親切

部屋のキーが個人でなかったこと

Beliggenheten ved Suma-stranda var helt perfekt. Stort rom, gode senger, stort bad. Bestilling av mat på rommet fungerte veldig greit. Billig!

Rommet var tydeligvis brukt av røykere og luktet ikke spesielt godt.

シャンプー類を多数の中から選べる お風呂でテレビが見える

お風呂の湯温表示が薄くて分からなかった フロント番号の表示がない WiFiの表示もない 朝食付きであったがそのことについても何も表示がなく、朝連絡したら、3時までの受付と言われた 特別に簡単なものだったら提供できると言われた あと施設の前が2号線のため車の音が気になった

掃除は綺麗にされていて気持ち良く利用出来た。

booking .comを利用という事でホテルの会員カードを購入したが宿泊割引や無料サービスが受けれず残念過ぎた。

広かった!ダブルベッドだった。

匂いが好きじゃなかった。

Staff was kind, friendly and available all the time.

1. Wifi did not work at all , for my room. I stayed there for four days. I told the attendants but she could not also fox it. 2. There smell of cigarette smoke although they have ventilators turned on all the time. This smell does not go. 3. Quantity of breakfast, or any food given is generally small. 4. Hair shampo and body was had a strange smell of grease in it. 5. Master credit card did not work. So keep cash. 6. Staff does not speak English at all. So take a translation device with you.

Didn't know it's a love hotel. The room had smoke smell.
