They let me have my dog.
The blood stains on the bed covers. There was also crumbs in the sheets so I suspect the bedding hasn’t been changed in a while.

Staff was confused about how much I needed to pay and charged me an extra $8 when I had paid in full online. Not a huge deal but I still don’t understand why I owed more

Bed was comfy and nice bathroom. Close to parking. Key cards work great. Near everything in Charleston. Ice machines down the hall. The room had two chairs and a desk to work on stuff at such as paperwork and such.
WiFi was slow. Lady was very rude. Staff in general was rude. Bed sheets were dirty. One roll of toilet paper for two people two nights. Never staying there again!! And they wanted to charge me for telling house keeping no at 9:30am.

it was inexpensive
not a lot to like. it took 3 tries to get a room that was turned and unoccupied. the room we ended up in had a lot of flies, smelled moldy and had a blood stain on one of the pillows. I don’t know if anything was cleaned but at least the bed was made.

The staff was very friendly to get me settled after my arriving late night. The room was in very good shape. The air conditioner was working well. The bathroom was clean. I like the good quality chair. It was good that the desk was large. The TV and refrigerator were adequate. Having your own microwave is always a plus. I even liked the artwork on the wall, which had a map of the USA and license plates within each state.
The free breakfast buffet is a thousand feet away in another building across the street in a Quality Inn. The hotel is between a road and a highway, so it may be a little noisy.

Rooms are okay but rates for the room should be cheaper they need work I noticed black mold on the ceiling above the shower room 228 parking is great updates on main covers need changed out cigarette burns on ones in my daughters room

The bed was very comfortable and we both slept well.
It was in disrepair. The door and wall was filthy. It needed to be scrubbed. The heater worked well, but all the vent slats were cracked. The floor was vinyl and cracked and pulled up in several areas. all the molding around the tub and behind the toilet was falling off and mold was visible. There was no hot water in the shower or sink.

Again another motel undergoing renovations, so I see why we got a good rate. The room we were assigned was not habitable, but the attendant immediately moved us to one that was fine. The room was neat and clean, and it was very quiet. Again, I think it was quiet because they hardly had any guests. At first, we were a little uneasy because it felt so vacant. In the end, it was fine and we were only staying one night. We only interacted with the attendant, for we never saw anyone else while there. But if that is the worst I can about the place then that isn't all that bad.

I liked the convenance to the high, the staff was great and they accommodated my disability without hesitation!
The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the bed linens and comforter. They were very dated and itchy. The property is in the middle of a huge update. they just hadn’t got to the room I was in yet.
