1. Host was friendly and responded quickly to any enquiries raised before and during the stay. 2. Facilities of the apartment are good. Got mynews and mamak restaurant at the ground floor. Swimming pool is also okay. 3. Good WiFi connection. 4. Nice balcony view. 5. 2 parking space provided instead of only 1 advertised here. 6. Strategic location. walking distance to ioi mall and lrt station (a bit far but still within walking range). Also walking distance to a lot of other restaurants and convenience stores (emart24, familymart)

1. When we arrive at the the house at 3.10 pm for check in, the cleaning team is still doing their work, so we were told to wait another 30 mins. But it's understandable since we were told that the previous guest left the house in bad condition, so cleaning team needed more time to clean the house. But this shouldnt be an excuse to leave the guest waiting outside the house. The host should have informed us way earlier that the cleaning team needed more time, so our check-in time needs to be delayed. We can plan our journey by then and not wasted our time waiting outside the house. But in the end, the host allowed us to check out late as a compensation 👍 2. The sofa at the living room is really uncomfortable. 3. One of the bathroom cannot be locked. 4. Towel provided is too small. 5. Remote TV is not functioning.
