I loved the neighborhood and how close it was to the ocean! It was also plenty of room for all of us!

The hot tub wasn't ready the first night of our 2 night stay. Also, the grill needs all the burners replaced. There was a leak from the shower above going into the closet below which had some black mold on the ceiling.

The location was great. Great view of the ocean and short distance to the beach. Close to the small community park. We really liked the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Appreciated we could bring our dog.

The listing says there is parking for 4 cars, however we had a truck and 2 suvs and couldn’t not fit all in the driveway. We were able to put the smaller suv in the garage, but it was pretty tight. And the truck and bigger suv in the driveway, parked at angles. When we arrived, we found the dishwasher was full of clean dishes. I also noticed a sticky spot on the dining table. The sticky spot isn’t a huge deal, but with the dishwasher not cleared as well it made us wonder how good the cleaning job was. I did notify vacasa of this and they asked if someone could come out to resolve. I didn’t respond because we didn’t need someone to come out to unload the dishwasher and wipe the table. The ice maker in the freezer does not work. We turned it on and nothing the whole time we were there. After our stay, I noticed reviews from over a year ago had this complaint and it appears it has not been fixed. We were planning on having a bbq the first night. We were able to turn it on, however only 2 burners worked. We had meat on the grill, but there wasn’t enough flame to cook the burgers and hot dogs. We messed with burner knobs and it did nothing. We ended up finishing our bbq in the house on the stove top, which was not ideal. And had smoke alarms going off the entire time. The last thing that really bothered us was the smoke alarms. I had the shower running on the bottom floor, water wasn’t hot and no steam. The alarms started going off after the shower had been running for a couple minutes. Every time we cooked, the alarms went off. Didn’t matter if we had the oven open or not. We even opened all windows and doors after the first failed night of cooking, and the alarms still went off. It was super annoying and very loud for small ears and the dog.

Elevator out. Local staff kept changing the day it would be fixed. No real communication. I asked before we got there if the elevator was broken would we be able to get in. No answer. With no elevator my knees were really hurting by the end of the stay.

It is a very cute little house with lots of room, a great location, and a ton of charm

Split this house with three families to reconnect. It was fantastic! So much information provided from the owners on places to eat, tips on where to park for better access to beach without stairs, and every question answered. Tons of space in the house to spread out with kids. But great spaces to gather for games and dinner. Very well stocked kitchen. We all loved it.
