Our condo was wonderful! Very spacious, clean and so cute! The complex was clean. We Could see the pool and the ocean. We got to see a space launch, too. If you are going to Coco Beach...I would recommend staying here!

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was just perfect. The bedrooms worked great for our family. We also loved the location. We could see the ocean from the balcony, as well as the pool area. Such a nice, peaceful property.

Great location, very short walk over to the beach/down to the pool. Convenient to Space Center, restaurants … It was very clean and well supplied with cookware. Rooms were large and well furnished. Beach chairs and toys also available

The property was beautiful! The condo was just as it looked in the pictures and we had tons of room. The pool was huge and was a big hit with my 8 year old. The view of the ocean was great and being right on the beach was the best. It had great beach access. We loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone headed to Cocoa Beach!

This condo is so nice! The neighbors even wanted the info on booking ❤️ clean, well stocked, needed nothing but maybe better pillows. The pool was closed so hopefully next time we will have the benefit next time. Owner and manager great to work with!

The condo was very comfortable, from the beds to the amazing supply of towels and bedding. It is much more updated than most of the condos that we stay at in Cocoa Beach. It was spacious, brightly decorated, clean, & had all of the extras needed in the kitchen for making meals. Thank you for helping us relax for 5 wonderful days in CB:)

Close to grocery store, restaurants, tackle shop, Ron Jon's! Great access to beach and pier. Nice balcony. Very quiet- could not hear neighbors at all. Beach showers available. Could not fit our big truck under awning, due to concrete curbs, but other adequate parking available. Only improvement suggestion - a propane grill (s) in a better area. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful townhome with everything you need. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need. We cooked most meals in. 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. Plenty of room for us all. Nice deck furniture with pool and ocean views. Owner very sweet and called to make sure we had what we needed. Would definitely recommend this property. This was our first time to Cocoa Beach and we had a great time. Convenient to Orlando and Kennedy Space Center, grocery store and restaurants!!

This unit lived up to its reviews. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the quiet community as we spent time at the pool, at the beach, and watching the sunrises from the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay and attractions/stores were close by. We did not have to travel far to get supplies or find things to do. We loved being right on the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool also. The beach was clean and the Pier is within walking distance. The Pier was mediocre, it had a couple of shops and a restaurant. Overall, it was a nice place and location .

The listing is accurate. The property and grounds are beautiful. Only one parking space by the room , though, but others can park along yellow wall. For free . Beautiful updates to kitchen and bathroom. We had a very good time . Plenty of things to cook with , and nice things . Short walk to beach , right in front of property , nice pool . Very short walk to Cocoa Beach Pier . .

The property was far better than the pictures. They have put new furniture in the living area. All the beds were very comfortable. I would think they were all new.
Would definitely stay here again if visiting Cocoa Beach & will be recommending it to family and friends.

The condo appeared to have been totally renovated. The large kitchen and living area is very adequate for larger gatherings of friends. There is a nice view of the ocean that also overlooked a very large heated pool.

Fantastic condo
Condo has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach toys, beach towels, etc. Steps away from the sand, the outdoor shower was nice to wash all the sand off. Beds were comfy. Sat on the balcony a lot, watched the kids swim, good view of the ocean. Highly recommended, Ellie checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and so did Tina, the property manager. Love the keypad entry. We will be back!

Excellent condo
We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the condo. A great space for our family of 5 to spend time together and still the space to have some alone time when needed(and with two sometimes moody teens, this was essential for us). The condo has an amazing view of the pool and ocean and the patio overlooking both was a great place to sit and have our morning coffee and a nightcap when the day was done. Condo was located very close to the beach and to the pier, plenty of local options for food and shopping within minutes. This was a great place to stay and the family and I are already talking plans for our next visit. Highly recommend this condo for a place to stay.

The property was wonderful. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool. It was a plus the beach was steps away. Another plus was the pier was a short walk. There was plenty of space for all. We were able to unpack and enjoy. Plenty of dressers and closet space. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We would definitely go back again

Wonderful stay
I stayed at this property with three of my adult children, a son in law and two grandchildren. It was very clean and very roomy for everyone. The view was excellent from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. It was very convenient to get to the beach and the cocoa beach pier. Absolutely loved the check-in process with the door key pad code already set for us so no picking up keys or being sure everyone had access to keys. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Our family loved being steps from the beach and pool! The beach was amazing and we loved being close to other fun sites like the Kennedy Space Center. One of our best vacations!! Thank you!
