert, wie man den Schlüssel aus der Box holt. Die schriftliche Anweisung ist leider zu kompliziert und schwer verständlich.
