Die Lage der Wohnung ist oberhalb der Bucht von Opatija in ruhiger Gegend. Wenn man mit einem Auto unterwegs ist stellt dies kein Problem dar. Ein eigener Parkplatz neben dem Haus steht zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Ausstattung und viel Platz.

Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt ein kleines Ameisenproblem in der Küche, dass wir mit zwei Köderdosen schnell gelöst bekommen haben. Das war sicher schon vorher feststellbar, da hätte bereits eine Vorkehrung getroffen werden können.

Quelques petites remarques : Les placards sentaient le renfermé dans la cuisine. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la suite parentale, elle sentait aussi mais ce n'était pas génant, il y avait assez de chambres. La rambarde sur la terrasse n'est pas adaptée pour un enfant de moins de 3 ans. Plusieurs chats sur la terrasse, mignons mais attention aux allergiques.

It was far from the beaches. We had hot water problems.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were so impressed by huge balcony, beautiful view, safe and cozy place on the hillside. In addition, we appreciated fridge with ice, air condition was also very helpful. We are thankful for washing machine and dishwasher. You need a car to get to the beach, but it was fine for us. We are so impressed by hospitality of Danijela. Our family (2 adults + 4 kids) enjoyed so much our stay in her apartment. See You next time!

The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean and terrace with wonderful view is just blast for your soul :) very friendly, nice host, great communication and they let us in earlier, so that was great. Thank you!

Unfortunately we booked the apartment because it was written that it's 13min walk to the beach. Nothing like that and you need to take car to go anywhere. It complicated our stay a lot, as I was the only driver with a baby and my companion needed to take taxi when they wanted to go to the city/beach in the evening...But if you don't mind driving around or pay extra for taxi/parking, then it's the perfect place to stay :)

Is a stylish location, huge terrasse, modern, big fridge, big kitchen with all needed, big garden, good location for mobile working. Is my favorite accommodation in Croatia, can't wait to go there again. My dog got a cute little friend there.

Drinking coffee on the large terrasse with amasing view, the night view over the city, the private garden where I could enjoy sunbathing while my dog was around free, hiking up to the Kapelle and down to the city, the local saussages fried on the grill on the terrasse, of course the hospitality and the apartment equiped with all needed. Not many bugs there, I let the coffee (wirh sugger) outside for ca two hours and I found no bugs in it. Parking for two cars. If you are looking for a place to escape from the crowded city, if you are looking for a terrasse and garden for private use, if you want to do some mobile work in a nice ambiance, I recommend this place. I liked it so much that I have already reserved it again.

I was a bit afraid to go out with my dog for short walks because there were 3 free dogs (barking) and one like a labrador barking aggressively beside a thin and low fence ,while my dog is afraid and reactive. I tried to go by car for short walks but that is not really a short walk.
