Diese 4 Schlafzimmer (2 unten und 2. 5 oben) werden 12 bequem schlafen, 14, wenn Sie Doppelschlafcouch im Bonusraum ausziehen.

Es ist wunderbar für Familienausflüge oder Rückzugsorte für Paare. Es sind nur 5 Minuten bis zum Sunday River, ganz in der Nähe des Berges. Abram und in der Stadt Bethel.
Es ist ruhig, modern, gemütlich, aber geräumig genug! Zu Ihrer Entspannung gibt es einen neuen Whirlpool für 6 Personen im Freien !!!

This was a great stay! Plenty of room for our group. Kitchen was well-equipped, living room was cozy, and the outdoor space was nice. Would definitely come back!

This place was the best for a ski vacation! It was so cozy and just the right amount of space for our group. The hot tub was very nice and clean. Communication with the host was super easy which made the whole process run super smoothly.

We stayed for two nights over a weekend with our friends. It was two families of five and four kids age 8 to 14. The house was perfect with plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked. And we really appreciated how accommodating and responsive the owner was.

We (My family of 4, and in-laws family of 3) stayed at the cottage over New Year's and it was perfect. The photos online do not do the place justice! Everything we could have asked for was provided and the owner was very responsive. My 3 year old daughter wanted to stay there forever. The sleeping arrangement for 2 different families were fantastic as my SIL and her family took the two downstairs bedrooms, and my family took the two upstairs bedrooms. There was even another loft area if needed. Everything was clean, and appliances updated. The location was about a minute from downtown Bethel and not far at all from Sunday River. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We loved our stay at the Brook Cottage for an early ski season weekend. Only about a 5 minute drive to South Ridge, it was super easy to access Sunday River. The cottage is spacious and comfortable, and feels like a real ski house. The kitchen was stocked, the hot tub was hot, and the skiing was as good as we could have hoped for. We also went to The Gem to meet Maine's Finest Athlete. Highly recommend Brook Cottage!!

Very rustic and quaint ……. I know typically people wouldn’t vacation here in the summer months but only downfall was no fans or AC upstairs so it got somewhat stuffy upstairs. Luckily with the windows open at night the breeze was cool

Perfect location for a group getaway. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and bathrooms (all with their own shower!). Very comfortable and cozy home. Comfortable beds. Incredibly clean hot tub. Very close to all Bethel has to offer. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The home was wonderful! Very clean, plenty of room for families and very comfortable. Fantastic location, close to Sunday River, cross-country, walking/biking trails and close to town center. Joe is an amazing host, very communicative, friendly and attentive.

This is a great house on a cool property. The location is perfect for skiing at Sunday River. The hot tub is really nice to have and the property is beautiful (saw deer) and dog friendly! Great find. It’s big enough to have a much bigger group. I would definitely want to stay there again.

Great house, great location
This is a great house on a cool property. The location is perfect for skiing at Sunday River. The hot tub is really nice to have and the property is beautiful (saw deer) and dog friendly! Great find. It’s big enough to have a much bigger group. I would definitely want to stay there again.

Absolutely worth it…We had a great stay.

The house is comfy and cozy with a well-stocked kitchen: it was perfect for our group of 8! After skiing at Sunday River all day, we would come home and fire up the wood-burning stove, prepare a big dinner and relax together. Perfect spot!

Great location near Sunday River. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group. We loved the wood stove and hot tub to keep us warm on the balmy nights. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. Jessica was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lovely home for family trip
I stayed here for a family ski trip and we were all very happy with the home. It was plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids, and the kitchen/dining/living area was airy and open which was great for everyone hanging out. The owners were also great at communicating and check in was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The Brook Cottage is an excellent place to stay. It is large, comfortable, clean and exceeded our expectations in every way. The owner is great to deal with. The house was very well supplied for cooking. The location is excellent for skiing at Sunday River or visiting Bethel. The hot tub was great to have. This place definitely deserves the 5 star rating. We will be back !

Great House & Close to Sunday River
This house is pretty much "as advertised." We found it to be clean and spacious, and it was well stocked with everything needed for a getaway with family - kitchen cookware and utensils, bedding, blankets, towels, etc. The combined kitchen/dining/living rooms provided a good hang-out spot for several guests, while also feeling cozy. We didn't use the wood stove so can't comment on that feature, but the hot tub was a big hit with adults and kids alike. The house is a short drive to Sunday River, which was very convenient. The property managers were very responsive to the handful of questions we had prior to and after our stay.

Skiing with friends
Annual skiing trip made easy. The house was very big. The hot tub was a bonus, especially after all day skiing . It was centrally located to stores, restaurants and the slopes.
The beds could have been a little more comfortable but over all it was great,
I do have to say the owners were great. Responded quickly when we had a question . Would come again

Great place, very convenient location, close to bethel and sunday river
The Brook Cottage is a great place to stay and an amazing value given its location and size! It has the feel of a classic winter ski house and is ideal for large groups with three full bathrooms and 5 bedrooms with multiple places for people to sleep comfortably. It was very clean, in great condition and well organized. Kitchen is well supplied for cooking. It is a very quick drive to Bethel and Sunday River resort but secluded enough to be very quiet. They have a great hot tub. The owners are very responsive and flexible to work with. If we go back, we will definitely first check to see if this house is available because this is a perfect place to stay!

Cozy and Fun!
Great place. Warm and cozy with the wood stove. Owners are nearby and easy to contact. Plenty of space for family and friends, and the kitchen was well stocked, with the exception of needing a few more dish towels. We will surely be back for another fun day on the slopes and hot tub relaxation!

great for skiing at Sunday River
My husband and I stayed at the Brook Cottage in late January 2019 to ski for a few days at Sunday River. The house was spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and it was really nice to have a wood stove. It was only 15 minutes to Sunday River and there were plenty of shops/restaurants around to choose from. We will definitely go back!
