We had a great time and liked the condo... great job

the couch was uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom did not have television services, so I had to setup my laptop for my friends one evening because the men were having trouble with the couch and he did not want to sit in it again... so he wanted to watch tv in his room :( We couldn't find the trash bags, because they were on the refrigerator and you might want to put them under the sink... that is where we always look and didn't find them until we were leaving and making sure we didn't leave anything :)

BEING SPIED ON! We were in Tucson to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We arrived at the property @ 10 pm and stayed up late catching up. Since it was so late, some of my family stayed with us, instead of driving to my daughter's house. The next morning, a representative from Vacasa called me on behalf of the owner/host, in the middle of breakfast with my family, and advised that there cannot be more than six occupants in the condo. I felt extremely violated and shocked! It was disturbing and creepy. After breakfast, and after having time to process the call, I returned the call to Vacasa. I asked the representative to clarify whether there were cameras in the unit. The representative stated that there was a camera on by the door. So, the owner apparently watched several hours of camera footage and counted who came in and out of the unit. I'm sure they also noticed that we were non-white. I explained that it was too late for my two teenaged sons to leave, and, for safety reasons, they stayed with us instead of driving to my daughter's home. I further explained that our friend's daughter was killed in a car accident in Tucson; therefore, we had our family members stay in the condo instead of driving so late. We were outraged and creeped out by the whole experience. We will never stay at this property, with this host, or with Vacasa again. If you decide to stay at this property, or with this host, be sure to clarify what time visitors have to leave so that you can avoid a harassing phone call. Our daughter's graduation celebration was ruined by this experience, and we are considering next to steps.

Unit was located near beer garden restaurant loud music!!!!

Excellent communication with the management company so access to the suite was easy. Very roomy with excellent amenities. Great location, plenty of parking and very clean and well appointed property. The grounds were well maintained. Excellent place for a family.

Beautiful location, property was comfortable and nicely decorated. All the comforts of home!

Instructions for keypad entry were not totally clear but we figured it out.
