Billy´s Beach Retreat ist der ideale Ort zum Entspannen, um die schönen Strände zu genießen und die Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages und die verschiedenen lokalen Märkte zu erkunden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 400m (5 Minuten) und zu Restaurants, Geschäften und dem Coolum Surf Club ca. 10 Minuten
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich wurden kürzlich renoviert. Es gibt eine große Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer mit einer verstellbaren Armmarkise. Alternativ können Sie sich unter dem großen Sonnenschirm an der Vorderseite des Hauses entspannen und den Meerblick genießen. Für Ihre Unterhaltung ist Foxtel verbunden und es gibt eine Reihe von Spielen, Büchern und DVDs.
Der Hof ist komplett eingezäunt, wo Ihre Haustiere die flache Wiese genießen können oder den kleinen natürlichen Buschbereich hinter dem Haus erkunden können. Haustiere sind im Haus erlaubt, aber wir bitten darum, dass sie nicht in der Lounge und in den Betten bleiben. Stumer’s Creek ist ein beliebter Strand vor Ort, an dem Sie entweder im stillen Wasser schwimmen oder surfen können. Der Bereich außerhalb der Leine erstreckt sich 1 km entlang des Baches.
Billys ist ein ruhiges Ziel für alle, mit einfachem Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten.

We stayed at Billy’s for two nights with our Golden Retriever. It’s a great house with everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing break. A quick walk down the hill into Coolum and a short drive to Stumers Creek and a lovely off leash dog beach.
Great communication from Ken and Des too. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved our stay and will defo be back, great location and house has everything you need. We stay at many so called dog friendly places where they hit you with so many rules and additional fees and you’re scared to leave a single dog hair in case they hit you with another $200 additional cleaning fee. The owners clearly love dogs and the house welcomes them!

We loved our stay with our cavoodle,,it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed the only thing that bothered me that there was no privacy n the main living area as no blind person r curtains if you wished more privacy , I was not comfortable with that as neighbours next door could look in at night time if we had lights on , I love my privacy, so this bothered me A lot. But other than that it was lovely . I will stay again if there was more privacy.

Thank you for opening your home for us and our 3 year old rottweiler Luci. The place was clean, beautifully presented and in the perfect location. We had everything we needed and the hosts were great to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend for a pet friendly holiday!

Great return visit to Billy's and Collum Beach. Ken & Des are wonderful hosts and we have enjoyed our second family summer holiday at Billy's. Very convenient and quiet location, clean and well presented home surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Billy's Beach Retreat had everything we needed for our three night stay. Every utensil you could think of was there. The outside eating area, which was in the pet safe area, was comfortable and cool. The area out the front with the cantilever umbrella was ideal for afternoon drinks with nice afternoon breezes and a view of the sea. We can definitely recommend this Retreat to other dog owners. Everything you could ask for in a holiday rental especially if you have a furry family member.As my husband is not as agile as he used to be we found the location a bit of a challenge as we had to get the car out every time we wanted to go anywhere even to main street which somewhat spoilt the experience for us, but perfect for fit people who can walk up steep hills We were missing a essential item but within a hour of us reporting this to owner we were accommodated .Lovely spot for a family & plenty of space for everyone. Overall a nice welcoming friendly clean home with everything you could want or need.

Billy’s place was one of the best pet friendly stays
that we have experienced in the 15 years we have been travelling with our pooch. Great location, wonderfully presented, comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

First arrived Musty dog smelling house.Walking outside Fresh large dog feasies in yard. Lounge strong dog smell on left side Yard not safe for small dogs Gap in fence up side of yard. One Kitchen Overhead Light Not working One Lounge Light not working Bathroom light not working (we replaced it with New one that was in cupboard. Carpets had dog hair Not cleaned. Had problems with TV but fixed ourselves Advised Owner. Overall disappointed as we had to supervise our dogs when they were outside. Beds very Comfortable

This is a lovely clean and comfortable beach house 10 min walk to the beach and Main Street in Coolum. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden has very pleasant sitting areas.
Communication with the owners was excellent and check in happened with no issues.
Coolum has a dog friendly beach with fantastic off leash areas. Our pups loved it.
We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again.

We always have such a great stay at Billy's. Everything you need is there and it's in the best location. We are very thankful that Billy's is pet friendly so our dogs can enjoy our holiday as much as we do. Ken and Desley are always helpful and offer a wonderdul service which is a great bonus. Perfect holiday home away from home :)

Billy's was absolutely a home away from home. Wonderfully equipped with every extra, spotlessly clean, relaxing and, importantly, had excellent beds & pillows. Our cavoodle couldn't have been happier either. Yes, we will return!

Loved the place, was super close to the beach and Coolum shops. The house was also very private and had a really cute outdoor area for our puppy. Also was surprised at how many cutlery and crockery options as well as kitchen tools for cooking with. Thankyou!

Beautiful beach house, very clean, the most gorgeous garden which my dog loved 😍 so much was provided for use including wifi, coolum shops right on doorstep loved our 3 days of rest felt so at home would stay again thankyou to the hosts.v

Great property, we had a wonderful stay, very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and great outdoor area. Big kitchen. Location was great for us, about 800 m to town but only short walk to water. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable stay with our two border collies. Comfy beds, with everything you need in the kitchen. Close to everything. Dog beach and river not far and was a huge hit with our two dogs. Would highly recommend staying here.
