Marina's Holiday Retreat
Dieses zweistöckige Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Aufenthalt in Port Lincoln mit Zugang zu Ihrem eigenen privaten Ponton. Günstig gelegen, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Shark Cage Diving, Schwimmen mit dem Thunfisch, Schwimmen mit den Sealions-Abfahrtspunkten, Marina Hotel, Freizeitzentrum und Bootseinrichtungen entfernt. Kontinentales Frühstück wird zur Verfügung gestellt.
Der offene Wohnbereich umfasst eine große, eingebaute Bar, die an das Wohn- und Esszimmer angrenzt und von außen Zugang zu einem hervorragenden, privaten, überdachten Unterhaltungsbereich bietet. Durch die großen Fensterfronten können Sie von Ihrem Liegestuhl aus oder während Sie gemütlich speisen, den Blick auf die Wasserstraßen des Yachthafens genießen. Unten haben Sie eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ausreichend Sitzfläche.
Im Obergeschoss finden Sie drei großzügig geschnittene Schlafzimmer mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit begehbarem Bademantel und eigenem Bad.
Das Hauptbad im Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Badewanne für die Kleinen oder um sich mit einem Schaumbad verwöhnen zu lassen

Our stay was fantastic the house was spotless and well-equipped, Adam supplied bacon eggs, and bread on arrival and we all enjoyed it. If you are going to Port Lincoln, you must stay at Marina's Holiday Retreat.

A very nice property in a quiet part of Port Lincoln. The house was wonderfully spacious, the kitchen and pantry was comprehensively stocked (incredible hospitality and generosity on the part of the host), and the views of the waterway were simply superb. We did find the water pressure in the showers to be a bit too low, but otherwise had a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Adam is a great host the bacon and eggs were a welcome surprise, you can’t really fault the spot at the marina. Near the leisure centre and Marina hotel. Great BBQ area for family feasts.

Our family of 4 all enjoyed our 5 night stay at Marina's Holiday Retreat. Comfortable and clean accommodation with modern kitchen and well stocked pantry. We loved the water front location and our own pontoon which we used to moor our boat. Adam was quick to respond to any queries and very accommodating. Recommended.

The property is clean and tidy, with a private pontoon and everything you need to relax. A great place to base yourself for a visit to Port Lincoln and the surrounding towns. Recommended.

Beautiful spacious home located a few minutes walk from Marina. It had everything you would expect in a short term rental property plus things like Milk, Bacon, Eggs and ample Coffee. There was even a small amount of alcohol. This home was right on the water with beautiful views from the large yard. Owner was friendly and was even willing to leave us a tinny to use to move around the water way for yacht week. Couldn’t ask for more really!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marina Holiday retreat. Adam really is a super host. He had everything taken care of and was always quick to respond if I ever had questions. It was the little things that made it more special - breakfast supplies, cupboard staples etc. It was a beautiful spot and house. We will be back for sure!

Had a great stay, we were welcomed with generous breakfast provisions. There was also a pantry full of basic cooking items. Very clean property. Air conditioning worked very well so we were toasty warm. Host was very accomodating, would recommend thank you Adam.

Perfect location
This would be one of the best properties I've stayed at. From the location, house cleanliness and communication from Adam, everything was spot on. I only stayed two nights but I'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Fabulous home on the canal at the marina. Close to everything you need for a great getaway.
We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous,comfortable property on the canal. A lovely surprise to find bacon and eggs and so many other necessities provided for our use. We enjoyed a beautiful daily coastal walk and use of the 2 kayaks. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood at the marina and close to town.

Great place to stay
The property was easy to locate and was exactly as described. 6 single people stayed here for 3 nights. The house was very spacious and the beds (one per person) very comfortable. Adam provided us with eggs and bacon for breakfast (a nice surprise) plus the pantry was well stocked. The property was the best we stayed in on our 3 weeks holidaying on the Eyre Peninsula.

Stunning marina waterfront location
A spacious and extremely tidy property with direct waterfront access. The property is very well equipped and stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Port Lincoln. Relaxing either in the open plan dining area or outside on the patio is a delight.

Property was exactly as described. Although a bit dated was very clean and comfortable with good air con. Was impressed with the food, condiments & toiletries made available if required.
In a great location with a 2 min walk to marina for shark & seal tours.

Absolutely lovely house in a beautiful area!
From start to finish the process of renting was easy. House is beautifully presented and the owner Adam communicated details with us before checkin . This horse was everything plus more as advertised and wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book again!
