If I could give this 100 stars, I would! My family and I have stayed in many VRBOs and this has been the best, hands down. Everything about this property was wonderful. It's absolutely perfect for a family with kids; the house comes equipped with everything you might need like a highchair, pack n play, sound machines, toys, stroller, etc. The pool and outdoor space is awesome. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and even left a special birthday treat knowing that we were celebrating a birthday during our stay. If we come back to Scottsdale, we will definitely be staying here again!

We couldn’t have been more please with this house! It is as advertised and clean. Updated and the backyard was perfect for our family, pool, hot tub and bags/cornhole. It is located in a great location in Scottsdale. We will stay here again!

This was our third time staying here. Courtney is always quick to respond. The pool is warm enough that the kids can swim all hours of the day!

This Scottsdale house was the PERFECT getaway for our family of 5 including a 5, 3 and 1 year old. Communication with the host was thorough and timely. When we walked in they had boughten us a new high chair to use along with some new bath toys which was SO incredibly kind of them since they knew we were coming with little kids. They had also set up the pack n play crib. The house, pool and backyard were incredibly clean!! The beds were so comfortable. The rain shower head in the primary bathroom has me wanting to upgrade our bathroom at home. They house had lots of toys available for kids, plates/cups/ spoons/forks, even step stools in the bathroom by the sink and baby wash in the bath. All the things to make traveling with kids stress free. They had the children's safety fence set up for us and the pool heated prior to arrival which was a must for us to stay somewhere and it worked great. The pool was fantastic, with a nice area where the water was more shallow which also had a nice umbrella and table for drinks. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We utilized their great strollers they had available and walked to get coffee and go to a nearby playground a few mornings. We loved that so much shopping and entertainment was only a few min away! We had one minor circuit breaker issue while there, the hosts responded within minutes and the problem was resolved within an hour. We just can't stay enough great things about this house and we'd love to come back :)

Property is in excellent condition in an unbeatable area of North Scottsdale. Owners were fantastic to communicate with and made so many perfect little touches to enhance our stay at the property. Loved the pool and yard for relaxing which was in perfect condition. They seem to have thought if everything you'd possibly need in advance for a 5- star stay. Hope to definitely be back soon and book this property again.

This neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing! The house is very private from all neighbors! It was perfect my myself, mom and sister, we could relax by the pool with no worries! Their house is stocked with shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc. we also saw a lot of children toys, pack and play, sound machines, etc. so I would definitely stay here with my husband and 2 year old! Check in went flawless, and check out was even easier!
We enjoyed the TV on the back patio & hot-tub in the evenings.
Also- the beds were very comfortable & clean!

This property was great! Four girls with three bedrooms. All had our own bed and shared the two bathrooms. We chose not to heat the pool and that was ok - after coming off of the golf course, what we needed was to cool down then hop in to the jacuzzi to relax the muscles. We cooked-in four of the five nights - BBQ was handy, as was the cornhole game while waiting for steaks to cook. Cute, comfy, great neighborhood for a walk-about. Close to where we were golfing on four different courses. Courtney recommended the Inspire Day Spa where we all got massages on our mid week day off. Awesome! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to Courtney and Dustin for allowing us to check in early.

We visied Arizona and had the pleasure of staying in this home during our Spring Break trip. House was immaculate, well stocked and comfortable! The outside area was just perfect! Location was ideal and we took full advantage with many shopping trips, a visit to the zoo and took in a Diamondbacks game! Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home for the long weekend we were there. Courtney was a perfect host and went above and beyond to make our entire visit to the area a memorable and exemplary experience! My family and I had an excellent stay! My 3.5 and 5.5 year old kids loved the pool, which we thankfully chose to have heated as the January weather was not as warm as we had hoped. Check in was extremely easy and Courtney was super responsive to any questions over the course of our trip. Beds were super comfy and the house was well stocked, especially for families with kids! We will definitely be back!

Very clean property and quiet neighborhood. The house has so many special touches from several board games, outdoor games (corn hole, lawn jenga, paddleball), pool floats and provided soap,shampoo/conditioner and even a tooth brush if you forgot one. They also provided some water and snacks. So thoughtful. The beds were so comfortable we didnt want to get up. We had a great girls weekend and will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. We stayed for a week and the house was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a homey stay!!! The backyard is amazing!!! Location was perfect and the neighbourhood so nice and quiet. Highly recommend!!!

This property was so great! Most importantly, it was clean. Next, it had toys for my 2 year, including the little flintstone/fisher price car! Then there was the amazing backyard with pool. The only tiny negative was there were swarms of mosquitoes from the wet toys on the patio area. But bug spray and citronella were provided. My only suggestion would be tossing those water filled ring toys out back. Would for sure stay here again on my next visit to AZ!

The home was exactly as described and perfect for our small family gathering for my Mother-in-law's birthday. The corn hole game was put to good use, and so was the hot tub even with rain. The owners included a ton of extra touches to make your stay enjoyable (for example, I loved that there were sound machines in each bedroom), but the best was the mini-bundt Birthday Cake. How did they know my Mother-in-law loves red velvet?! We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you again, Courtney and Dustin!

Came to this lovely property with my girlfriend for a trip away from home and loved it. Didn’t need to leave at all. Just hung out in the back and enjoyed the pool and tv with the grill nearby. Thanks for having us!

This house was wonderful! It was perfect for our family of four (myself, my husband, and two small children - ages 2 and 4). The pool was a dream! Perfect for little ones with the umbrella and platform. The house itself was decorated nicely and had everything we could ask for in terms of supplies. The property owners have really thought of everything. Communication with Courtney was a breeze, and she was very pleasant to interact with. This was our first vacation since Covid and I can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

This listing was wonderful. The location, the neighborhood, and most of all the house and its extras we the best ! Loved the backyard area and the pool🌺…. Both my mom and I don’t swim but the pool was perfect for us to enjoy just wading in. Thank you to the owners for making the check in process so easy and answering questions while I was on my way there and during our stay. Very affordable and outstanding!

Girls Weekend Getaway
My three girlfriends and I each have two young kids and decided to get away for a long weekend. This was the perfect house for us. Immaculately clean, kitchen stocked with everything we needed, comfy beds, and a beautiful and relaxing pool area. Would definitely stay again if/when I travel back to Arizona.

What an amazing home! This place was perfect for a sisters getaway. Courtney was incredibly communicative and accommodating. The little details of the home were what made it. It's a comfortable home in a quiet area. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space were perfect. I would recommend this home over and over again.
