Dies ist unser zweites Mietobjekt, das sich im Erdgeschoss von unserem ersten befindet. Wir haben uns sehr bemüht, diesen Raum luftig und gemütlich zu gestalten. Ihr Raum ist komplett privat, mit allem, was Sie sich wünschen können, in einem komplett eingerichteten Apartment, in der Nähe von allem, was dennoch friedlich und gemütlich ist. Unser Raum ist auf Sie zugeschnitten - bequeme Betten und weiche Handtücher sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche für Snacks oder Mahlzeiten. Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie Snacks im Kühlschrank - Brot, Obst, Müsliriegel oder alle oben genannten. Wir bieten die Dinge, die wir uns immer gewünscht haben, als wir weggingen, wie Papiertücher und Butter und Salz und Pfeffer und ein paar Eier und einen richtigen Kühlschrank. Das WiFi ist schnell und der Fernseher ist groß und es gibt eine Leseecke für einen kleinen Rastplatz. Wir freuen uns, Paare und Familien zu beherbergen und haben einige wirklich nette Leute kennengelernt, wie unsere Bewertungen zeigen. Wir sind sehr kinderfreundlich mit einer Schaukel und Sandhaufen im Vorgarten. Es gibt mehrere Spielplätze innerhalb von 5 Autominuten. Bitte beachten Sie ein Minimum von 2 Nächten für Freitag und Samstag.

Great, quiet and centralized location to explore Amherst and surroundings.
Check in was super easy, apartment was clean and comfy. Didn’t get to meet Lee but she was wonderful communicating with. She also left us some welcoming goodies :) Would stay there again.

Lower level apartment was very well maintained, very well stocked (scissors, sewing kit, batteries, cleaning supplies, fully supplied kitchen (FYI coffee maker was a Kuerig with fillable filters), even homemade fruit bread, butter, eggs, and fruit in the fridge upon arrival!) Met owner and he was super nice, explaining how to easily get to the 21+ miles of hiking trails behind the property. Very close to Mullins center but far enough removed to ensure quiet, peaceful evenings. Will rent again next year if Convention lands in Mullins center again.

The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!

There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.

Very nice apartment. It appears to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was clean and came with bedding and towels. They even had some snacks and some breakfast food in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly like the pictures. Even though it's a basement apartment, it not dark at all. You can see it's been recently renovated, painted, etc. and well taken care of. The hosts left eggs, butter, milk and several slices of delicious cranberry bread in the fridge. What a nice touch!!
We were visiting friends in Sunderland and this location was perfect for getting to their house plus it's near so many lovely towns and historic sites. We loved Puffers Pond. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Wonderful apt. Very clean with many amenities including breakfast food and snacks which added a nice touch. Was concerned about it being a basement apartment but hardly noticeable when you’re inside. This one is a keeper for sure. Thank you to the Kimballs for allowing us to enter early.

Weekend stay
Everything was perfect! Only suggestion - I think the Keurig is on the blink. Coffee is watery. I googled it and I think the unit needs to be taken slightly apart so the 2 needles can be declogged. Thank you for this sweet place😊

Spacious apartment
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious and nicely designed. The kitchen had all we needed for our short stay but also would have allowed us to cook a regular meal had we wanted to. There is ample parking available. The property is quiet and perfectly located to hike around nearby Puffers Pond, Puffers Falls, and the Mill River Conservation Area. The television had cable with lots of channels to surf if desired. There is lots of dresser space if you want to unpack your clothes during your stay.
Only possible criticism is the water pressure in the shower. It wasn't terribly powerful and the water temperature fluctuated a few times mid-shower. The bathroom was really nice though and these issues were easy to forgive!

We stayed only one night but this would be a good longer-term place. Lots of space and a good kitchen. Beds very comfortable (if you like soft). Clean, not too basementy even though it's a basement apartment. Nice hospitable touches.

Very nice place to stay
The Property owners are very nice people. we did not have one problem. The property was quiet and close to everything. We ran into a few problems while moving our son into UMASS they were able to point us in the right direction. Thank you very much.

Perfect visit to Western Mass!
We came into town from Michigan for a week to attend my mom’s celebration of life so our time was very busy with family and friends. It was amazing to have this perfect little place to relax and recharge between engagements. Lee & Bill are very responsive and made our stay worry-free and very comfortable! We will be back!

Clean and comfortable
We were in the area visiting family and this was a great home base for us. The location was ideal as our family is in Shutesbury and we enjoyed walking down to Puffer's Pond and quick access to Shutesbury, Hadley, Northampton, and Amherst. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will stay here again next summer if we can!

Great basement type stay
This place is downstairs and basement type living with small upper windows in the main bedroom. Clean. Owner was available for anything we needed. Kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook meals and a Keurig. Extra bedroom is small without windows but worked for my teenage daughter. Bathroom is spacious. Would stay here again when visiting UMass.

Cute basement apartment in north Amherst. The food in the fridge was a very nice and welcoming touch. We mistakenly left a few things in the fridge and Lee was very kind to figure out a way to get them to my daughter at Amherst. Thanks!

Private and Comfortable
It's a nice, private basement apartment. The kitchen has good appliances, though the cookware was somewhat limited. It was mostly clean, though many of the dishes were dusty and there were a few spiders in the corners. The couch was comfortable and the TV was good. It's very close to Amherst and lots of good hiking and parks, thought the parking lot is shared with another rental property, a residence, and some local businesses.

Lovely, well-decorated downstairs apartment a 5-minute drive from campus. Comfortable beds, fully-stocked kitchen, lots of hot water in the shower and heated towel rack.
Highly recommend nearby Cushman's for breakfast!
