Schönes zweistöckiges Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend in der Innenstadt von Stuart. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Fluss, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Stadt Stuart bietet einen täglichen Shuttleservice in die Nachbarschaft, wenn Sie nicht zu Fuß gehen möchten. Der Shuttle bietet auch eine Tour durch die Stadt, die wirklich Spaß macht. Wenn Sie den Strand mögen, sind es weniger als zehn Autominuten.
Nur ein paar Details zum Haus. Alle Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon und ein großes Hauptbad mit begehbarer Dusche und separater großer Jet-Badewanne. Das zusätzliche Vollbad befindet sich ebenfalls im Obergeschoss. Die Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und WC sind die Treppe hinunter. Das Parken ist vor dem Haus mit zusätzlichen Parkplätzen zwei Parkplätze auf der Bordsteinkante am Haupteingang.

In town for nieces wedding.

We just returned from a three week stay at this property. We enjoyed every moment. The proximity to downtown was so convenient. We were able to walk to dinners, happy hours, and shopping easily. The trolley was a plus as well. It’s a ten minute ride to beautiful beaches. And the neighborhood lends itself to wonderful walks.
Would definitely stay here again.

Our first VRBO, and we couldn’t be happier! We were in Stuart for a family Thanksgiving, and quickly realized the importance and value of a place for our immediate family to relax and have coffee and breakfast before heading out to our relative’s home in Palm City. Excellent home with a great location, which was very walkable to downtown Stuart! We will do this VRBO again

The house was in the perfect location for us. Quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We were confused to where to find the garbage pails but Kim answered our question quickly. We plan on coming every year around this time and would definitely stay here again.

This spacious home is within walking distance of downtown Stuart. It is handy to stores, the River, the ocean, and only 45 minutes from the West Palm Beach Airport. My 2 adult children & I stayed here while being with my elderly father nearby. We could cook meals in or choose from many nearby restaurants. It was very clean, no pets which I need due to animal allergies. I would recommend it.

This house has a great location, walking distance to quaint downtown Stuart. Great shops and restaurants, loved Dune Dogs just a couple of blocks from the house. My husband fished nearly every morning at nearby Shepard Park, also a nice boardwalk on the water. Nice master suite, however the queen mattress needs a serious upgrade. Also the kitchen equipment was very sparse, not even a mixing bowl or measuring spoons was difficult to make meals. We had to make a trip to the goodwill and dollar store. Also backyard is very sparse, no outdoor furniture. Nice front porch and balcony. Very quiet neighborhood, and again an awesome location. House just needs some upgrades to linens, towels, and kitchen items.

Perfect Location
Great sized house, perfect location, and kid friendly! We enjoyed our stay in Stuart very much. Easy walk to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable accommodations for families. Room for improvement would include updating and adding more kitchen needs (cookware was sparse) and adding basic toiletries. Also, the dryer did not work during our stay which was very inconvenient with children. Property manager was made aware and no attempt was made to fix it. Otherwise, the house meets all basic needs for a comfortable stay.

Spacious condo located in beautiful downtown Stuart.
The condo is spacious with a huge open floor plan. It has a wonderful master bedroom ( king bed) with private ensuite. We loved sitting on the upstairs patio in this quiet and well manicured neighborhood. The other 2 bedrooms only have full beds, which we found difficult for 2 adults. Mattresses were soft & bedding could use upgrading. We appreciated the excellent supply of beach towels and the convenience of a washer /dryer throughout our stay. Unfortunately, if you fly in from out of state, there are no beach chairs. Stuart & Jensen Beaches are only a 15 minute drive, so we went daily for walks and a dose of Florida sunshine.

This in an amazing location! Walk to downtown Stuart and such a cute Key West style community.
House was very clean and was furnished with necessities (soap, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, etc). The toaster needs to be replaced as half of the burners are not working. Mattresses could use updating. But overall we had a great 5 day stay and would definitely go again!

We liked it a lot and would definitely go back. Walk to downtown Stuart and about 5 miles to the beach.
Like another reviewer said though, bring your own beach chairs and there is no backyard furniture.

Amazing Property - 2nd visit
We absolutely love this property! This was our 2nd stay and we will be back. We love how cute the house is and the awesome neighborhood. It’s a short walk to restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to the beaches. It’s perfect for our family.

Wonderful stay!
The pictures do not do this property justice! This home was spacious, well appointed and conveniently located. Our family of four with our two small children stayed for 9 days and we were extremely comfortable. The home is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is super cute and safe. We were a short walk to downtown shops and waterfront restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Longterm stay
My husband stayed at this property for 3 weeks as we work on transitioning into a new home. We actually ended up needing to extend our stay 2x. Kim was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond back. There were no problems. The place was clean and location was great. Thank you!

This was a super cute house in a super cute neighborhood! The property manager was very the responsive the couple of times we reached out with questions. The check in and check out were super easy! We would definitely stay here again!

clean and convenient
This property was pretty much as advertised, which is always a relief. It was clean and well-laid-out for the four of us--one master bed & bath, two smaller beds and a second full bath. The small cul de sac is cute, the common swimming pool is tiny but a nice place to cool your feet and read, and the whole neighborhood is sweet and an easy stroll to the main drag. Only a few comments for improvement: the living room couches need to be replaced (they are kind of dingy), there could be more wastepaper baskets, and some board games or other entertainment materials would be nice. There is no backyard to speak of, but we enjoyed the porches--especially sitting on the one off the master bedroom. Overall, a big success.
