Everything was great. I struggled to little bit with the code at first the only suggestion I would have is make it easier with the cable to get to news channels, and sports channels, such as ESPN, because I don’t think they were on the network. But great place great location to the stadium.

The Razorback Getaway was the perfect place for us to spend our weekend with friends. The property is so cute with all of the Razorback decor, it is very clean and a great location! JoAnn was terrific to deal with and great on communication with us....much appreciated! We will definitely be staying again!

We enjoyed our weekend. The property was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t far from campus so that was nice for the Bid Day activities and all. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location for attending the mountain bike races at centennial park. Perfect home set up for our group of four. Garage was a huge plus so we could store the bikes and work on them after the races. Only very small negative was no outside hose hook up to wash the bikes. Definitely would not keep me from staying there again.

Property was nice. Communication with rental was great, all messages answered promptly. I would recommend this property.

We love the property. Check-in/check-out times were varied from online agreement and owner expectation. We had to shuffle our departure preparation for attending a wedding to fit earlier check out than we had agreed upon. Owner did not accommodate our request.

The location of the property was perfect. We were able to go explore the trails then come back for dinner and to sleep. It was the perfect place for our weekend

The townhouse was perfect for 2 couples. The location was close to restaurants and the University of Arkansas campus. It was clean, decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had enough equipment to cook dinner. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described and and amazing experience.

The townhouse was super clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and spices/oil/condiments to prepare meals. The bathrooms were also very well supplied with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper and travel toiletries. The beds were all very comfortable and there were extra blankets available if needed. The townhouse is lovely but very sparsely furnished. The essential furniture is all there, but there are no extra chairs, desks, or dressers for clothing. It wasn’t a problem for a weekend visit, but older folks or those staying longer might have a hard time living out of a suitcase on the floor or not having a place to sit in the bedrooms other than the bed. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay!! This gorgeous townhome was a perfect location and decorated so adorably! We only wish we could have stayed another day! We will be back!!!

Pretty condo in a great location!

The place was prefect for a weekend visit to Fayetteville. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location perfect. The only issue we had was a small bottle of body wash so bring your own soap if you plan on showering more than once.

This was our first trip to Arkansas for the BBB Rally and the property location was perfect for attending the rally and spending time in Fayetteville. There were no issues with the property & Joann was quick to respond when communicated with. The property was a perfect fit for two couples and it was great being able to park the motorcycles in the garage for the entire trip. We were able to unhook and park our 20' trailer in the driveway with room to park the truck on the street. This is a great property to consider if you are planning a trip to the Fayetteville area for any event! We will definitely be planning a return trip sometime in the future!

This condo is great! It is clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for our schedule. You will be as happy as we were if you stay here - we will definitely be back.

Super convenient access to everything and loved the accommodations. Beds are super comfy, great decor and we had everything we needed, coffee, popcorn, patio and did I mention the beds were awesome!
