The large holiday home is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and on-site assembly personnel. It is located in Manfort which is a part of the town of Leverkusen near Cologne. Having 5 bedrooms and a dining/living area, it is suitable for 14 persons.
The accommodation:
This modern semi-detached house enjoys a spacious and open-plan living accommodation which delights with its clean and modern furnishings throughout:
The ground floor comprises a friendly, light and modern open plan living room with an adjacent dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with modern furnishings and has an LCD-TV with satellite receiver boasting over 200 channels. There is access to a sunny and private garden area from the living room through large patio doors.
The kitchen boasts all necessary amenities from ceramic cooktop, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine to crockery, cutlery to many cooking tools. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Furthermore, there is a small WC with wash basin on this floor.
From the open-plan living area, there are comfortable stairs to the first floor with 5 spacious bedrooms and a sunny and modern bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bath and a separate shower unit as well as towel heaters. There are also 2 separate WCs with wash basins on this floor.
There are roller shutters throughout the whole house – most of them automatic. There is good WLAN connection in all rooms.

The house is located in the town of Leverkusen approximately 3 km from the city centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located within walking distance of the property.
Public transport / motorway access:
The local train station with connections to Cologne city centre and Cologne Exhibition Centre is only 80 metres away. Access to the motorway A3 / A1 can be reached in about 3 minutes from the property giving easy access to the Cologne Exhibition Centre or Cologne city centre in about 10 minutes.
During your stay:
The whole house inclusive the private garden is available to you during your stay. House partys and Stereo Systems are not allowed. Should you have any questions or problems, your host Mr Cosar is happy to help you.

This was a great house to stay in for our family trip to Leverkusen. We were 6 adults and nine children, and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Aldi is close by for Brötchen every morning, and the kitchen was clean and spacious. The house is close to bus lines and the Manforter Bahnhof, so it was easy to travel back and forth to Köln or other places in Leverkusen. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were a family of 8 and found this home to perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms made everyone happy. Also would like to comment on how clean home was.....it was spotless! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Das Haus bzw. die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber! Es war alles vorbereitet! Betten waren bezogen und Handtücher lagen bereit!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und unkompliziert! Er hat alle Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet und war immer freundlich!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof, der ein innerhalb von 15 Minuten nach Köln bringt!

Vriendinnenweekend
Ruime, nette en gezellige vakantiewoning waar we met 8 vriendinnen verbleven om de kerstmarkten in Keulen te bezoeken.
Alles is aanwezig, schoon en netjes. 5 minuutjes lopen naar de trein, waarna je binnen 20 minuten in Keulen staat, ideaal.
Ali is een vriendelijke gastheer, die snel communiceert en direct voor ons klaar stond toen de stoppen erdoor vlogen. Eigen foutje ;)
Tip: er stonden maar een paar wijnglazen, niet genoeg voor 7 wijnliefhebbers. De woning is te reserveren voor 15 personen, misschien even aanvullen.

Geräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Aldi und DM um die Ecke. Ausreinchend Parkplätze. Bahn nach Köln 5 Minuten laufen. Schönes Haus für Familienweekend. Wohnung ist groß genug für 9 Erwachsenen und 5 Kinder. Bette sind alle comfortabel und sauber. Wohnung war auch sauber genug. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme in der Wohnung aber Herr Cosar war sehr schnell und hat alles repariert. Empfehlenswert!

Ein super Trainingslager!
Wir waren mit den Kindern unseres Vereines zu Gast, um ein kleines Trainingslager abzuhalten. Die Bedingungen die wir im Haus vorgefunden haben waren einfach super!
Es gab genug Platz für alle. Wir konnten ohne Probleme hier zusammen kochen, essen und unsere Freizeit verbringen. Das Haus ist zudem in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand.
Herr Cosar war ein super netter, flexibler und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für ihre Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

unkomplizierter Ablauf
Gut eingerichtetes Haus über zwei Ebenen. Handtücher und Bettzeug wurden gestellt. Toilettenpapier, Waschlappen, Spülmittel, Teebeutel, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter waren auch vorhanden. Super! Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ausziehbarer Esstisch wäre genial.

It was just perfect. Ali was very accommodating and patient as we arrived later than check in time. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely return next year x

Easy,great place to stay!
The house/ apartment was just what we were looking for! Two couples traveling together so we wanted two bathrooms! The place was very clean and spacious. Of course we had way too much room and too many beds! This house would be perfect for a large group traveling together. It is convenient to grocery shopping and getting on the autobahn and to the train. It is located in what appears to be a “working man’s” section of the area so there is a school as well as a daycare close by.

A spacious apartment close to everything
This apartment has more than enough space for a large group to feel comfortable. With 5 bedrooms our group of 11 people never felt like we needed more room. We didn't really need anything else either as stores and a train-station are in walking distance and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by train. The Wi-Fi was also great, even with a large amount of people using it at the same time.
The owner was really helpful and welcoming, in case we needed something he would arrive in a matter of minutes. The only real issue we had was the fridge being quite small for this amount of people. We couldn't really fit in much more than cold drinks for everyone. We couldn't make use of the kitchen that much as there wasn't much room left for food.
Our stay was awesome and in case we're going to Cologne at some point, we will definitely come again!

We had a car and drove to meet family in Koln so I cannot speak to how long it would have taken to drive or take transportation but it took us 15 minutes driving time on the autobahn to the exit for Koln.
The owner was very helpful.

We were with 8 persons - so according to the number of beds there had be plenty of space. The table was only suitable for 6 persons. Kitchen was not very good equipped. Only 2 wine glasses and 1 champagne glass.... Plates and cutlery were plenty for 8.
Bathrooms were well equipped and there was plenty of towels and hot water. In some bedrooms there were only floor lamps. Beds were very comfortable.
The lady who greeted us was very friendly and provided us with a second key when we asked for it.

Make sure you get Ali to show you how the switches work as we were here for 5 days & I still kept turning the wrong lights on. Also be warned the local church is very close and rings it bells half hourly. The shutters are also automated so open at 7.45 even if you are still asleep.

We had an excellent stay. The house was much bigger than I was expecting with 4 large bedrooms and plenty of beds for even the biggest family. It's a 2 minute walk to the train station and then just 10 minutes into Cologne. Good Wi-Fi.
