Fantastyczna lokalizacja, w samym centrum starego miasta. Piękna kamienica. Parking wewnątrz budynku, co jest super komfortowym rozwiązaniem w hiszpańskich miastach, a zwłaszcza w takich, jak Kordoba. W mieszkaniu wszystko zgodnie z opisem.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, Parkplatz im Haus per Aufzug zu erreichen. Dachterasse über eine Treppe innerhalb der Wonung erreichbar. Komplett ausgestattete Küche inkl. Waschmaschine. Sehr gute Untekunft in einer tollen Stadt.
Leider kein Aufzug. Sonst alles bestens.

Everything was perfect during the stay. The woman in charge was very kind and trustful. She took time to make the visit . She waited for us although we had some delay. The appartement was just perfect.

The location of the property is fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood and close to tourist attractions but also a Dia supermarket
There was enough space and furniture to make a longer term stay comfortable (we stayed for more than a week)
Washing machine was useful
The kitchen enabled us to prepare some meals at home
The bed was a bit small and rubbery, so we could not fit my tall husband comfortably
We had a few problems with the overall property…the garage door entry needed a technician and we could not enter 1 of 3 times, Internet connection and power had some minor issues, but the response to issues was handled well.

The location is excellent and the apartment is in a very quiet area. The facilities were all as advertised.
The hot weather arrived early this year and this made the terrace impossible to use because it didn't have a cover or any form of shade. The steps to the terrace are very steep, but of course nothing can be done about this.

The property location is very good. It's clean and very quiet depite being next to a school. The terrace was great for breakfast and a late night drink, with views of the Mesquita - the main reason for booking this property.
The terrace is a great space but is a little neglected, it could be made more attractive. I had to tie up the awnings which had blown down and the plants had all died.
A notice about the uneven stair risers to the terrace would also be a good idea.

Convenient location for the main sights of Cordoba. Onsite free parking. Communication with owner very good.
Terrace was shabby and needs attention. Aircon, especially in the bedroom, was poor. Hot water didn't work but was repaired quickly. Location hard to find by car.

Great location in the centre of Cordoba's old town. Accessing the area isn't the easiest so make sure you study the map/GPS route before arriving and this will save a few issues. It doesn't matter what you might attempt - the old town is tricky to access for parking no matter what you do, and the parking option here is at least straightforward (you drive into a lift to access a sub-floor - so make sure you're not driving a large/over-sized car - we had a medium sports utility vehicle which was fine, but any larger would be a tight squeeze). The flat otherwise was easy to access with a great terrace and facilities. Everything is just what you need.
One issue was the size of bed/pillows. It was a small double and was a little bit of a squeeze, but otherwise okay for a short stay. The table/chairs in the dining area were also old and worn and could do with replacing.

Beautiful building in quiet street; but close to shops, bars etc. 10 minute walk from train station and 10 minutes to the river. Lovely to have roof terrace. It is a great place to chill and watch birds flying over, view, sunset etc. Perfect for 2 people. Wonderful city.

The location, the private terrace and the free parking in the basement.
Bed a bit too small for 2 adults. Wear and tear on the chairs in lounge area and on terrace - bit of diy needed! But everything else was great 👍
