Toller Ort mit viel Sonne und Schnee
Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und zentral gelegen. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die harten Matrazen. Die Bahn zu den Skipisten ist zu Fuss in 8 Minuten zu erreichen.

We stayed in apartment Klimt for a week. It really is a great apartment with fully equiped kitchen and no problems for four adaults and four Children to fit in. The host met up at the station and got in touch a couple of times during the week to check that Everything was alright. I can really recommend the apartment and its great hospitality. Thank you!

Best Yet!
I stayed in the Klimt apartment for 5 weeks during January/February 2017 during a skiing holiday in Serre Chevalier. It was first rate. The apartment was very well equipped, warm, spacious and comfortable - much better than the usual ski 'rabbit hutch'. Klimt was well situated being a 5 minute walk from the ski gondola in Briancon (and the adjacent Mont Prorel bar with 15.00 to 18.00 happy hours prices of 3 euros a pint). There was a supermarket about a minute's walk away and another some 5 minutes walk. The historic walled part, Vauban, was some 15 minutes walk away in the other direction up the hill. Kathryn the agent was excellent and very helpful. In short I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment.

Beautiful, cosy and spacious apartments
We stayed for a week in Briancon for a ski trip and loved the apartment. It is well-equipped and spacious, with a stunning decor. The fireplace adds to the cosiness of the flat and the sound system is fantastic too.
The location in the town centre in easy and convinient, with the skiing, nightlife and shopping all close to hand.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend a relaxing time in the alps. Ideal for a group of friends or a family.

Great Place convenient, cosy and closed to the slo
We had an amazing time in Apartment Klimt in Briançon. The flat is decorated tastefully, the mountains in the rear, create the perfect backdrop. Apartment Klimt is spacious and we had no problem cooking and dining at 9 persons.
The fireplace added to the warmth and cosiness of the apartment.
Everything we would need was there. It's very well located in the centre of the charming town nearby the market and the restaurants, and most important it is very close to the slopes and to Serre Chevalier. Really great accommodation. Can't wait to return next year.

Great modern apartment in the heart of the city
Strategically located for any activity you may choose. We were there for the climbing and were impressed by all the routes availble in virtually every direction. The apartment I spacious and well appointed. Awesome kitchen. Great deck for apres climb, with stunning view of Les Ayes cirque. Would love to come back!

Super apartment, great location, stunning valley
This trip was our second to Briancon / Serre Chevalier but the first in the newly-finished apartment Maia. It's a really top quality place with an incredibly convenient location minutes from the Prorel lift and with 'across the road' access to lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself has a nice big living space and three lovely ensuite bathrooms (great for families). We're definitely coming back next year!

For a ski resort very large comfortable apartment close to lifts, to be recommended for families
Warm, spacious, clean, apartment, ideal for families with small children. The ski-lift is a five minute walk away but ski and boots can be left in lockers in the rental shops next to the lift. Apartment is right next to the central road with plenty of bars and restaurants. View from the terrace is spectacular. To be recommended.

Large, convenient apartment in Briancon
Stayed in apartment Klimt in January 2016. It was nice to be met by Hannah on arrival and to have all the beds made up. The apartment was excellent for the price and as there were only 4 of us we had loads of room. There are 2 supermarkets and parking nearby and the walk to the ski lifts was not as far as I thought from looking at the maps. Nice ensuite showeroom to the bedroom I used and although traffic can be heard early morning, this wasn't really a problem. Nice, spacious apartment with plenty of equipment.

Stunning apartment in perfect location
We spent one week in the apartment and has an amazing holiday. The apartments are in a perfect location to get around the pretty town of Briancon, where there are lots of places to eat, drink and shop.
The apartments are fully equipped with everything you might need to make family meals at home, whether eating inside or out. The terrace gets the sunshine all day and has beautiful view of the mountains. The apartments are modern with a mountain feel about them too.
Would highly recommend staying here, not only for the quality of accommodation and really friendly owners, but also for the picturesque location.

Excellent family holiday in luxury appartment
Property was accurately described regarding layout, location, facilities, etc. Property was clean and well maintained. Customer Service was great, met by host and shown all the facilities. Helpful guide to all the best bars and restaurants.
Property was excellent, it accommodated 7 of us easily with plenty of room for dinner guests. Enough room for children to play without disturbing everyone even though we were in the centre of town. Lovely bathrooms and kitchen was great- gave us plenty of room to have team cooking competitions!
Location was excellent, something for everyone in the family to do from shopping in the markets (right on the doorstep) to adventure playgrounds for adults and children to swimming in clear mountain lakes nearby.
Liked best the warm welcome from the local host and his lovely wife. Would definitely recommend this. Being able to hire the next door apartment at the same time meant that even very large (loud) family groups could get away and enjoy themselves

Perfect Pad
My family of five stayed in this lovely apartment in this beautiful town for a week.
We were very comfortable in this well located and well maintained property.
It was very well equipped and was furnished to a high standard.
There are all amenities close by and the ski lifts are an easy walk away.
The kids loved the sky television and playstation.
Hannah , who was managing the property, was lovely. She was extremely helpful regarding local facilities and attractions. We had a great meal out at 'La Gavorche' in the old town. The old town is an amazing place to visit. It is incredibly well preserved.
We would definitely recommend this property.

Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de skis. Mais je suis déçu par le logement car, contrairement à la publicité il n'y a pas de cheminée dans l'appartement; et pourtant le choix de cet appartement est en grande parti du à la photo d'une cheminée. Ensuite dans une des chambres le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Par ailleurs la propreté, à notre arrivée, n'était pas au rendez-vous. Et le matériel de cuisine est vieillissant en particulier le lave vaisselle. Dans ma chambre une porte fenêtre tient fermer seulement par un penne qui s'encastre dans le mur, donc le bruit de la rue, surtout à 6H00 du matin dans un centre ville, pénètre sans problème et le chauffage doit rester toute la nuit à son maximum .

Beautiful, homely, modern and well located
The apartment is in an excellent location close to supermarkets, shops, cafes and bars and most importantly the prorel ski lift. It is modern and homely with everything you could need and some welcome little extras! It was also lovely and warm with underfloor heating! We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views of the mountains. Hannah and Rumble were friendly, knowledgable about the area and happy to help with any small issue either by phone or by popping over.
Overall I would recommend this apartment, town and ski resort to anyone and would stay here again if I returned!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Briancon
The apartment is well set out with a large open plan kitchen dining area and separate bedrooms opening off. There is a dish washer and washing machine to make life easier, sky for a lazy night watching films and a it's in a great central location.
It is only a few minutes walk from the ski lift and the rental places allow you to leave your gear in the shop. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by depending upon your fancy, two supermarkets open early and late and its a short walk up to the old town.
Lastly and most importantly the owners are really helpful, easily contactable and very nice.

Great location & good facilities
We have used this spacious apartment with 4 persons during a 1wk ski holiday. The location is great, close to the Prorel ski gondola and close to shops (bakery!) and bars. The old town which has some nice restaurants is within walking distance as well. Plus, the apartment has a nice flavor of the country's 'culture de bricolage' :)
Pro's: location, facilities available in the apartment (Internet, PS3 incl DVD player, tv channels, fully equipped kitchen), welcome by local host, local tips for wining, dining and shopping
Con's: bedrooms are on one of the town's main streets which is not an issue with normal traffic but snow plough services in the morning can be a nuisance, parking facilities not included but plenty cheap/free facilities in the vicinity

This, bright, newly refurbished, well equipped, spacious apartment deserves its luxury tag and enjoys a great central location. It also has a super roof terrace. Shops, restaurants and ski lifts are all an easy walk, as is the old Historic town, ice rink (check out the Diablo Rouges if you haven't been to Ice Hockey) and swimming pool. We are are a family of four, but the apartment could easily sleep more and spent three great weeks here in comfort. The owner, Rumble will do anything he can to help you and has some great tips and contacts in the area which certainly made our stay more enjoyable. Our conclusion - We have booked to come again in February.

Spent Christmas here with parts of my family in 2013 and we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Rumble had even left a decorated christmas tree for us.
The apartment is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen. The views from the windows and the terrace are second to none. The rooms are all spacious with comfortable beds and enough storage space for your clothes etc.
The wood stove adds an extra element of coziness to the flat and with wifi and a Sky TV box everybody was catered for.
We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

I came to stay in this lovely flat in Briancon with my family 6 of us all together. We had one of our best holidays yet! We totally fell in love with the town, it is So historic and there is just so much to do. The owner was super helpful with telling us what our options were all around the area. There are loads of great walks and there is a big turquoise dam you can go and see. The mountains are magnificent, covered in lush green trees and wild mountain flowers. We went to a great italian restaurant looking up at the old fort. We were all saying that we would definitely come back and stay here again as it was such a beautifully designed flat, and is right in the centre of the pretty town, close to everything you need, and close to the ski lifts too. Thanks for our great stay.

We stayed here for a week in August (2 couples and our 3 kids.) All I can say is wow wow wow! - we loved our stay! The interiors are super chic and those massive sliding window-doors looking onto the mountains are amazing. The flat is so perfectly located as is right in town, so it was great that the little French market is so close on Sunday morning to get all our supplies - there were so many stalls with delicious French sausage, cheeses, fruit & veg and the fresh apple and pear juices. We made fresh picnics to take on our adventures each day. The old medieval town is very picturesque and has lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars to eat/drink inside or outside. We went on a great walk right up to the fort - what incredible views! And to an outdoor swimming pool surrounded with the amazing alps, and to probably the most beautiful lake I have ever swam in, circled by the massive alps. We will be coming back this winter to go skiing for sure! - as the ski lifts are so close to the flat. I spent there 2 weeks with my 6 friends - very comfortable apartment, beautiful and brand new interiors, very helpful owners. When we were not biking or climbing we were chilling on the terrace overlooking the mountains and cooking at home as the kitchen was really well equipped.
