Das Haus ist idealgelegen in Stadtzentrum, aber in eine ruhige parallel Strasse, ein Fahrradweg führt am Grundstück entlang. Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafes, Museen, Veranstaltungen sind zu Fuss erreichbar.
Der Garten ist 670 qm gross, von Mauern und Hecken bezäunt, mit elektrischem Tor versehen. Er ist mit typischen provenzialischen Essenzen bepflanzt (Lavendel, Olivenbäume, Palmen, Zypresse,u.s.w.) und wird automatisch bewässert. Auf der Südseite eine Laube mit Sitzgruppe, Liegewiese und das beheiztes Schwimmbad ( 8,5 m x 3,5 m, von April bis Oktober).
Sie verfügen über ausreichend Parkplätze.
Das Haus ist grosszügig, 200 m2, wurde in 1965 gebaut und in 2013 vollkommen renoviert.

Absolutely gorgeous home in perfect location to enjoy St Remy and explore Les Alpilles! Catherine is the consummate host. She met us at the property to walk through and offered many fantastic suggestions of where to visit. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and terrific location for our visit of St. Remy and Provence. The house was exactly as listed and very tastefully decorated. The exterior garden was lush and lovely. We particularly appreciated that the house was very well stocked with kitchen cookware, plates, glasses, etc., for both early morning and evening dining.

Property is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to the charms of St Remy. Garden is a relaxing haven with sufficient space for socialising whilst retaining individual spaces. Beautiful trees plants and herbs abound. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Would happily recommend.

We four women d'un certain age spent a thoroughly enjoyable week at Catherine's St. Remy house. For us, it checked all the boxes: short walking distance to town, four bedrooms (two up and two down), beautifully decorated (with lovely artwork), clean, well stocked, and well located for interesting day trips. St. Remy is a vibrant town and a good choice to experience life in France for a little while.

We have stayed in this villa before and enjoyed our stay this time too. The accommodation is very flexible because two bedrooms are upstairs and two downstairs, allowing privacy. it is very well equipped and the decor is charming and stylish (we particularly like the swing chair on the upstairs terrace). The garden has ample shade (necessary in the 40 degree heat this year!) and it is lovely just to sit under the trees and read. Only a short walk to the walled town yet quiet and peaceful. Catherine made us welcome and was very helpful. We hope to come again!

We had a wonderful stay in St Remy. The house was better than it looked in the listing. It was a short 5min walk to the old town. Everything worked really well and Catherine was amazing at meeting us and taking us through everything we needed to know.

Our family really enjoyed our stay for a week while exploring Provence. Catherine is a wonderful host, and the house was spacious, clean, and well equipped for our family of 6. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in! I highly recommend!!

The location was perfect to walk into town for the market and restaurants etc. St. Remy is a lovely town. It was also great for day trips.

Lovely home and perfect location for our five day stay in St Remy de Provence. After a day’s activities, it truly felt like we were coming home. The house is comfortable and charming and plenty spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. Such a short walk into the heart of town that it made everything easy. Beds very comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Would highly highly recommend this property.

The house was lovely, with everything one could imagine. The contact, Catherine Breton, was polite, kind and extremely helpful. As a bonus, she is fluent in English (which was great since my French is not so good). Also, the large yard is surrounded by high fences or shrubs, creating complete privacy. Perhaps the best thing about the home is that it is about 2 blocks from the main part of St. Remy, which is filled with restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, etc. I highly recommend this home, and am thinking about returning there in the future.

Catherine is a great host! The house is beautiful - and was a wonderful place to stay for vacation. The location was great, and the gate made it feel very safe and secure. The garden, with the flowers, and the pool were lovely. It was a wonderful stay and we enjoyed our time in St. Remy d. pr. very much!

This is the perfect choice for any group of adults who appreciate differentiation of private spaces. The rooms are of generous proportions and the bathrooms on both floors are spacious and well-equipped. Catherine left us a generous supply of kitchen staples and there are instruction manuals for all appliances. The pool area is a perfect haven, beautifully landscaped and very private. The location is an easy walk into the main centre yet quiet at night. Catherine is a good communicator and charming. I booked this property intending to stay here alone and the general security of the property is such that I would have felt very safe to do so. As it happened, friends and family stayed from time to time and shared the comfort of this beautiful home. Saint-Rémy has a piece of my heart and I would certainly love to return to Catherine’s house some day.

Perfect stay in St Remy
Catherine was amazing and the house was exactly what we were looking for. I feel like I’m repeating other reviews but perfect location, great parking in a secured gated property, pool was larger than we anticipated and in excellent condition, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Catherine had a lovely chilled rose wine waiting for us. Grocery store was just a few blocks away. You had amazing restaurant options in town but we did cook a couple of times in the house. I had no idea the south of France would have delicious sushi options, but a great sushi restaurant just around the corner from the house where we got take out a couple of times. Beds comfortable, everything clean and easy to use, spices, coffee and other items provided. Cannot say enough good things about this rental. Would definitely stay at Catherine’s house again. Thank you!

Wonderful property in a brilliant location
A superb place to stay near the heart of St Remy (less than 10 mins walk from the centre) and in easy reach of many gorgeous places. The villa has everything you could want, well equipped and with a lovely swimming pool. Catherine, the host, was very welcoming and easily contactable providing help and recommendations for our stay. The wednesday market in St Remy is a must and a canoe trip down the Gard under the famous bridge recommended. One of the best places we have stayed in.

Beautiful Provence home with peak location!
Catherine's villa is a short walk to city center, where the streets are lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants (and a playground!). The home was immaculate, spacious, and exactly what our family needed for a restful week in France. We were so thankful for Catherine's hospitality and graciousness! Can't wait to go back in the summer :)

This property and location is amazing. We were a group of 7 adults and were in search of a house with a pool within walking distance of St Remy. This was 100% perfect! The temperature in St Remy on our arrival was the highest ever recorded so we were delighted to find the house was superbly cool with efficient air conditioning. The house is spacious and well furnished, comfortable beds, good quality bed linen, very well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is a second fridge downstairs next to the patio seating area which was a bonus. The pool was beautifully clean, it is not heated but the temperature was perfect - fabulous to dip in and out in that hot weather! Catherine was an excellent host. Great communication before and during our stay - she answered all our questions and when we had a minor problem during the holiday, within 5 minutes she was on the doorstep and problem solved immediately! St Remy is such a delightful town. It is just a 10 minute walk from the house (amazing bakery 5 minute walk ) with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. The Wednesday morning market is massive - definitely worth a visit - an array of brightly coloured stalls with something for everyone!There are quite a few places to visit within walking distance - visit the Tourist Information Office for all info. The Van Gogh Museum is a must!We highly recommend this property and very much hope to return in the future : )

Relax and Enjoy
A warm reception by Catherine was the start of a relaxing week in a warm and homely villa that had all the amenities that you could want. A well stocked kitchen, a well appointed lounge and bedrooms with plenty of room. Even with 6 members in our party, there was still room to find a quiet corner to sit and read. The pool offered unending fun even though the youngest in our party was 22! The location is great with a short walk to all the shops and restaurants you could want. Even though we did not have a car, we never felt isolated and would love to come back sometime to explore even further. Thank you Catherine for a wonderful week.

Perfect location, just perfect overall
This is our second time staying in Catherine's house. We love it because it has all the space and amenities you could possibly want, while being in walking distance of Saint Remy - and the supermarket. The house is ideal for two small families or couples - you can have complete privacy with entrances on both levels. All of the facilities are great - from the comfy beds, updated kitchen, large laundry room. and a fireplace. Catherine is such a gracious host. We hope to return again soon!

Girls' Trip Getaway
We had a fabulous time in St. Remy, and Catherine's house was perfect for us. The location is great, within a short walking distance to the middle of historic St. Remy. The house is also very comfortable with good-sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and air-conditioning (which was much appreciated in the hot weather). We also enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful gardens. Finally, Catherine was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, wonderful holiday....
This property and location is amazing. We were a group of 7 adults and were in search of a house with a pool within walking distance of St Remy. This was 100% perfect! The temperature in St Remy on our arrival was the highest ever recorded so we were delighted to find the house was superbly cool with efficient air conditioning. The house is spacious and well furnished, comfortable beds, good quality bed linen, very well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is a second fridge downstairs next to the patio seating area which was a bonus.
The pool was beautifully clean, it is not heated but the temperature was perfect - fabulous to dip in and out in that hot weather!

A “secret garden” in Saint-Remy
We were delighted when the gates of “Maison a Saint-Remy” opened, revealing an intensively landscaped yard. Fig trees, fruit trees, olive trees, almond trees, lavender and a multitude of roses. This secret garden welcomed us home every time we returned to the house. Every thing about the house is great, but it is the haven of the garden that we will remember!

Spacious, well-positioned, home away from home!
Catherine is a marvellous host. Large, well-equipped and comfortable house right on the edge of the old town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saint Rémy and the experience was made all the more pleasant by having such a lovely home to come back to each day!
