Unser Haus wurde komplett mit sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Details renoviert. Drei Schlafzimmer und 2 Vollbäder. Offener Konzeptwohnbereich mit neuer Küche, Granit, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, großer Kücheninsel mit Quarz-Arbeitsplatte, Sitzgelegenheit, Sitzgelegenheit für 6 Personen. Sonne gefüllt, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Gas-Kamin, eingebaute, TV. Master Suite mit Bad, Doppelwaschbecken. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, 1 ist ein Büro mit einem sehr bequemen ausziehbaren Schlafsofa. Hauptbad hat eine Wanne / Dusche und beherbergt auch die Waschmaschine und Trockner. Outdoor-Raum bietet eine eingezäunte im Hinterhof, bluestone Terrasse mit Tisch & Stühlen & abgeschirmt in Veranda. Mehrjähriger Garten und Adirondack Stühle für schöne Sommertage oder abends. Unsere super Lage ist Minuten zu alles, was die Innenstadt von Saratoga Springs zu bieten hat. Sie können in die Innenstadt zu Restaurants, Kino, Cafés, Beekman St Arts Disrict gehen. Es gibt einen Schienenweg 1 Block von unserem Haus, Lauf, Spaziergang, Fahrrad, Ski, Schneeschuh zum Saratoga Spa State Park, SPAC, NYC Ballett, Konzerte. Soo viel in der Nähe zu tun. 55 Minuten zum Gore Mountain oder Wandern in den Adirondacks. 8 Blöcke zum Saratoga Rennstrecke. Wir haben Parkplätze für 4 Autos

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Walking distance to busy Broadway St offerings. Enjoyed sitting areas in living room and quiet & private screened in porch. Kitchen was fully equipped (space shared with residents, plenty of room set aside for us) Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Would highly recommend this rental.

Perfect place for our weekend stay for college graduation. Beautiful house, immaculately clean with fully equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch. Walking distance from town and restaurants. Fabulous and very welcoming hosts!

We enjoyed a fun sisters weekend in Saratoga staying at this property. Nice and relaxing house layout with quaint porch and patio, convenient to walk to town. Kitchen well appointed with anything you needed. Central air worked great for a 94 degree day that we had. The only suggestion I would have is reducing the owners personal food and items that were present in refrigerator and bathroom. We would stay again!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is charming, in an exceptional location, with a beautiful yard, a lovely screened in porch, gorgeous furnishings, a fully-equipped and well laid out kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three excellent bedrooms. It was just perfect for our visit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. And Palma could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Book this gem for your stay and you will not be sorry.

My family and I loved our stay here. Palma was communicative and had good recommendations for things to do and see in town. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was convenient to most everything; it is possible to walk downtown from here, and SPAC and the track are a very short (less than 5 min) drive away. The Tempur-pedic mattress in the master was especially appreciated. We look forward to staying again!

So comfortable with upscale amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch, garden sitting area and such comfortable beds. We walked to the track and to restaurants.Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Lovely home! Palma and Ron were gracious hosts (thanks so much for the basket of goodies!!) and the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful screened-in porch and downtown is just a short walk away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and spending time chatting with friends.
There is a fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and the location is extremely convenient to a grocery store. We enjoyed our annual Dave Matthews weekend even more coming back to this wonderful home! Thanks so much!

We just stayed here for my sisters 30th bday and the home itself is beautifully maintained and so welcoming ! The location is great, a 10 min walk to downtown. We would definitely come back and recommend it for all types of vacationers!
