clean, spacious, well presented, comfortable and excellent value and would highly recommend. It was easy to access the town centre, which made it alot easier to get to where we needed to be. All together an excellent accomodation.
It was a little tricky to find the venue, but once we found it and we contacted the host, who returned the call and everything was easily sorted,

Great location, very clean, easy to get access to the property

The property was exactly as shown on the pictures, it was clean and presentable on arrival.
The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep on it.

Great location, comfy beds, enough facilities for our stay. Easy check in and out. Easily got in touch with the host to ask questions.
Kitchen was slightly basic, would want more kitchen utensils and equipment if staying longer than a couple of days.

Good location to the town centre. Off road parking.
No communication via host to let me know what the key safe key code was. Arrived with my little girl to no instructions, took ages to get hold of host, very aggressive and unprofessional response. Insane noise throughout the stay. Flat is located on a majorly busy road, car alarms and shouting all night. Insanely hot, couldn’t open windows. Not decorated or maintained to a good standard. Would have left if personal circumstances dictated we couldn’t.

fantastic location right in the centre of harrogate the apartment had everything we needed there was even tea coffe there and condiments

Great property in a wonderful location. 3 minutes walk from the conference centre.
Parking was tight but it was a bonus to have free parking so no complaints.

The location of the apartment was absolutely brilliant, literally 2 minute walk into town .
The apartment was so lovely warm and clean .
The only thing that wasn't quite right was the comfort of the sofa in the lounge area ...though this wouldn't stop us using the flat again .
There nothing to dislike at all ....😊

Very handy for shops and Conference Centre. Would book again if problems are sorted out.
Entrance details confusing. No parking available. At this point tried to contact but no response. Do realise they were abroad but disappointing. Badly appointed plugs for hairdryer etc. Bedside lamp switch broken so didn't work. Still waiting for receipt as promised as it was a business tri.

not enough electrical sockets in lounge and bedroom.
the description didn’t adequately describe the 5 flights of stairs and particularly the steepness of the last 2 flights. my wife, while not disabled really struggled with these.

The location was great, check in really easy and it was great having parking outside. The apartments were clean, well equipped and a good size. We really enjoyed our stay, communication was really good as well

the rooms and everything else was spotless but unfortunately my sister has breathing problems and we were not made aware of all the steps to reach the apartment so she struggled each time we were returning and that’s why we cut our stay short

Host were brilliant with instructions. The apartment was very nice and bedrooms and living rooms were spacious. Kitchen had everything you need. I'd go there again.
No laundry facilities as advertised on site.

Perfect location for the town centre. Perfect to have parking on the doorstep also.
The interior is tired, one of the flats was particularly Smokey and we had no cold water tap working In the kitchen.

it’s location and the fact it has a sitting room aswell and two separate bedrooms as well as the sofa bed in the front room
I didn’t like the worn carpets and the steep stairs which I know can’t be helped. also don’t understand why our stay was nearly £100 more than if we had stayed the Thursday evening when I checked but assume this was weekend rate related ?

The location is very convenient, right in the city centre. The flat has very comfy beds and a nice decor in the bedrooms. Tea and coffee was provided which was very nice.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs a new materace. We also had an issue with the heating which we had to solve ourselves as we got no help from the owner. It was below zero outside so coming into a cold flat put us off.

It was ideal - centrally located, minutes from everything plus the bonus of free off street parking. already booked for next year.
living rooms chairs couple be a little more comfortable but that is being really picky.
