Gyönyörű villa, nagyon jó helyen. Januárban voltunk, ilyenkor csendes környék, de szerintem főszezonban sem hangos. Csak egy pár villa van a szomszédban. A tengerbe a villa végéből is be lehet menni, kicsit köves a part. Könnyebb bemenni a tengerbe a nem messze található strandról, oda inkább kocsival érdemes menni.

Késő éjszaka érkeztünk, a házban 15 fok volt, jó lett volna előtte a tulaj felfűti. Esős nap volt az első napunk és estére kevés volt a meleg víz, de a többi napon kicsit felhős idő ellenére jutott mindenkinek meleg víz.

Overall it was a perfect choice! The villa, in reality, looks exactly the same as in pictures. And has all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice and kind and for sure we would like to return there one more time (most probably in the more active season).

We faced small difficulties with the hot water (but not as much to bother the host), but it was really a very small thing.

It’s a beautiful villa with the sea in your backyard, exactly as you can see on the pictures. Very nice area just a short drive from Ayia Napa. Easy check in. Very helpful managment. We loved it!!
