right on the beach with good access to the beach
musty smell. There were no bedside table or reading lamps. The futon by the TV was VERY uncomfortable. The room was supposedly an upgrade.

The receptionist was very kind. I told her I was booking a night for myself, to walk on the beach and listen to the waves....due to my mother passing that morning.....she did her magic and changed my room so I could see and hear the ocean from my room and it was just a few feet from the beach. I had other family members stay there days prior and they were very happy with their stay as well.

I was upgraded from an economy room to an ocean-view studio at a discounted rate. The room was beautiful! And the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend.

It's a very nice property right on the beach. It's a great stopping point between Boston and Arcadia National Park. I enjoyed the beach in the morning and watched the sun rise above the ocean horizon. It is a real treat!

nice view, the owner offered us a upgrade with the ocean view for free and the staff kept the place super clean

Food was served quickly and completed my satisfaction. All food very well prepared. Location was fine and handy.
Bathroom shower tiny with uneven flooring.

The location
The place was old, and not necessarily clean. Sure it was surface clean but it desperately needed a deep cleaning or a fresh coat of paint and the old carpet torn out.
The walls were paper thin, and we could hear the neighbors partying up till 2:45 am

The service was amazing! I was greeted at the door by Ike, the cutest little dog. The staff was so nice and generous and upgraded my room for no extra cost and was so helpful.

The photos that booking.com showed were nothing like the room they put us in, however the management or owner upgraded us for free, per their own suggestion, for that reason. Great people, good atmosphere, definitely be returning
