Bed was very comfy. Nice clean bathroom.

No sink. Had to wash dishes in the bathroom which was inconvenient since the vanity is quite small. The Tv could be better as it is very small and the quality wasn’t so good. Also would have appreciated if the owner texted to let us know they were going into the room.

The neighborhood is amazing, good location, very quiet and organized.

The single bad is horrible uncomfortable, the only sink is in the bathroom, the pillow was dirty with someone's hair and smelling old specially the single bad. And I didn't see anyone , there was no one to talk to us about the place .

This was a surprise and our first stay at accomodation attached to a private home. Don't let this put you off at all. You have your own driveway, entrance and our stay was very private and cosy. Comfortable bed, couch to laze on, dining table and a small table attached to the wall where you could set up a laptop and other devices if you needed to. I set up my laptop there to edit my photos. The wifi was excellent and very fast. The TV had access to netflix and other channels and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner. It's location was only minutes from the centre of Wanaka. There is no cooking facility there other than a microwave and toaster and it is made very clear it is just for simple breakfasts and perhaps heating up something to eat. A decent sized little fridge and a bench to make sandwiches and other things. Fitted our holiday perfectly because we planned not to cook and we visited local restaurants to eat at night and had breakfast in the accomodation. Our hosts were only a call away or I guess you could walk around and knock on their door but they never came around. It would have been welcomed but they respected our privacy and should we have needed anything we could have contacted them. We are also only minutes from some decent walking trails nearby as well. You can walk to them from your accomodation.

Excellent stay with no issues.

The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was fabulous and modern. We were able to get to walk up Mount Iron easily from just around the corner, and it was easy to get into town.

Would have liked to have a kitchen sink to wash crockery properly. The room should be marketed to couples only, as it's certainly not big enough for even one other person. There is nowhere for luggage.

Lovely modern, warm and a very quiet area. lovely big bathroom with nice complimentary body wash and shampoo etc. Tea and coffee etc was also supplied so we had everything we needed The owner was lovely and explained everything well in her emails

The main bed was way to soft for our liking. The trundler bed was not suitable for teenagers or older child as the mattress is way to thin. probably be ok for a young toddler. some Little long life milk sachets would have been very useful.

Everything we needed was there, easy to find. Bathroom was great

Everything was clean and good quality. Washroom is the highlight.

Although pretty decent but 2 things I can think of are: the location and the space within the property.

Lovely clean and modern looking room and bathroom. Small space but fine for the 2 nights we stayed. A very short drive into town.

The pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my 12 year old and the main bed was soooo soft. Lots of cushions...had nowhere to put them with 4 of us in a small room.

Modern, very clean with good TV. Beautifully designed and finished room.

Too small for 2+2, 3pm check-in, no proper wash-up or cooking facilities, a good walk into town and whilst neatly constructed is a self-contained apt attached to the owners house.

Nice, cozy and quite studio room in Wanaka. The place was exceptionally clean and tidy and the room very well maintained. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed. The place was comfortable for 2 adults and 1 child who slept on the sofa bed. TV had lots of channels and Netflix. WiFi was pretty good. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The site has onsite car parking. The host provided tons of information on things to do in Wanaka. Since the place was a bit far from CBD area, it was much quite. The place is very close to the start of Mt.Iron trail.

A bit far from CBD area and no shops, eateries close by. You need to have a car to get around.

Maybe a little small for 3 people as advertised. No where to stash your bags, also when you pull out bed, it’s instant loss of space. It would be better to have a sink in the kitchenette. Also TV with sky would be a good idea.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Ideal location for a weekend break. Great brewery with food 600m round the corner. Will definitely stay again.
