Zentral gelegener, komfortabler Ort mit Annehmlichkeiten, gut ausgestattetes Zuhause, einfache Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, großartige Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants und Aktivitäten, gemütliches Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und bequemen Betten.

We loved our stay!
-Amazing location with many restaurants/campus nearby.
-The 3-bedrooms are on the lower level of a charming home with its own kitchen/bath/off-street parking space.
-If additional space is needed, know the upstairs floor/loft is also available to separately rent, with a shared porch/garden seating area. You can hear some footsteps above you though earplugs are kindly provided for you if that is a concern.
-If renting in the summer, know there are two AC units, one in the queen bedroom and one in the family room that easily cooled off the other bedrooms if you keep the bedroom doors open.
-Bring/Buy paper plates if you have a large group and want to avoid hand washing your dishes.
-Needed Nina's help with a VRBO billing issue and she was super generous with her time and near instant communication.
Will absolutely be staying here again!

Ann Harbor Guesthouse is a great place to stay! It’s so close to restaurants and campus and Ann Arbor is a fun city to be in. The host was very accommodating with our checkout which we so appreciated.

We had a great weekend away at this property. You truly can’t beat the location! Highly recommend for alumni coming back to visit or anyone that wants to explore Michigan’s campus and downtown Ann Arbor. Easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, Kerrytown, and whatever else you want to see in the downtown/campus area. The home was clean and well stocked. Host was very responsive via text message and the co-host was nice enough to help return a wallet that someone in our group had dropped outside. Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay - the place is great, with a comfy master bed and a nice, well-stocked kitchen. There's a quaint little back yard you can hang out in and once you're out the door, you're in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, more or less equidistant to Main Street and State Street. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed how close we were to restaurants and activities. Easy to run/walk to the river from the house. We especially enjoyed sitting out in the backyard to relax during the day. Beds were comfortable, and towels were plentiful, fresh, and clean. Kitchen was spacious enough to use comfortably. The only downside - which I think is just by virtue of this being a historic home - is that it was a little musty and we needed to take allergy meds! I imagine that will be the same everywhere downtown since the homes were build 120+ years ago. We were very happy with our stay!

Nina was so easy to communicate with and the whole process so easy. The home was clean and well stocked and put together well. We had 4 people but you could easily have 6.Just perfect!

I do a lot of travelling via VRBO. This unit is very well furnished and stocked. It is neither overboard, nor missing anything you probably need. Coffee, tea, condiments, and spices are always appreciated when traveling with a family. Nina always answered questions promptly (during booking and our stay) and was always unobtrusive. The beds were comfortable. I stayed with my adult son and his children ages 1 & 4. We would definitely book this home again.

Pretty, cozy, convenient home. Many thoughtful touches - coat rack, place for dirty shoes, extra key, lavender bath products, nice bath towels, lots of hot water, lots of knives (I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and one night our daughter brought a friend for dinner), comfortable beds and couches, nice lighting. My husband caught a bad cold so we did not go out as much as we planned. We enjoyed staying in because the house was so sunny and relaxing. Our daughter’s house is within walking distance, we only drove to take her to/from work at UM hospital. We walked everywhere else for shopping, restaurants, Argus Farm Stop, Roos Roast coffee, Literati Bookstore, and Target for cough medicine. We would love to stay again.

This property is in a great location with all Ann Arbor amenities within walking distance. The unit was well stocked with all necessities. The only minor complaint would be that the carpets seemed in need of refreshing. Overall, great property in an ideal location.

Great find in the heart of Ann Arbor
The apartment is extremely well located. Steps away from excellent restaurants and movie theaters. Decoration is tasteful and the place feels cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. Bedding is super comfortable.

Weekend stay
The house was in a great location. It was within a couple of blocks of many of the things we wanted to see... farmer's market, Zingerman's, grafitti alley and several recommended restaurants. It was a very cold weekend but the house was cozy. There were two adults and a baby in our group and we had plenty of space.

Perfect location
The location is perfect for anyone who wants all of downtown Ann Arbor at their finger tips. The porch is amazing! Great for people watching. The house is adequately stocked… and when we didn’t have an ironing board… one text and one arrived. The place is cute and quaint and suits needs for those who are seeking a downtown experience.

Perfect location and cozy beds!
This property is the perfect place to stay while checking out all the nearby shops and eateries in Ann Arbor! Everything we needed was in walking distance and at the end of the day, we slept so well in the extremely cozy beds! We will definitely be back!

Labor Day with my two grade school daughters
This place was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, very well decorated and had high end touches. The location is perfect for enjoying downtown Ann Arbor.

Honestly can't think of a reason to be in A2 that this unit would not be perfect for. Great communication and flexibility from management, great space and amenities (they've thought of everything) and great location. Book with confidence.

Amazing manager!
COVID-19 -- ammiright?
We had a reservation with Nina for a different property in late April to move our daughter home from school. Then the world melted, and I had to scramble. Nina generously canceled our other reservation and refunded the money (some VRBO owners wouldn't do this). Then she switched me to this place, where we've stayed before. I will try to always stay at Nina's places in the future! (I've reviewed the property before, so I won't go into detail here about that. But this time I shared the space with my daughter, who was taking classes via her computer, and we all had plenty of space to spread out!)

PERFECT location
We were staying here to visit the University of Michigan and could not have been in a better location. We could easily walk to our tour and info session, and enjoy leaving our car parked to head out to dinner each night. Everything we wanted to see was at the front door. There were 5 beds and a pull-out sofa so it could easily accommodate a family. The property owner responded very quickly to any concerns we had. Overall it was a great stay. Easy in and easy out.

Great stay in Ann Arbor
We chose this rental in part because of desire to be in central university district, and we were not disappointed. Great location to be able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Good shopping and restaurants, as well as art galleries and entertainment. On top of this the property was one of the best we have found for its layout and its set up. Extremely clean, good bedding and towels, well-stocked kitchen. Nina was also very responsive to our questions, answering very quickly and positively. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic location and cozy environment
This adorable duplex is tucked away in downtown Ann Arbor and you can reach anywhere on campus or downtown by a short walk. The kitchen is stocked with pans, silverware, etc and there are plentiful beds. It was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. We also forgot a charger and the property manager contacted us soon after we checked out to let us know, which I found to be very thoughtful. HIGHLY recommend this place for a weekend stay!

Great Location
Apartment is in a really outstanding part of Ann Arbor, couldn't be better. It's an old house, so expected issues: fuse blowing because of running microwave and AC at the same time. Some minor housekeeping issues (small ants on the property, a clogged drain, dusting could definitely be better). Also would have liked to know that AC is only in one of the bedrooms (though one door can be opened and got decent air flow from the unit in the living room). It was an issue in one of the bedrooms because it was a hot week and we had little ones with us. In general, though, a great place based entirely on the location.

Nice apartment in perfect location
We rented the apartment to stay in after a concert at the Ark. it was nice to be within walking distance. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was clean. Good shower. Would recommend.
